I ordered a bracelet through Monogramhub.com on December *** I was going to give it as a Christmas gift The web site said it would be delivered in weeks I did not receive a bracelet until the end of January It looked terrible! It was barely legible, so I sent it back and still have not received the replacement yet It is now February **, Despite numerous attempts to SPEAK with someone from that company I have had nothing but a few generic email responses It has been nothing but a headache dealing with this company and I will never again order from them I found them on the *** website so beware!

I ordered a monogramed book with sticky notes, etc The thing is small than the palm of my hand and I can't believe I paid for this,

We already responded to this customer via emailWe are remaking this order for the customerShe can keep the one that broke; there is not need to return itWe are building another one She will be receiving it soon

MonogramHub did not withhold their end of the contract of my purchaseI was advised shipping would be 2-weeks (please note I am well aware I would not get it by Christmas - that was never my intention as they stated in their reply)It was not until over weeks after my purchase that they emailed be about the delay, and that was only when I emailed requesting an updateAt that time, I was advised my order was marked "high priority" and that my order was in the final stages of productionI attempted to email about the delay again several times, however my emails did not go through due to a personal email account problemAt no point in this process was an accurate tracking number provided to me once the order was shippedRegarding the quality of the product, I certainly feel scammedThe pricing made me anticipate a much nicer productI will certainly never recommend this company or use them againWhat a shameAnd, lastly, I would like to add a complaint of spamming my emailsI have unsubscribed twice from their emails and continue to get them dailyIt has been over two weeks since my first unsubscribe attemptOverall, this is a horrible customer experience

I contacted the Revdex.com not because it took to long, but because it took too long AND there is ZERO ways to communicate with your companyYour phone number is automated and tells you to access the webThere is no physical person to talk toThe manager called me after I filed the compliant and if that's the only way to talk to someone with your business I don't want to do business with youI paid ***, but *** says I have to contact you for a refund because the voucher with the INVALID code (from your company) has already been printedTherefore, you owe me the refundThe compensation you say that the manager offered, was what? Not my refundAll he wanted to do was make excuses, how hard is it to get someone a new coupon code or call me to complete my order when I originally contacted your company over weeks ago? I sent the email to customer service back in the middle of November and all I wanted was a working code, you failed at that missionYour manager should have been calling me then, not after I contacted the Revdex.comReturn my money and you deal with ***I'm stuck in the middle with *** who trusted you to sell your product and your company who blames everyone else! You're a shady operation!

Misleading description, monogram sloppy, size is smaller than advertised, shipping was $for a ounce package! Advertised as a $value which is totally ridiculous for an item made in China which is nit mentioned, eitherSave your money!

Responding to the customers email.Today, one of our managers made an irregular effort to contact the customer over the phone.Since all of our previous attempts failed, we deemed necessary to call the customer repeatedly until we have reached a successful contactWe are grating the customers desired
settlement and both orders where refundedThe Root cause for this problem was corrected and will not happen again in the futureWe are also compensating the customer for this experience with a 70% off coupon code that can be used for any item on our websiteThis will be sent via email

Responding to the customer’s complaintInformation regarding combined shipment and logistic discretion was made available to all customers and to the publicWe also included this disclaimer in our terms and condition as well as return policiesThese terms and conditions where agreed by this
customer and all customers for that matter at the moment of check outHere is the specific TOS section that references this issue: “Deal site offers, promotional codes and event oriented prices are independent , they cannot be combined and shall be limited to one discount per service, per code/actionShipping methods and speeds will be reserved to monogram hub Inc’s discretion and operational requirements.” For these reasons monogramhub.com will not comply with the customer desired settlementin an effort to make up for this unfortunate experience we are willing to provide the customer with an unique 70% OFF discount coupon codeAs opposed to the code that the customer used , this one is universal to any non-sale item on our website. Nothing more to add beyond this point

I regards to the issue described by our customer *** *** .We have intercepted your order and after a brief investigation we where able to determine that in fact you had items that where charged in full , when there should really be one item free and the other removed
since they where duplicate purchases that where stored in your browser's cache and accidentally where pushed through our system at the moment when you where placing the order.We have proceeded and refunded all of the amounts related to the transaction and all of the funds have been successfully reversed At the same time we also applied the second coupon code to the transaction.Beyond this point everything is resolvedIf anything else happens ,please feel free to reach out to us through the contact us section of our site at ***

I had tried many, many times to call this business and left many messages. NOW they try to call me? My number is ####-###-####, I go to school, work and am raising my daughter on my own. You need to catch me in between these things....usually morning hours work best. I can call them but they NEED to answer the phone....I tired calling ####-###-#### only to never have anyone call me back. The solution is simple, they need to refund my $I was charged for shipping as I never received my merchandise. No discussion needed at this point. t was taken from my Mayo Employess credit union account on 03-**-transaction ####-###-####. Just refund my money, its all I want.

*** *** was notified by automatic email of trackinginformation When an order is placed we asked for two to three weeks for the order to be shipped,it is put on every order and confirmation email That is the equivalent of fifteen business days. These orders shipped in seventeen business days or two days late That isnot how we want to ship but we do not feel it warrants giving the customer afull refundAlso since the customer never bought anything from us she boughttwo discount vouchers from our vendor partner there is no refund due fromMonogramhub.com. We recognize that we shipped two days late and want to do what is fair to make all of our customershappyWe will be more than happy to give *** *** 70% off her nextorder
