I have been charged $89.94 to my credit card 2 times! I have tried calling their #,emailing and have gotten nowhere.
I have tried to contact this company,several different ways!Email and phone...I have gotten NOWHERE! They have charged my card 89.24 two times! I have recieved NOTHING! I tried to dispute the charges on my card.I get the return message telling me this kind of charge cannot be disputed!
Steer clear from this company!!

Trial offer does not indicate that the $6.94 "risk free trial" fee is only S&H and that you will be charged full price before you can try the product.
I ordered the trial period offer. I called to cancel the membership within the trial period so I would not have to pay for another bottle until I actually got to try it. First the phone number on the order confirmation Screen lists the wrong customer service number. I had to visit Revdex.com to find the real number which was in a response to another Customer's complaint. Then they told me I would have to pay the full price for the product which was over $80 for 60 pills. The free trial period would not give you enough time to test the product before they charge you. When I tried to cancel, they offered me a price of $19.99, but said I had to return the product if I didn't want to pay it. I insisted, the service rep "talked to her supervisor" and was allowed to cancel my membership. She told me I would not be charged for the product, and gave me a cancellation number. I worry that I will still get charged, and have to call my credit card. I feel their practice is misleading and not adequately explained on the website or ordering screen. I also think that if they can offer you a discounted price, they are gouging the customer with the $80+ list price.

False advertising, hidden billing terms
I could repeat the same as all of the other complaints. This company ships a "free sample" for $6.95 and then, based on a clause hidden in their terms and conditions, begins monthly billing for $89. Their Facebook advertising is deceptive. They indicate affiliations they do not have and the product they ship is literally a common 2 - 3 amino acids. I called requesting my money returned and was told I could have $40 back. Not good enough.

This nootropic company is a complete scam! I tried their product and within the 2week trial tried to cancel, but they conveniently had already charged me. I am battling trying to get my refund. I have documented emails proving they back track to illegally charge. They accused me of misinterpreting the fine print and then proceeded to yell and talk over me on the phone. I hope they get sued for every penny and then some that they have scammed from people.

Thank you for your long dissertation. I understand how it works. I spoke with a manger who confirmed trial ending 6/8/2020 and then all of a sudden you claimed 06/07/2020. I would appreciate you stop insulting me and my intelligence. I have been refunded in full and please don't not contact me again as this whole ordeal has caused me unnecessary aggravation during an already stressful time!

Supplement product was advertised for $4.95 trial period; I ordered 2 supplements; my credit card was charged $179.86
Nootropic Technologies had an internet ad for their mind supplement products stating customer would only be charged $4.95 per bottle since it was a trial period. I ordered one bottle of CBD Tech and one bottle of Mind Tech on May 13, 2020. I received my credit card statement today and I was charged $179.86, which was FULL price for both bottles. I called Nootropic customer service and I was told that since I didn't report back to Nootropic notifying them of my experience with their products within the trial period, I was charged the full price rather than the $4.95 per bottle that was advertised. They claimed it was in the terms of their agreement, but the ad did not specifically state that; in fact the ad lead one to believe that this $4.95 price was an introductory price. They refused to issue a refund to my card. This ad was VERY misleading and predatory in nature. I believe the intent of this ad was to purposely deceive people in order to take advantage of them.

Desired Outcome

I only agreed to pay $9.90, so Nootropic should refund $169.96 to my credit card. Nootropic should have to change their advertising practices to openly and honestly reflect how exactly the customer will be charged, rather than burying this information in the terms of their agreement; they should not be able to get away with this deceptive false advertising.

I am glad the company understood why I was upset and am satisfied that they have agreed to give me a refund. I thank them for their assistance in resolving this dispute so quickly.

I ordered because it said I would only pay $6 for shipping and handling. I wasn't told anything about 2 $89 charges to my debit card. I did not approve this and I want it refunded immediately.

On 4/07/2020, I ordered what was advertised as a free trial of their brain booster for $6.92 shipping and handling. On 4/23/2020, I received a bottle of brain booster and a bottle of CBD, which I did not order, along with a bill for $89.92 and $89.94. On 4/24/2020 I called the company and told them that I didn't want the product for those prices, I thought I was getting a free trial of their brain booster only and thought that mean I could try it and decide if I wanted to order more. I was told that their website clearly states that if you don't return both products and cancel in 14 days they charge you for the product. I did not see that information ANYWHERE on the page when I agreed to order the trial for $6.00.They advertise this as a FREE TRIAL and then expect you to return the product or pay for it, which means there is no free trial, it is deceptive advertising. It states that after 14 days plus 3 days shipping you must return the product and cancel. So I was cancelling within the required window. However, the customer service representative said that there was no need to return the product and agreed to refund my money.,
On.4/27/2020 my credit card was charged $89.92 and $89.94. When I called the company again to make sure they were refunding my money, I was told that I could not be refunded because I had not cancelled in time, even though I had called them the day after I received the product, and that date was within their cancellation time frame.
I told them that they had no authorization from me to charge the $89.92 and $89.94 to my credit card. After arguing for some time the customer service representative said he could only refund $60.00 of each charge.
On 5/06/2020 I received a notice of cancellation and on 5/07/2020 I my credit card received two $60.00 refunds.
I want to be refunded the remaining $29.92 and $29.94. I cancelled within the window. If the company's complaint is that I did not return the product, that was due to their representative telling me that it was not necessary to do so. These are fraudulent practices. I have read several other complaints similar to mine and this appears to be their business model. I will be sending a letter of complaint to my credit card company as well.

I expect this company to refund the remainder of the money as they originally agreed to do. I have two $60.00 refunds posted to my credit card. I want the remaining $29.92 and $29.94, for a total of $59.86 to be refunded as well.

Very misleading transaction bordering on fraud. Consumer pays 6.94 for free fourteen day trial. Received product, used, no changes in terms of husband's memory. 16 days after receiving product, 89.94 pulled from my account. Contacted company, they told me that they could give 40 dollar refund or, give me a deal of $19 for my order if I continue as a customer. shady. I said I didn't want anything to do with their company and have a pending refund of 40 dollars showing in my account. I will gladly ship them back their remaining "mind pills" at my expense, in order to get my remaining $49 refunded. They are taking advantage of SENIORS and need to get honest in their advertising and billing practises.

Company provided full refund

Unauthorized charges: It was supposed to be one time charge of $6.92 each but I recieved two charges one for $89.94 and one for $89.92.
Today 5-30-2020 Unauthorized charges: It was supposed to be one time charge of $6.92 each but I recieved two charges one for $89.94 and one for $89.92. I need refunded as I am disabled and can't afford any extra charges that I have not authorized. The charges appeared on my statement with date of 5-30-2020 for products Mind Tech and CBD Tech with Moodbrandbrainbooster and Moodbrandmemorybooster as merchant names. I immediately googled number and called. I was told they would do nothing to help me and I couldn't speak to anyone else because he (employee Nick) was supervisor and they would do nothing towards refunding my money that was not authorized. He told me they would cancel it but would not do anything else and he wouldn't refund my money. I have conversation recorded on my phone. When I Googled the number I saw complaints at the Revdex.com totaling 21 for the company for the exact same nature of people agreeing to pay one time amount of $6.92 and being charged multiple times for higher amounts than agreed. Again I'm disabled and want the two charges $89.94 and $89.92 refunded to my account.

I like the others ordered what I thought, was a sample bottle. Everything you traded in the other complaints, unwanted shipments, money out of my account and never getting my full refund. Scam, scam, scam. Be prepared to have unwanted shipments sent to you. This happens before you can put a stop to it. I live on my SS. This action really had an impact on my ability to eat. I cannot tell you how much I despise this company. Most people with memory problems are the elderly. What an exploitation, especially of the elderly. They never refund the entire amount, as they withhold money for themselves. The product gave me a headache, every time I used it. Threw away the remainder of the barely used bottle, and returned the unopened bottle in the mail. How does the owner of this company sleep at night?

It's very interesting to note, that I was unable to get satisfaction, until I wrote about them to thru the Revdex.com. All of a sudden, I'm entitled to a legitimate refund, which they refused to offer before this. As I stated before....beware...beware...beware. They finally refunded me $240.00. That's a pretty hefty chunk in anyone's account, let alone someone who's living strictly on their SS. Shame on businesses like this. Just be cause they refunded what was rightfully, and morally mine, does in no way warrant a change in my truthful review. How many, many people have you done this to, that didn't file a report against your company.?

Refund of money that wasn't authorized to be paid.

I fell for false advertising of a free trial for Mind Tech and CBD Tech supplements. I was erroneously charged $89.99 for each bottle.
They charged me $179.86 for two items $89.94.and $89.92 that I did not order. I ordered a free trial of two items, Mood Tech and Mind Tech on 4/22/20 and paid for the shipping of $6.94 and $6.92 and was worried about using my debit card for the shipping. I was right and a victim of false advertising.

I received the items offered on the free trial. Instead of a free trial they mislead me and charged my debit card $89.92 and $89.94 without my approval. I was never sent any terms with the introductory email. I never had any chance to review terms that said I had to cancel or get charged. I called them, told them that I did not order or receive these items I was charged for and they said I was charged for the free trial delivery.They said they will cancel my order and can only credit my account $100.00. I asked what about the balance and they said $100.00 was the maximum amount that they would refund. During the purchase process, there was nothing mentioned about signing up for a trial membership. There was nothing mentioned about calling to cancel the membership within 17 days to avoid being charged $89.94. I immediately called Mind Tech to dispute this. I told them that the advertisement never mentioned a free trial, it never mentioned calling to cancel the free trial, and it never gave a time frame in which the call needed to be made.

Desired Outcome

Please send me the total that was charged to on my debit card of $179.86 in a check. I am suppose to get a credit of $100 but I want the $79.86 also returned in a check.

We ordered a sample of 2 products from Nootropic Tech and agreed to pay shipping cost for the trial. The 2 products arrived with the card being charged the full price and shipping price. I had problems finding the phone number, and that was a wrong number. They are sending the 2 supplements every month with the full charge and no way to get a hold of them to stop the order. There is no record of the order being sent along with the order.

I was charged $89.94 for a membership because I didn't call and cancel within 17 days. That's incorrect. I called on Day 17.
On April 27, 2020, I purchased a free trial of Mind Tech Brain Booster (60 capsules). During the purchase process, there was nothing mentioned about signing up for a trial membership. There was nothing mentioned about calling to cancel the membership within 17 days to avoid being charged $89.94. Today (May 14), I received notice that there was a pending charge on my Discover account of $89.94. I immediately called Mind Tech to dispute this. I told them that the advertisement never mentioned a free trial, it never mentioned calling to cancel the free trial, and it never gave a time frame in which the call needed to be made. I called on Day 17 to cancel the trial membership (that I never agreed to in the first place), and the best they would do is give me a $50 refund. I will dispute this charge through Discover, but I wanted to make sure that the Revdex.com is aware of yet another individual being scammed.

Desired Outcome

I would like the remainder of the $89.94 I was falsely charged. I have a $50 refund pending on my Discover card, so I would like the remaining $39.94 also refunded.

automatic membership enrollment of $89 a month, called immediately to cancel and they can't find me in system... how convenient. I want to cancel.
Made my order 05/02/2020 around 10:30 pm and called immediately to cancel my automatically enrolled membership that I didn't agree to, I do not want my card charged $89 some dollars each month. When I called, of course the man could not locate my account. My order ID is ***, please cancel my membership account.

It is not forthcoming that in order to have a free trail you are automatically enrolled in a monthly membership. That was brought to my attention after the order was submitted. If I had known that I would have never ordered and your ad on additional products, I didn't even see a decline button and didn't see an option other than to continue. It's all just trickery. My account has not fully been refunded by the way. I only see 2 of the 3 refunds. I hope there isn't an issue later.

I fell for the scam just like all the others in purchasing 1 Mintechpill bottle 4/11/20 through an ad. I was charged 89.92 and 89.94 on 4/28/20.
I fell for the scam just like all the others in purchasing 1 Mintechpill bottle on 4/11/20 through an advertisement, shipped 3 days later, received a couple days later. I had no company information sentvia email, just my confirmation stating it was from "[email protected]" which does not have any customer support info. I found out on 4/28/20 I was charged 89.92 and 89.94. I called my credit card company and they provided me 2 different set of numbers which 833-226-3372 FL & 888-964-1831 WY. I called 833-226-3372 FL and the customer agent from http://nootropictech.com/ inform me that they are the same. I went on about my charges which in total were 6.94, 6.92, 19.99 and 89.92 and 89.94 for a total of 213.71. The agent from the company was only able to offer a ONE TIME courtesy refund of $40.00 from each $89 dollar charge. I let her know that I bought this from an add and I not see any TOS (terms of service). I let her know that I just wanted to have the charges returned back to my card since I had already paid the initial fees and I was told no and she mention that USPS packaged the product so you are being charged multiple charges..doesn't make sense.

I was only able to get 40 from each charge (total 80) and that's it plus a cancellation of the account. Im still owed $89.92 + $89.94 =$179.86 - $80 = $99.86
People be careful when dealing with this company.

I was offered 2 samples of natural mood enhancer pills if I paid for shipping. Later I found 2 charges on my bank statement for $89.94. Misleading.
Mar 30 - Paid for the shipping of the 2 sample bottles with my debit card. 2 separate shipping charges of $6.92 and $6.94. The charges appeared in my account as GET CMR MEMORY and GET CMR CREATIV

Apr 15 - GET CMR MEMORY charged $89.94 to my account

Apr 20 - GET CMR CREATIV charged $89.92 to my account

I did not agree or expect these charges. This was very misleading and definitely was not "risk free" as online advertising would lead one to believe.

Desired Outcome

I would just like the charges of $89.94 and $89.92 refunded to me. I agreed to pay the shipping costs. The resolution I would like would be the agreed upon deal. Those surprise charges are expensive and not fair to any consumer who got duped by this scam.
