I placed an order on 04/02/2020 for a trial sample of their "Mind Tech" product for which I was charged $6.94 on 04/03/20 (shipping and handling). I received the product on 04/18/2020. On 04/19/2020 at 10:10 a.m. MST I received notification that my card was being charged $89.94 by "Get CMR Memory Booster" and asking if it was an approved charge. I contacted my card company and discussed the charge to try and discern if it was fraudulent. We determined it was in correlation with the company I got the sample from. We also looked at their history on Revdex.com as a check point for fraud; it is also the only place we could find a phone number for the company. I called their customer service, spoke with Melanie, and requested the charge be reversed and future shipments cancelled. Their terms and conditions state a customer has 14 days plus 4 shipping days to cancel and avoid further charges. She told me she could only refund $60.00 because the charge had already processed even though she agreed my request for cancellation was within their guidelines. The $60.00 refund was processed even though I did not agree to that amount as a resolution to the problem.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of the remaining $29.94 due.

I ordered two products from MoodTech and they never arrived & I have no way to contact the company. I would like my money to be refunded.
I saw an online advertisement for MoodTech that was endorsed by ALL the sharks on the TV show Shark Tank, which made me feel comfortable buying their products. I now suspect that MoodTech somehow falsified this endorsement, since I never received the products. The two products I ordered were MoodTech & CBDTech. I placed my order on 4/6/2020, order # ***. The total for the two products is $13.86, which I paid for with my Master Card. The arrival date was to be 4/11/2020, but the products never arrived.

Desired Outcome

I believe I was deceived by MoodTech and I want my money back. I do not want the products, since I no longer trust this business.

I do not accept at this time Nootropic's (MindTech & CBDTech) response because it is inaccurate. I never agreed to Nootropic's "terms & conditions" nor was I asked to. I responded to an online "free trial" offer from Nootropics and paid for the S&H only. I never placed an ongoing order nor have I received any shipments from Nootropic, as their response implies. Upon receiving my refund I will consider this matter closed. However, after reading reviews of Nootropic's unethical practice of fraudulently charging customer's credit cards for products not ordered, I reserve my right to again file a complaint with the Revdex.com against Nootropic.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Super SNEAKY company. I signed up for the free trial of MINDTECH and just had to pay shipping. It came in quickly which is probably the only positive. A couple of weeks later I noticed a charge on my credit card for $89.94. When I called to dispute the charge, they said it was in the terms and condition but for this one time only I can pick from two options: hassle free and get "refunded $50" or I can mail it back (since it's been unopened) to receive a "full" refund but be charged a restocking fee of $19 and I have to pay for shipping.
How can a company be trusted if they do things like this. It feels like thievery!

I have made multiple attempts to contact this company to cancel this product because I did not sign up for a subscription I only ordered the trial.
I didn't sign up for a subscription and I have tried to contact this company multiple times but no one answers the phone or it disconnects. This company is a scam and it should be closed down immediately for unprofessional practice.

Cancelled 14 day trial period within time limit was charged $89.92 10 days later tried to call again was told I had the wrong mind tech.
Ordered trial on 2/10/20 was a 14 day supply didn't receive product until the2/19/20 was charged $89.94
On 2/28/20. I called number given on order to cancel they said they didn't know anything about mind tech tried calling same # again no answer just kept ringing. I want my money back so badly. Nothing like this has ever happened to me.

Very disappointed with their business practices. I ordered online a sample of vitamins. I was supposed to receive a sample and pay shipping charges of $19. The samples never arrived, when the pkgs was received I thought it was for the samples and they said it was for the vitamins. My account was charged 89.92 and 89.94. Their resolution was to charge me $19 for each bottle which wasn't the agreement. If a company says they will send samples they need to do that and not bait and switch. Very unhappy with their resolution.

They charged me $179.86 for two items that I did not order.
I ordered two items, Mood Tech and Mind Tech free trial on 1/20/2020 and paid for the shipping. I received the items and every thing went well. I received my credit card bill and had two charges for the same two items for a total of $179.86. I called them, told them that I did not order or receive these items.They said they will cancel my order and can only credit my account $100.00. I asked what about the balance and they said $100.00 was the maximum amount that they would refund.

I have just discovered that on 2/10/20 Mood Tech, LLC charged my debit card twice for two products that I did not order. These products are:

Mood Brand Brain Boost - $89.94
Mood Brand Creativity - $89.92

The only order I have made at the company was for a free sample of Mind Tech and Mood Tech, for which the debit card was correctly charged with shipping. That order was placed on 1/23/20.

However the two charges above were not authorized. The representative on the phone has told me that the 'free test' offer states that after 18 days Mood Tech will automatically charge my account for these products. That is hidden on the Mood Tech site and Mood Tech has taken advantage of me to the tune of $179.86.

I can not get in touch with the company to cancel my shipments or get back a refund after I refused two shipments.
When I got my samples of mind tech and mood tech,I called to cancel any further shipments,the lady sayed my name was not in the system.I received a box in December and was charged $89.94 for brain booster and $89.92 for mind tech on December 9th.I refused the shipment usps tracking #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX and sent it back December 10th.I tryed to call I got no respose.I received another box in January and was charged $89.94 for brain booster and $89.92 for mind tech.Once again I refused shipment XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX and sent it back January 13.Since then I have tried to get in touch to cancel my order and get a refund.

I filled out the information to receive the "free" product. before submitting the information I decided that I wanted to back out of the transaction so I hit backspace on everthing that I had entered. apparently by that time they had captured my information and 2 days later I received the unwanted product. I took some of the capsules for a few days and realized that they were not doing anything and have since stopped taking them. with the paper work I received they stated that I would automatically be billed every month for about $80.00 for these useless pills that I don't want. that was only for my convenience!!! I will contact my bank and stop any further deductions by this outfit. I don't know that this will really happen but I will give it a try.

I talked to the company yesterday and they claimed that this was not the "free" and they took $89.94 out of my bank account. their ad clearly said this was free if I would pay the shipping charge. I told them that the product didn't do anything for me. the man that I talked to, I didn't get his name, finally said that he could replace $50.00 onto my debit card. this card has been shut off but if they do send back the $50.00 it will still get back into my account. I asked him what about the other $40.00 that they took from me and he replied that I could accept the $50.00 or I would not get anything back. I told him to send back the $50.00. I have seen on your website that there are lots of people who have been stolen from by this outfit. thank you so much for this refund of my money. I will never try to buy anything from the dirt bags that prey on naive people like me that have a tendency to trust people. I guess I should have known that these people were crooks.

I ordered one trial bottle of a product, but was sent two different bottles and charged S&H for both. Now they can't find my order to cancel autoship.
I ordered a trial bottle of MindTech, but was also sent a bottle of MoodTech and charged about $7 each for S&H. I was told I had 13 days to cancel my membership and stop autoship. When I called the cancellation number (6 times), they were never able to find my account. I gave them my name, order number, address, e-mail address, phone # and a portion of my credit card #. I don't want to be charged $87.77 a month for each of the two products. I guarantee they will find my account information when it comes time to bill me. I'm notifying my credit union, but I don't want to have to cancel my card to avoid unwanted, illegal charges.

this company has taken $49.95 out of my checking account 3 times in one day
for an item that was advertised as a sample for $4.99

Called my bank and they said the company was getting ready to take a fourth one but main branch had that one on hold . Bank had to cancel my bank debit card , until they can issue another one

tried looking for a confirmation # wasn't one , found a number on bottom of page on eBay
tried to call , left a message never called me back
I need my money returned to my bank asap
