To Whom It May Concern: As previously stated by the customer, everything on the truck was working when they took delivery. Every used car we sell is sold as-is, it does go through a rigorous inspection process and everything was working properly, just like the customer has stated. The statement that was made about having the price added does not show that we knew about the issue, if a customer wants anything added to a vehicle it must be added to the price.Chevrolet of Spartanburg did everything that is set forth by the State of South Carolina and Chevrolet. We went above and beyond and even offered to back the deal out and return his trade, which he refused

Since I am not a mechanic, we had to rely on the word of the mechanic who gave the diagnosis of the car's problemWhen he gave us this information and the cost to repair, permission was given to fixHowever, upon receiving the receipt and determining that of the charged, $was for labor and the mechanic took less than minutes to completeSo, $was the charge for the small valve part and everything else for whatever he did in less than minutesWhen I personally questioned the manager at that time and asked, what was the hourly rate for labor, he quoted me I am not satisfied with the response from the Chevrolet of Spartanburg's new manager! If what he say is true, that they want to make their customers happy, please honor my request and refund me half of the labor chargeI am not asking for anything to be given free of charge but by the same token, I don't want to feel as though I am being overcharged Regards,

I have sent all the documents over saying that the vehicle had bee traded as Requested know they want a letter
stating the car was paid off which I have called the bank to have them send it over once I have verified they have filed for my refund then I will consider the case closed but not until If I was not ignored before this case was opened I would not have a problem with it being closed since they are trying to resolve the issue know

In regards to the complaintThe customer was never promised an extra key to the vehicleThe vehicle was pre-owned and we only had keyThe vehicle was not advertised with multiple keys nor did anyone on the sales staff tell the customer we had multiple keysThe sales associate did go look in
the office for additional keys but we had noneWe offered the vehicle to the customer at an exceptional below market priceShe asked us to included all her taxes and fees into the retail price of he vehicleWe reduced the vehicle over $*** in order to do thisThe customer was not unhappy with us until we stopped meeting her request. We will offer the customer a new key at a discounted rate of $*** and we will program to her vehicle for free

we have never told anyone they would not need a co signer or money down prior to them coming into our store. we do have a pre approval on anyone but they must meet certain stips. we do have a way to go with anyone credit but they must provide certain things. money down co
signer or cheaper carwe do not treat our customers like that and under no circumsatnce would one of our sales pepole order someone to sit. please let me know if you need any further info on this matterthank you

My son went in last week and signed all the paperwork for the warranty to be canceled (I have had surgery on my foot still not moving around good) as far as if the Dealership filing it I still do not know but they do have all the paperwork, mileage of vehicle date vehicle was traded if they have proof we’re they have filed it with the warranty company to be canceled I would consider it closed

all she has to do is bring in the bill of sale and odometer statement from her new purchase and we can cancell her products. been told the sevral times can not be done over phone

First off we never tell anyone they have to buy a warrantyit is optional and they do not have to buy itmr.*** never came in to cancel he sent a lady in to do for him and I do not have her name. On 7/31/the warranty was cancelled thru our dealership. it can take up too weeks
for customer to get the money. we have no control on how fast the warranty company sends ck out. I will make follow up calls on this to get ck sent asap. thank youruss Bhevy Spartanburg***

As was previously explained, the customer approved the work to be done.? We quoted the work and followed South Carolina and Chevrolet guidelines.? The dealership did nothing wrong and therefore there is no further reply necessary

The customer, *** ***, was contacted by phone on 2/4/at 4:pm.? The customer was informed that a refund? check in the amount of $2,was being processed and that it would be available for pickup on Friday, 2/12,2016.? ? Sincerely,? *** ***Controller?
