Vision Direct was fantastic! Not only did I receive a great discount for being a first-time customer, but I received my contacts within four days of placing the order! It was incredibly speedy, and the order was perfectI will definitely use them again!

Worst company everWhen an order is placed, there is no communication, and no way to speak to someone that is able to help youThe only way to get anything is if you order something, but then they have no control over anything and are unable to assist you other than to say I'm sorryI would never do business with them again

I recently wrote a negative review regarding Vision DirectWhen calling about an incorrect order I reached a very unfriendly representative that was not at all helpful or interested in helping to resolve a problemShe did finally say she would do me a large favor to correct the orderHence the negative reviewSince then I have had to contact them again and the person I reached was extremely friendly and helpfulI also got very positive response from an on line customer service personIt would seem that I reached someone on a very bad day for themTheir negativity should not reflect on the entire companyBecause of this latest positive experience, I would like to remove my negative response and replace it with a very positive oneThis company is very anxious to work with the customer to their satisfaction

After our $purchase on 9/8/2016, we found the same contact lenses for $from ***- both prices include shippingVision direct advertises a "105% low price guarantee" at this page http://www.visiondirect.com/price-guaranteed/qxcThat says " Well beat any online competitors price or give you 105% of the difference." When we brought this to the attention of the billing dept of Vision direct, they offered us only $refund ( only 77% of the difference) not even matching the priceFive weeks after our order, there has been no refund, or explanation why we would only get $back, rather than $(105% of $88.01) as their website claimsEquivalent item at ***: https://***

I ordered my contacts 11/ I called in 11/to track my order They were never sent out I then faxed and emailed my prescription online them I called back in to make sure they were received I had to resubmit Then called back in again and Hanna reassured my that yesterday they were being sent over night and I would get them today 11/ I called in this morning and needless to say they were never shipped out I will now not get them until Thursday I am extremely pissed and I can't see So, I will NEVER again order from this company And I will make sure to spread the word and needless to say this *** Hanna should have NEVER tould me I will be getting them That *** better get fired

I suspect the contacs are rejects, since the first one I used started curling and was unusable within weeks, rather than they have always lasted me at least weeks for the past yearsAlso, they got my prescription wrong, and sent me a -instead of a +1.75, and because I opened one without noticing the - instead of the +, they are making me return them and only giving me a 50% credit It was their mistake because I sent them the prescription

I order contacts from the seller on 7/8/16, paid for overnight shipping and had my credit card charged for the order and for the shipping on 7/8/thus entering into a legally binding contract where the seller was paid and buyer used sellers website to complete the saleSeller refused to ship item even though buyer submitted a valid prescription at time of sale and seller validated prescription same dayBuyer is left without item after being charged for item and charged for next day deliveryIn buyers opinion, seller is committing sales fraud by accepting payment, promising overnight delivery, charging for overnight delivery and then not shipping nor delivering as agreed upon

On 11/23/at 06:39am (Pacific Time), I received an email from Vision Direct that there was a problem with my recent order At 06:45am I received an email telling me that they cancelled that order At 06:I received an email telling me that they contacted my Optometrist, and that **for my convenience** they changed the order per what my Optometrist had ordered and that there would be a $additional charge Nowhere in the body of the third email was the new prescription listed, nor was there an option for me to say, "NO." At 07:30, just minutes after receiving the 3rd email, I called Vision Direct to CANCEL the new order Why? **Because changing my order WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, CHARGING ME MORE AND NOT GIVING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL is bad business I repeatonly minutes had passed since I received the email stating they changed the order "for my convenience" giving me no option to cancel The person over the phone said that she would cancel my order At 07:I received an email telling me that they could NOT cancel my order because it had already shipped

I received an order for my prescription contact lenses from vision direct and several of of the lenses were damage

I was ordering the so called "1-year supply" of contact lenses, days after the eye exam, expiring in yearThis appeared to be a problem because they said prescription is six days shorter than supplyI explained that I usually wear lenses in the evening and most mornings to avoid having them full hour daySo for me pairs actually last barely months so perfectly fit within prescription expirationDirect Vision support said I have to go back to doctor and get in writing my unusual use of lenses

Once you sign up with an account, it is impossible to delete itThey save your credit information without your consent to do so and won't give you an option to delete it off your account

I began wearing multi-focal contacts months ago which are some of the most expensive contacts to purchase apparently My eye care provider initially took weeks to deliver my first order of contacts I decided to look online and Vision Direct seemed to have the best pricing available I did see some negative reviews about the amount of time it took to receive an order but I decided to order regardless I placed my order on September - I checked the order status the following day and saw that a portion of my order was not in stock and was ordered direct from the manufacturer On the 15th, I received notification that my order was shipping FedEx, even though I selected standard free shipping My ordered delivered on September 17, less than full week from my order The contacts were exactly what I had ordered and the prescription was correct I had no problems with my vision after putting them in I will be a return customer

On 11/7/I ordered a large order of contact lenses as I do this in bulk to have many replacementsI switched brands a year or so afterThe refund policy for VisionDirect states they offer refunds or credits for unopened, unexpired contact lenses
On 2/22/I sent Box of unopened lenses of this orderThe box was in great unopened condition and doesn't expire until I have no use since I have another brand, and I met all return requirements via their website's return policy
I called today 3/27/to check the status of my refundThey are still determining what I will get and said the best case scenario is 50% off what I paidNothing states a half refund on their return policyI've followed everything necessary to get my refund, and was willing to accept a store credit for the purchase value ($102.99) of one box of Acuvue Oasys Lenses

I ordered two boxes of contact lenses on April 21st with standard shippingThat day, I received a confirmation email with the order numberThey never tried to contact my doctor to verify the prescription, so I finally emailed them a scan of the prescriptionOn April 28th, they sent me a shipping confirmation with a FedEx tracking numberThe tracking number claims that up to date info will be posted within hoursIt's been four days and no updated informationIt still says that the shipping label has been printed but not shippedYet, they charged my account alreadyI called customer service to try and figure out where the package was and the rep told me, he didn't know, couldn't find out, couldn't authorize a refund, and couldn't allow me to speak to anyone else at the companyAbsolutely ridiculous
