Hello ***,

Apologies for the inconvenience, but we are unable to locate an account for the consumer. Please provide an account number, order ID, etc to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I, too, fell victim to these deceptive sales practices regarding the MindTech product. I did read all terms and conditions.

I, too, fell victim to these deceptive sales practices regarding the MindTech product. I did read all terms and conditions, printed out the receipt, read the fine print, and attempted to abide by all terms and conditions. I ended up being successful in not getting any further charges applied to my credit card (at least I think so... we will see if any charges appear), however the process to get to that point was extremely difficult. I first attempted to call the phone number on my receipt. In speaking to that number, I was told that they do not support the MindTech or MoodTech product, that I had the wrong number. I double checked to ensure I had entered the number correctly, and I had. I then looked on the bottle, to find a contact number. Nothing. I was able to find a contact number on my credit card statement, from the original shipping and handling processing fee. I called this number, and after many questions about my profile validating that I was in fact the person that ordered the product, I was told that they do not provide free product... but rather a trial period, and then bill for the product. I was within the 14 days from order (not product receipt), and told them I was not interested in paying. At that time, I announced that I was starting to record the conversation, and then asked the service rep to tell me exactly what they were going to do, so that I had a voice recording of the process. It was at this time that they agreed to not bill me for the product, and provided me a return authorization and a cancellation number. While my situation ended up being resolved... when ordering thru the website, it says nothing about returning the product. I will send the product back, as it does not do anything, and just based on principle I would not order another product from this company.

Desired Outcome

Written confirmation that I do not have to return the product.

Your trial started when you placed the order on 08/24/2020 and ended on 09/10/2020 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus your account has remained active and charged you for another month's supply of the products.

I am not going to give this company even 1 star! I, like everyone else's reviews I have read, fell for this ridiculous scam because I was desperate to find some relief for my memory problems and Attention Deficit Hyper-Active Disorder. I ordered the product on March 28, 2020. I received the promised, first two bottles for the cost of shipping. After religiously taking the first 3 weeks, another order arrived for $89.92 and $89.94 respectively. And it should be noted here, that I found NO relief from your product after completing both bottles. In my email to you, I told you that my doctor and I had began to work on alternate methods to help me and that he advised me not to take any more of your product. After spending what turned out to be an insane amount of time, trying to figure out how to get in contact with these Mood Tech scammers, I finally found what I can only describe as a shady website and immediately emailed them to ask them to stop sending me the product and cancel my "membership". Every month since then, my credit card has been charged for both bottles of the product. At the time I canceled, I was not able to find a phone number to call. Due to failing health issues, I turned my finances over to my daughter. Today, she asked me what the recurring charges were for. It wasn't until I looked at the description on my statement, that I realized the "company" was continuing to withdraw the charges from my card. I accepted the second order at full price. I didn't complain. But now that I have discovered that charges have continued since May 2020, I am furious! After attempting to Google the information for the "company", the Revdex.com was the first thing that came up. After reading the other complaints and finding myself in much the same situation, I decided to pass the scam site and make a formal complaint here. I also started to read the response's from the "company", I noticed that they reply with virtually the same response to each complaint. So, before you send me the same auto-generated response to me, I DID read the fine print, knew exactly what I was doing and what the terms were. Do not attempt to insult my intelligence with the same garbage you've said to all of the others. I am basically giving your company 7 days... not business days, 7 straight days, to refund all of the charges to my card. So, by midnight Thursday, September 10, 2020, going into Friday morning September 11, 2020, if the charges totaling $719.41 (May 14, 2020- August 14, 2020) are NOT refunded to my card, I will be filing fraud charges through my credit card company! This is not a threat rather a guarantee. Someone needs to do something to make a big enough impact on you that you either, change the way you do "business" or shut you down altogether!. I live on a VERY tight, fixed income and you have basically stolen over $700.00 from me! This is absolutely unacceptable! I have never had to take this sort of extreme action against any business ever. But this is a HUGE amount of money made even more stressful by our current societal pressures. Shame on you for continuing to take advantage of people who are willing to give your product a chance, often times out of desperation for relief, as is MY situation. Violating the trust of your customers who have attempted to do business with you in good faith, is beyond deplorable! And by the way, word of mouth can destroy a business. I have a LOT of friends and family! Remember, do not send me your auto-generated message. I READ ALL OF THE FINE PRINT and WAS FULLY AWARE OF THE TERMS! Nothing less than a full refund and sincere apology will be accepted. Also, please do not attempt to send me on a wild goose chase, to contact "customer service" for relief. You perpetuated this problem you have caused me, so YOU can handle it from this point. I already did what I was supposed to do!

The refund of the $9.99 and the $89.94 is for the first shipment. There was a 2nd shipment made on Aug 21th that was not authorized, that was refused and returned. I was billed $89.94 for that shipment on Aug 21st. Since I never accepted the 2nd shipment I believe I am entitled to refund of $89.94

As with all similar complaints, company is advertising ad as a trail but keep collecting money after as a subscription

On the August 6th I ordered a trail package of the nootropic mindtech product. This was supposed to be payment only a cost for shipping and handling which allows you to try the product. The item arrived some days later. On the 22nd of August I was charged with 89.94$. After calling the company I was told I had to send a note that I dont like the product so they wont charge the full price. After some arguments they were willing to pay me back 60$ and I can keep the product or I can send back and get 60$ since they need to take cost for restocking. I even said that I never used it and I can send them back the product as new.

This is a great way to scam people for their money. like most people complaining here, I never agreed to anything but a trial. Moreover, even if they say I had 14 days to try, the pacakge arrived later then the day I made the order, and they charged me 14 days from the order booking moment to the day, meaning I never had the chance to use the 14 days. Additionally, I should have the right to cancel something and get a refund if I dont want the product, as they said I can. Lastly their return policy is a joke and is just for them to keep some money.

Looking at all the other same complaints, this is clearly a scam using people who might not check their bank accounts for these charges.

Desired Outcome

refund my 89.94$, the first payment was legit

Company stole my money
Just like the other complaints never saw anything about after 14 days $89.94 would be taken out of my account also had the option to get the sample of Cvs gummies that I didn't select and was billed $19.99 and sent those also. Called in to customer service to get an attitude and only $40.00 refunded back to me would not connect me to a supervisor kind of *** taken for $69.93 between the gummies I didn't request and the rest of the $89.94 taken from my account for a product that didn't work and gave myself and my wife severe headaches

Desired Outcome

Refund my money

Deceptive: A promotion for "Mind Tech" indicated only had to pay postage to try a trial sample. Was charged $6.94 and $6.92 on 7/19, and $89.92 on 8/5
On 7/19 I saw an online promotion for a product called Mind Tech that was supposed to have been endorsed by members of the TV show, Shark Tank. I was only to pay postage and would receive a sample of the product that I could try. Unbenost to me I was charged twice for postage that date ($6.94 and $6.92) and I didn't know the until I received my credit card statement. Subsequently, on 8/5/20, I was charged $89.92. I called the phone number associated with the 8/5/20 charge, 800 264 8614, and spoke to a representative name Kate who worked at a call center in the Philippines (I heard a rooster in the background and asked her where she was located). According to Kate, this call center handled customer service issues for different companies. I explained to her that I had the product, I didn't open it, and I wanted to return it because I didn't want to pay $89.92 for it. When I received the product I thought it was strange that it was a bottle of 60 capsules and not a trial sample as I was expecting. I looked at the ingredients and decided not to use the product. I saw that the same item was for sale at Amazon.com for $16.99 while I was waiting for Kate to get back to me after I provided my email address and zip code to her. She offered that I could keep the product and she would make a partial refund of $40 or I can return the unopened bottle and have to pay return postage and an $18 restocking fee. She told me I had approximately a period of two weeks after paying for the postage to get back to the company to let them know that I didn't want the product. I never saw anything like that statement when I paid for the postage. I don't remember the exact amount of the postage but it seemed it was more than they advertised and I only agreed to pay postage once. What she claimed she did is credited my credit card $35 now and will credit $36.92 after the product is received at the warehouse and allow 7-10 business days after receipt at the warehouse for my credit card to be credited. I still have to pay the $18 restocking fee. I received the product in the mail and it was not with any other item. Kate told me that there was another product but I did not receive anything more. Then she said that a charge was denied by my credit card company (maybe for the mystery item she was speaking about). I didn't feel comfortable with having to pay a restocking fee of $18 on something I never agreed to pay $89.92 for so after I received a return merchandise number, *** and address to return the product, PO Box 152212, Tampa, FL 33684, I asked to speak to her supervisor. Before doing so Kate assured me that my account was cancelled with the company and I would not be receiving any future product or billing. The cancellation number is *** I later spoke to Supervisor Quinn and she offered me a $50 credit on my credit card and I can keep the product. She would not cancel the $18 restocking fee. I told her I was returning the product and also said that I was not happy and would likely report this my credit card company. She said that if I made a credit card dispute that it will nullify the credits they are applying to the account. I have mailed the product First Class mail, tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX and it is estimated to be delivered on 8/22/20. I feel this is a deceptive way of conducting business and if I had seen the Revdex.com review of the company beforehand I would have never done any business with them.

Desired Outcome

Refund the $18. restocking fee in addition to ensuring the $35 and $36.92 credits are processed and adding up to $89.92, which is the charge on my credit card on 8/5/20. Also, one of the two postage charges on 7/19/20 which either $6.92 or $6.94. I am not sure why I was charged twice on this date for different amounts.

The trial period and subsequent billing was not clearly posted when I chose to try your product and pay postage. If it was clearly advertised I would have not accepted the offer. Thank you for initiating reimbursement for the full amount of the charge of $89.92 that was posted to my credit card on 8/5/20, the last day of my billing statement period. You didn't respond as to why I was charged twice for postage on 7/19/20. The first charge was $6.94 and the second charge was $6.92. I thought I was to receive one product, Mind Tech, which was returned to your warehouse unopened on 8/20/20. I received two cancellation emails from your office. One was for Mind Tech and one was for CBDTechCaps, which I did not order or receive. I am not sure if that is why there are two charges on my account on 7/19/20. The first one, as I mentioned, is $6.94 and the second one is $6.92. Since I did not order or receive CBDTechCaps I don't want to be later charged for it or have to pay postage for it. Please acknowledge that I will not be charged for this and please refund one of the two postage charges, if it relates. When I spoke to Kate at the call center on 8/18/20 she said that the charge was denied. It was not clear about what the product was because it was the first time I heard of CBDTechCaps. I contacted my credit card company on 8/18/20 and they did not see any record of this on my account. I want to be clear that I did not order or receive CBDTechCaps and do not want to be charged for it now or in the future. Your response about a ONE TIME credit makes me feel uncomfortable because I have received cancellation emails about two products. I only am aware charges relating to Mind Tech, which I received and later returned to your warehouse on 8/20/20. Although I received emails from your office that the $35 and $53.92 were credited to my credit card, they have not yet be received at my bank. Hopefully, by next week the credits will appear. Thank you in advance for your response, especially to questions about CBDTechCaps and postage that relates to this product, which I did not order or receive.

Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

Thank you for refunding the $6.92 postage charge to my credit card. To be perfectly clear, and for the record, I did not order the CBD Tec Caps.

deceptive billing and practices
Purchesd this product on 7/4/20 believing I had a month to decide on additional product...called on 7/23/20 to cancel and told them not to charge anything to my account, They refused and told me they would only charge me 70.00 dollars instead of 89.00 SCAM

Desired Outcome

Refund and an end to these deceptive practices

Hello ***,

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We have an abundance of customers who understand the terms of our trial upon enrolling and see great benefits from using our products. We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our products free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel within trial, upon expiration you are billed the retail price of the products as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days. The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips for customers to be able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products.

Your trial started when you placed the order on 07/04/2020 and ended on 07/21/2020 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus your account has remained active and charged you for another month's supply of the products.

We have cancelled your account last 07/23/2020 and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back additional $19.94 today since we already processed a refund last 07/23/2020 without the need to return any of our products.

Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.

I ordered what they told me was a free 30 day trial. They charged me 89.00. When I complained they refunded 40.00. I then asked for the remainder of what they charged me. They then said I should contact a representative over the phone. Unfortunately I cannot hear over the phone. I told them that and that I would be filing a complaint. I have not heard back from them.

Deceptive advertising and then not following through on agent's promise
I made a mistake and did not look to see if the possible contents of this product could cause adverse health effects until after I ordered. I, like a prior individual, paid a higher than quoted shipping price. I immediately emailed the company and said to cancel my order. I received a reply that the e-book was cancelled but had to cancel at another site. I did that and did not receive a reply. I than called the company and talked to one of their representatives. She told me I had to pay additional money for the remainder of the pills they sent - more than the 14 day supply for the free offer. I did not accept this - I only agreed to the "free" trial and said that I would send the enter bottle, which I had not opened, back. She said that, after checking with a supervisor, that I would NOT be charged any additional. I asked that they send me an email confirming this fact. I was told it would take 48 hours. When the email did not come, I called again, this time a different agent again said that I wuld not be charged. I again asked for the email that has never arrived.

I do not trust this company. At no place in their ad did they list possible side-effects of their product in a clear and easy to find location.

I have contacted my credit card company to try and stop additional charges.

Thank you for your help.

Desired Outcome

Sending email confirming that there are to be no additional charges of any amount to my credit card other than the shipping charges that I already paid.

They did NOT read my complaint. I spoke to their representatives x2 and both of them said I would NOT be charged anymore for anything. I only requested this to be confirmed by email. It has not been. Also I called the number they gave in their reply and that service said that they could not find an account in my name.

Hello ***,

Thank you for your immediate response. We do apologize for the inconvenience that it may caused you. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.

No mention of a 14-day trial or any membership in advertising, only deep in the terms and conditions. Deceptive marketing.
I saw an ad online for a free bottle of their nootropic supplement, all you had to pay was shipping and handling. There was no mention of there being a trial period or that it auto-subscribed you to a monthly delivery at a price of $90 per month.

So I got a bottle of the supplement. It was alright but not a noticeable difference. I might have ordered another bottle. But I was surprised when I was charged and notified of a shipment. No where in their advertisements, or on their website, or even during the order process did it say that this was what was being agreed to. Only deep in the terms and conditions does it mention this. And I'll state that the link to the terms and conditions seemed to be downplayed and almost hidden in the order process so as to dissuade anyone from actually clicking.

I called right after I saw the charge on my card and was told that the best they could do was refund $60. Sorry, but that won't cut it.

I might have been a happy customer who would have gladly signed up for auto ship if it had been the expectation, but the deceptive marketing and the poor customer service has brought me to place this complaint.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund and to be removed from their future marketing attempts.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I likely would have been a repeat customer, as I believe your product was good. But I'd encourage you to be up front in your advertising. The fact that it's a continuity product is not a bad thing. It could save people from having to remember to reorder before supply gets too low. I just didn't appreciate how I, not once, was met with that expectation. I hope you'll consider that and I with you success if you do.

Deceptive advertising practice and unauthorized billing practices.
After ordering their product, they continued for 2 consecutive months to bill me for additional product at $89.94 per month. Nothing is mentioned when ordering their product about continuous shipments. When going back to look at the fine print buried in the 8 pages of "disclaimers", that is when you finally see they can ship and bill you without authorization. If their product is that good, why would they need to try to bilk folks out of money? People would be ordering this themselves! This is a scam operation and should be required to notify consumers before allowing the company to automatically bill a credit card.

Desired Outcome

I agree to the initial charge, but would like to receive a credit to our card for the additional 2 months of charges that were not authorized in the amount of $179.88.

Hello ***,

We may be able to refund once the dispute has been confirmed withdrawn by your bank. It can still take 60-75 days for the dispute to be closed and the funds returned.

Only when this happens can we process a refund. Since the dispute itself has already refunded you, we suggest you to await your bank's advise instead of going through the lengthy process of withdrawal and dispute finalization.

Customer Response • Jul 09, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
There is nothing in the company's response stating that they will refund the charges. They say "we may" refund the charges.

We were charged for 2 payments of $89.94. One is a May charge and the other is a June charge. I'm not sure what they are trying to say in regard to the dispute refunding us. Neither of these charges were refunded to us as of this date.

Mood Tech Response • Jul 10, 2020

Hello ***,

Thank you for your prompt response. We can gladly offer you a refund. The reason we cannot process a refund at this moment without your bank is because you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. If we also refund you the amount, you will receive TWICE the amount and in the end you have the possibility of OVERDRAWING your account or getting TWICE the amount removed from your account.

I am requesting a refund for product sent that was not ordered.
Originally, the ad stated a trial for health improvement product. The ad stated it was charged only for the shipping cost. Naturally, they now had my credit information, which enabled them to charge my account for shipments sent without my knowledge. There was nothing to indicate there was going to be further shipments, and I very upset when my credit card indicated they had charged me for two shipments totaling almost $400. The initial shipment did not indicate any charge other than the shipping which was billed to my credit account in May.

I then received a second shipment and tried to contact them, but the return address was for the ups shipping center in Florida. When I finally thought I had located the culprits I was told they had no record of such an order, and they did hung up on me. Yes, I was upset since I couldn't get any answers and no I was not rude. They pretended they couldn't hear me, and they hung up. I then called my credit card company to cancel that credit card so it could not be charged for any further shipments. They assured me they would issue a new card, which they did. Finally, within the next day or two I did luck out in reaching somebody that listened to me, cancelled whatever they implemented with their scam. I asked her where I was to ship this product back to them, and she said it was not necessary, and she hung up.

Desired Outcome

I want to return their product and have my money returned. Removed from the

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
The company refunded the originally charges to my credit card. Job well done by your organization. Thank you very much.

I bought product on 5/14 based on web ad. 2 weeks later I was fraudulently billed $89.94. I called the co. to request refund. They refused.
On May 14, I saw a web ad which discussed the Mind Tech Product was on "Shark Tank" and "Shark Tank" had invested in them. I clicked it on. Before I ordered it I read their "Terms of Service", "Privacy Policy", "Shipping Policy", and "About Us". Nothing on there at all mentioned any additional charges. I then ordered the trial offer of Mind Tech for $4.95 on my credit card. I was billed $6.94 on my credit card. I did not dispute the difference between the $4.95 and the $6.94.

HOWEVER, on May 31 I received an erroneous charge of $89.94 on my credit card bill. I DID NOT authorize this $89.94 charge.

Again, before I purchased it on May 14, I read their "Terms of Service", " Privacy Policy", "Shipping Policy " and "About Us". There was NOTHING at all that stated they would charge me an additional $89.94.

This is a FRAUDULENT charge.

On June 29 at 12:30 pm PST I called their toll-free number to get a refund of the erroneous $89.94 charge. The representative refused to refund their false and erroneous $89.94 charge, though she said they would refund me $40 only. I told her that the ENTIRE $89.94 needed to be refunded. She refused. I asked for her supervisor, but the rep would not transfer me to her supervisor.

This company participates in FRAUD.
I purchased the supplement based on their ad mentioning that the "Shark Tank" supported them and invested in them. I read the website beforehand. I thought this was a legitimate company. But they participate in FRAUD.

Please refund me my $89.94 NOW.

Desired Outcome

Refund my $89.94.

Dear Tawnia,

Thank you for your email. Last night at 7:55 EST I also received an email from the merchant ( who goes by several names including Mood Tech; Mind Tech; and Nootropic Tech) stating they were re-crediting my credit card account with $89.94. However, as of now my bank/credit card has not been re-credited. I will check with my bank/credit card tomorrow and hopefully it will show up.

Like the other complaints I ordered a Free bottle of Mind Tech and CBD Tech only paying the shipping per on-line ad. 18 days later charged $179.86
On June 7, 2020 I ordered one bottle of Mind Tech and One bottle of CBD Tech Caps on their "Free Bottle" offer paying only the postage. The shipping charges on my bank statement seemed strange ($33.85) until I receive my order. The order had three bottles one of CBD Tech Gummies which I had not ordered but charged $19.99. On June 25 my bank account was charged $89.92 and $89.94.On June 26th when I checked my account I immediately called the number provided (833-336-3372 Call Center?) and spoke to Kent employee number 515. He offered to cancel my account and refund $40 per bottle. I refused and called Nootropic Technologies and spoke to a young lady who stated that likewise she would refund $40 per bottle. Claiming that it was past the 14 day (+3 day shipping) return policy which was not mentioned anywhere. I said no and asked to speak with her supervisor and no one responded after at least 5 minutes. I also sent an email to [email protected]. I am waiting for a response but I doubt that I will receive one. As another complaint mentioned, I purchaser the product based on their ad mentioning that the "Shark Tank" all supported their company and invested. Considering the numerous complaints I would suggest that the "Shark Tank" did not endorse them and this is false advertising. My request is for a full refund of the $89.92 and $89.94 for a total of $179.86. Your assistance with this request and any action you deem appropriate is appreciated. Thank you

Desired Outcome

Full refund of the $89.92 and 89.94 for a total of $ 179.86. Nothing else is acceptable. Thank you

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
To whom it may concern:
After my calls and written complaint to Nootropic Technologies.com, later identified as Mood Tech Plc and CMR on the refund, the company or companies did refund the $179.86 that I had requested. Their response may have been encouraged by the Revdex.com complaint letter to them. Considering the complaints that they are receiving their business model is flawed. Example: If mentioned at all, in small print somewhere in their offering, a 14 days (or 17 days to include shipping) cancellation period is unrealistic if their goal is to retain customers. Most supplements usually take at least 30 days for a noticeable effect to be felt. Thus a 30 day supply bottle is logical. Not 14 days. Company success is built on a "quality product", excellent customer service, and honesty in advertising. 1) Honesty - the "14 day policy" should be very clear at Checkout. Likewise, your "automated shipping program" (again not mentioned)should be highlighted under "Conditions" prior to clicking "Order". Those are two items that I would not have agreed to. 2)Possible False Advertising: My main reason to try your product was the "ALL In Shark Tank" endorsement remarkable if even given. If Shark Tank did NOT endorse your product then a "Cease and Desist" order should be applied for falsely using their name. 3) If yours is a quality product(s) then why would you allow a "Call Center" rep to offer a refund of $40 per bottle, the same as your company rep without talking with someone to discuss the customer's concerns? I also laughed at the "FREE Bottle" coupon included with my order. Concern: Any item that we consume goes to our brain. It is this remarkable organ that is the source of our existence as human beings. What we ingest is critical to our overall health. Nootropic Technologies or Mood Tech has a responsibility to the public to provide quality products over quick profits based on deception. Another example of "Buyer Beware". I do wish to thank them to quickly cancel my account as I do not want to hear from them again.

Beware, beware, beware this business.... plus, no one has mentioned that the Mind Tech product doesn't do anything for you! It hasn't done one thing they advertise for, and I've taken it every day for 3 weeks so far. It must be a placebo pill, because I don't notice ANY difference at all by taking 2 pills/day! I had a terrible time trying to cancel, also! It states you can 'cancel anytime', so once I ordered the free sample/plus shipping, I called back to cancel... to avoid automatic charges in case it didn't do anything for me. When I called back to cancel, I was told I couldn't cancel so soon. I told them it said 'anytime', so he said ok, and gave me a 'confirmation #' for the cancellation. When I received the email confirming my 'cancellation', I noticed the confirmation # he gave me was the same # as my 'order' number. I called back immediately and asked for a 'cancellation #' to prove I cancelled. I said I wanted to try the product first to see if it does anything. He said I couldn't cancel so soon, but if I wanted to pay a one-time charge of $19.99, I could do that. I said NO, I already was charged for the shipping fee for the 'free' trial. He said we don't have any 'free' bottles. I read again what it said about cancelling 'anytime', and that I had ordered and paid for the 'no risk free trial'. I told him I wanted to cancel and receive an email stating a 'cancellation confirmation #'. I finally got one, but the 'free' product does nothing for enhancing anything!!! BEWARE.... and save yourself a lot of frustration! It's not even worth the cost of shipping!!!
