I received the below email after I notified Monoprice of my complaint with your agency;

The transit time has not been met for this order. Once the transit time has expired and the package does not show delivered at that time we will issue a replacement next day. Transit time expires on 12/7/

I am rejecting this response because:The labels were sent AFTER I
attempted to ship the packages as Monoprice did NOT use the address which I used to place the order and gave me incorrect labels As I have no confidence in them keeping their word months down the road when they sold me items which they can't even fulfill, I will not accept any response unless a full refund has been issued As I have made every attempt to obtain accurate return shipping labels and ship the packages in a timely manner but was unable to due to their error, if they wish to have the packages in hand prior to issuing a refund they will need to arrange for a service of their choice to pick up from my residence during evening hours which I am home which is generally Mon, Tues & Thurevenings between 6:30pm-9pm CSTThey may provide my contact information to the courier or service provider of their choosing so they can arrange a specific date

The replacement product Monoprice has mentioned is for a separate product issue. So my complain to the Revdex.com is not resolved. [redacted]

customer has made contact with us and has received half off his order and will pick up the item from the delivery hub or it will be delivered when he is back from vacation.

We apologize for the issues you had with the product and the delay in our response.  We have set up a return for replacement and issued a pre-paid label to return the item.  Once we receive the defective unit we will issue the replacement.

If you would like to keep the mount I will offer 50% off the cost of the mount for the trouble you had, otherwise you can return it for a full refund.

I apologize for the late response.  Unfortunately we do not carry the part the customer is looking to replace.  If they would like to purchase the  charge at the cost of $30 from the manufacturer and email me the receipt at [redacted]  I would be happy to...

I talked with [redacted] at Monoprice and they are issuing a refund, once the check has been deposited I will let you know when the Revdex.com complaint can be withdrawn as resolved to my satisfaction.
