First off we never tell anyone they have to buy a warrantyit is optional and they do not have to buy itmr[redacted] never came in to cancel he sent a lady in to do for him and I do not have her name On 7/31/the warranty was cancelled thru our dealership it can take up too weeks for customer to get the money we have no control on how fast the warranty company sends ck out I will make follow up calls on this to get ck sent asapthank youruss B [redacted] chevy Spartanburg [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: As previously stated by the customer, everything on the truck was working when they took delivery Every used car we sell is sold as-is, it does go through a rigorous inspection process and everything was working properly, just like the customer has stated The statement that was made about having the price added does not show that we knew about the issue, if a customer wants anything added to a vehicle it must be added to the price.Chevrolet of Spartanburg did everything that is set forth by the State of South Carolina and Chevrolet We went above and beyond and even offered to back the deal out and return his trade, which he refused

To whom it may concern:? We have been in direct contact with the customer repeatedly.? The issue with the tag is due to the state of Kansas repeatedly requesting different and additional information.? Like the customer stated the tag does not expire until July 2nd.? ? ? As far as the check engine light, the car is covered under manufacturers warranty and it was sold as is by the dealership.? There were no problems with the vehicle at delivery like the customer stated.? Since the vehicle is under manufacturers warranty it would have to be taken to a Dodge dealership.? Kansas has everything that they needed for the license plate, the deal has already been funded by the bank, and the car was free of issues at delivery.? The dealership has fulfilled all of their obligations

all she has to do is bring in the bill of sale and odometer statement from her new purchase and we can cancell her products been told the sevral times can not be done over phone

As was previously explained, the customer approved the work to be done. We quoted the work and followed South Carolina and Chevrolet guidelines. The dealership did nothing wrong and therefore there is no further reply necessary.

I have sent all the documents over saying that the vehicle had bee traded as Requested know they want a letter stating the car was paid off which I have called the bank to have them send it over once I have verified they have filed for my refund then I will consider the case closed but not until If I was not ignored before this case was opened I would not have a problem with it being closed since they are trying to resolve the issue know?

They just stated if we wanted it fixed they would have had to adjust the price which would suggest they knew about the issue yet did not divulge that information to is the customersPretty shady customer service if you ask meI will never do business with this dealership again and will forever inform any and everyone I come in contact with to avoid this dealership like the plague!

To Whom It May Concern: Just as the customer stated, the headlight was working when the customer purchased the vehicle All of our pre-owned vehicles are sold as is and the customer even signed documents stating the vehicle is sold as-is Any and all issues need to be addressed before the purchase of a vehicle, not after Had the customer addressed the issue before hand we would have explained that all of our pre-owned vehicles are priced by the market and the condition of the vehicle, including any and all defects that there may be Had the customer wanted the repair fixed we would have had to increase the price of the vehicle to adjust for this We did offer to cancel the deal and return his trade and take ours back, but the customer refused because he knows he got a very good deal on our vehicle, but now wants something for free after the fact.While we do strive for excellent customer service, we have fulfilled all of our obligations to this deal

To Whom It May Concern:We did receive the complaint and called and discussed the issues with the customer. I reviewed all of the documents with her and explained to her that each job has a specific amount of labor that is set by *** which is used by Chevrolet and most dealerships
nation wide. I explained that if a repair is hour, then that's all that we charge even if it is minutes or hours. This is standard at nearly every dealership nationwide. Customer did approve the diagnostic and the repair to be done and was aware of the cost associated with it before hand. We have everything documented with the customer and the customer even admits that she did approve it. There is no price gauging like the customer claims, everything is was done exactly as it was supposed to be.We try to make every customer as happy as we can, we followed every guide line that is set by Chevrolet and the State of South Carolina.If there are any additional questions or concerns please feel free to reach me on my cell phone at *** Ken D***General ManagerSpartanburg Chevrolet

Since I am not a mechanic, we had to rely on the word of the mechanic who gave the diagnosis of the car's problemWhen he gave us this information and the cost to repair, permission was given to fixHowever, upon receiving the receipt and determining that of the charged, $was for labor and the mechanic took less than minutes to completeSo, $was the charge for the small valve part and everything else for whatever he did in less than minutesWhen I personally questioned the manager at that time and asked, what was the hourly rate for labor, he quoted me I am not satisfied with the response from the Chevrolet of Spartanburg's new manager! If what he say is true, that they want to make their customers happy, please honor my request and refund me half of the labor chargeI am not asking for anything to be given free of charge but by the same token, I don't want to feel as though I am being overcharged Regards,

we have never told anyone they would not need a co signer or money down prior to them coming into our store. we do have a pre approval on anyone but they must meet certain stips. we do have a way to go with anyone credit but they must provide certain things. money down co
signer or cheaper carwe do not treat our customers like that and under no circumsatnce would one of our sales pepole order someone to sit. please let me know if you need any further info on this matterthank you
