MoneyLion. The costs and benefits of the membership program, including the membership fee, were disclosed to Ms. [redacted] during the sign-up process as well as in her membership agreement. Nevertheless, MoneyLion has canceled Ms. [redacted]’s membership in MoneyLion Plus. MoneyLion will still require Ms. [redacted] to pay back the loan she received while in the membership program. MoneyLion believes that these actions should resolve her concerns.

There was a error on the customer's account when MoneyLion was setting up the payment she had requested in her original complaint that caused the account to show a higher amount owing than was correct. That error has now been fixed and the balance that she owes on her account adjusted accordingly. Please note that when the customer views her account it will show it as being in default because when MoneyLion attempted to process the payment she requested it was declined. MoneyLion has reached out to the customer to discuss the action it took on the account and left her a voicemail when she did not answer.

Due to constraints with our payment processor, Mr. [redacted]' first membership payment was already set to process and a payment was made of $36.36 on January 5, 2018. MoneyLion has agreed to refund Mr. [redacted] that payment and he should see that refund within the next 1-3 business days. We believe that these actions should resolve his concerns.

I am rejecting this response because: their response is completely inaccurate. I withdrew and cancelled the application (4) days after no contact with them. Upon further due diligence I have found countless complaints similar in nature. They also did not address how they are protecting or destroying the personal and sensitive information that was provided to them.
