Revdex.com:This is absolutely ridiculous. I did make complaints about the blinds. There were numerous people who came in to do an inspection. I did not break the blind and do not feel that I should be responsible for it. I had numerous problems with this place and would like to put this behind me. I filed many complaints about bugs, plumbing, electrical problems, and many other things. I was told many lies. I just want my money back for something that was suppose to be fixed when I moved in.

Hello,As it states on page #15 of her lease agreement that you signed, any blinds that are not in working condition, will be charged to have them replaced. All blinds are in working order or replaced before every move in. I have attached the copy of her signed lease as well as a picture of one of...

the bedroom blinds that was damaged towards the bottom of picture. Unfortunately this resident never contacted me in regards to her charges and when I spoke with [redacted] before her move out date she did ask me what charges would be charged and I explained about the cleaning, damages, and the pool passes. When I do a walk through of the apartments, I take pictures of everything. I am not sure if this will satisfy the past residents complaint but unfortunately as it states on pg#15 of her lease agreement it states what charges will be applied to the deposit if not fixed. When she moved in, she had all new blinds. otherwise she would of marked them on pg#16 and #17 of her lease agreement that she acknowledgment and signed on August 7th 2014.Please feel free to contact me with any other questions you may have.Thank you,Belinda F[redacted]Property ManagerWalnut Creek Apartments
