Ordered an item in December - not received items. Emailed company starting in January - received a cutesy email and have not received a response since then. Have requested a refund through ***. Will never do business with them again. They deserve no stars but 1 star is as low you can give them.
I ordered a shirt from their website, monkcentral.com from a Facebook ad. Now the website doesn't work, I have had my money removed by PayPal payment and I haven't received any response or order tracking, or anything, actually. I just want my money back, and their ads to be removed from Facebook so no one else can be scammed.

SCAMMERS. I ordered before Christmas, have contacted multiple time and have no response and NO tee shirts. No star low enough for this company.

I ordered a t-shirt from this company about December *** in 2019. The money was taken from my account within 24 hours, and they sent me a confirmation e-mail on December , 2019. Since then I've sent them several e-mails. The only response I get is that my order is confirmed, and is being prepared for shipment. I still have not received any other responses, or the t-shirt.
At this time, I have been contacted directly by Monk Central regarding complaint ID, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

has contacted me twice, but it WAS NOT regarding my order. I did send
them a direct response using those e-mails both times asking about my order, but no other response was ever
received. They just took my money and never sent the merchandise I
ordered.

The only correspondence I keep getting are e-mails wanting me to order again - at which time I remind them that I had still not received my order. There has never been any response to the numerous requests I have sent. I really don't expect them to answer, I just don't want someone else to have their money stolen by these blatant thieves. So now I have a shirt I can not wear or anyone else I know. The shirt came in a package with no return information or packing slip.

Also there was not packing slip and no return address so I can’t return or exchange the item. So I am still out my money and the proper sized shirt. I mean what do I do with two small size shirts when I’m a plus size gal?
