A Five year old could do better!!
I was in an accident February 2023. I basically did the work myself. The attorney Steven Fair did NOTHING! and I do mean nothing to advocate for me. Every time I called he was quick to get me off the phone. It was like talking to a robot working in a call center. Also, to add injury to the insult he did not advise me one way or another as to what I should do. It took me asking him if it was his wife what he would do. He was dumb found with his answer and in sensitive. Quote: Settle you were no[t hurt no way. Now lets go back and talk details. Mr. Fair stated I was low ball by the insurance company. He knew that was not a fair amount. Remind you Morgan and Morgan advertise we will not take no for an answer. Now I just say a commercial stating we will pay you if you don't win. Really?!? What about your lazy than lazy attorney's not advocating a fair amount? Are you willing to wrong a right? Do you pratice what you advertise? Do you have integerity? How do you sleep at night? You stated you entered this field because of your brother. Really? It sounds like you are using him just to play on other emotions. All these commercials with your brother and this Miss Morgan. Really. Do people have integrity or dignity? Can people establish what is fair? What are morals? What is the truth? Are for the people meaning you ? You see more monies in your pockets and clients are hurt psychically and emotionally. Lost wages, lost of work, lost time with family, and people having medical bills going to collection? Attorneys lying and not doing the work. This attorney have a list of complaints. He use to work for Kenneth Nugent and the same exact thing. SMH! Public records people! One last note I told him this Wednesday let me pray on rather I want to settle or go to litigations. Let me tell you in any other time he does not call. He called me the next day to see if I was going to settle. I said I would get back with you on Monday. You called Thursday. All of a sudden you do not know the days of the week? I feel very insulted ! No type of empathy or compassion from this law firm.

It it for the money
My wife had a medical procedure that failed. Long story short… called Morgan and Morgan. They looked at the case and didn’t see a win. Didn’t call us or tell us they would not pursue. 4 months later no answer to her emails. I called. They said after their review they didn’t think they could help but never contacted us so we would know. If they don’t see $$$$$ in you they toss you aside and move onto the next check. Commercials are click bait to get. Your nothing but a potential paycheck to them.

Job Well Done
I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude for the very professional legal team with Morgan and Morgan (Erin Hayden, Esq. and Ashley DeCosta, Litigation Paralegal). They are really a five-stat team or as said in the military “Bravo Zulu” (meaning well done)

As a 44 years government employee (24 active-duty soldier and 20 civil service), I have a great deal of respect for organizations/individuals who practice their craft with a high degree of truthfulness and open to provide wise counselor to their client. Erin and Ashley were keen of keep me abreast of my case. I would also like to give them kudos because during my case; I had surgery for throat cancer and loss my 33 years old Son, but they endure with patience as I took several breaks to deal with life challenges.

Poor Service and Turnaround Time
My son was in a car accident a year ago. They finally settled the case with the insurance company in January. They rarely return calls or answer the phone when you call. My son signed all his paperwork in January and is still waiting on his check in March. Supposedly it was mailed out in January. He has called several times, and they either do not answer, respond to voicemail or they make him call and leave eight messages in one day before they will answer. Their ads all over Spotify claim someone is available 24/7, and there is always an attorney, an assistant to the attorney, and a paralegal available. This is such a load of crap. The paralegal didn't even know anything about his case when she called him back. My son has had very little communication with anybody. They claim his check must have gotten lost in the mail when my son finally was able to speak with someone that told him they would cancel the check and resend it in the middle of February. After several messages being left, he was able to finally speak with someone again that is now telling him they have to wait for the check to be cancelled as it states it was delivered but not cashed. Seriously!?!?. All they need to do is cancel the check and reissue it. Obviously, it was not delivered to the correct address, and they know it was not cashed. This is beyond poor service from anybody, much less an attorney for a victim who needs his money to finally move on from the accident. I would definitely never refer anybody to this firm. They are liars and cheats. They owe my son interest on his settlement at this point!

Ripoff
I got a $100000 and they took 40% $40000 and the hospital took their $46000 for a lein which the $46000 was for 2 hours of cti scans what a ripoff and I got nothing what a ripoff

With Morgan & Morgan's help my SSDI claim was processed and Approved within 3 months. A special thanks to Estephanie *** (Case Developer). She was extremely professional and polite, and never failed to call me back to answer any questions or address any concerns.

They have made my terrible car accident experience as tolerable and as streamlined as possible

I believe the firm needs to research why I was sent to a $2,000.00 dr.visit after the case presented to opposing council was denied from day one.

Anytime a doctors visit set up by the attorney is $2,000.00 without telling the client the cost of the visit, then at the time of arriving at the dr.'s office I had to fill out a registration form and present my medical cards and signed the form I was under the assumption that my insurance was being charged for the visit.
Then the report was not presented as part of the suit makes one wonder what people the firm is for.
I believe the firm needs to research the why for the $2,000.00 dr. visit when the case presented to the opposing council was denied from day one and they never changed their opinion.
My council didn't pursue at anytime to present evidence how the back injury was tied to the ankle injury.
At the time I was presented my check for loss wages the $2,000.00 was deducted from the agreed amount and when I argued the wrong for the $2,000.00 charged to me, I was told that it is what the firm was charged.
Please protect the little people and senior citizens that are taken advantage of.

Just to clarify the injury happened January 2019 went to mediation I believe in September 2019 when the opposing council denied any
reimbursement or responsibilities for the back injury as I was being treated under my insurance for my back injury.
My attorney never perused workmen's compensation for my back injury because he said I'm lucky that Medicare was paying for the treatment.
The $2,000.00 dr.'s appointment was in the middle of December 2019 and mediation was settled in the beginning of January 2020, with no mention of the $2,000.00 dr.'s report for the back injury due to the work related injury although I kept bringing up the dr.'s report. I was told that my back injury was not on the table.
Settlement check was given to me in June after I signed workmen's compensation legal form without knowing what the charges were to be from Morgan and Morgan.

I only wish to be made in full of my settlement and Morgan and Morgan refund me the $2,000.00 that was misrepresented as a dr.'s visit and to add to the confusion I was under the impression that my Medical insurance was being charged since I filled out all of my medical information at the dr.'s office that lasted maybe 30 minutes. Is this common for Seniors to be misled like this? Kind Regards

The company Morgan and Morgan had their paralegal reach out to me by telephone stating that the dr. Visit was solely for the purpose of my ankle injury and the dr. visit had nothing to do with the injury that occurred to my back.
I stated that she was wrong and then the paralegal read a portion of the dr. report. Again I stated that the dr. visit was only in reference to my back injury and at that she insisted on sending a copy of the report to me by mail and I agreed that the report be sent to me out of curiosity of how they intended to misuse the dr. report.
This wouldn't be the first time that I had an issue with this case. I wrote to Morgan and Morgan complaint center about how my case was being mishandled and a senior attorney from the firm reached out to me and stated that the attorney assigned to my case was doing everything in accordance within the firm guidelines and saw no issues with my representation.
I am attaching the dr. report as well as the request from my attorney for the examination.
I don't know if Morgan and Morgan sent you a written reply or just notified Revdex.com that Morgan and Morgan contacted me.
I requested the enclosed documents at the time I received my settlement check because that's when I saw $2,000.00 was deducted for my back examination and I disagreed With their deductions.
If you have not received in writing Morgan and Morgan's explanation for the visit, it would be greatly appreciated if the attached documents are revealed in response to their building up the firms monetary account and relationships with their go to examinations.
Can the loss of market interest be included to the refund owed as well as any percentage that may of been deducted.
I do disagree with Morgan & Morgan statement of explanation and hope that this letter of proof will stop them from their For The People and it all stops from here on and nobody else has to go through this.

Company has breach contract willfully
My wife had some contractual situations. She contacted Morgan and Morgan on 6/24/20, a massive amount of information was gathered and they promised that the case was going to be passed to the lawyers to be evaluated in two weeks or less. Morgan and Morgan never called. We followed up with them in 5 different dates. The last time, which was a month later, the customer service representative indicated that they would not take the case.

Desired Outcome

I would like an attorney evaluate the claim since it has well foundations and evidence that the company had breach contract willfully.

Morgan & Morgan is not who they claim to be . I was in a car accident , they held my case for 2 months . I called to see what was going on . They told me they was not handling my case . It held my case up . I had to wait and call for Morgan to send me a non - representation letter so I could seek representation . I had to beg for the letter no attorney would touch it . I finally got a good lawfirm to represent me . I settle for $3000. Don't listen to Mr.Morgan law firm or he's stupid ads . They Pick and choose if they think its a small case they will not represent you . They are looking for easy money and bigger money all the lawyers they have on payroll . Morgan is like Trump a lier and a fraud . They do not want to go to court , to save money and Keep lawyer from going to court . Un American !!! Be truthful to the people Mr. Morgan .

Nancy that is my point ., Morgan law firm doesn't help everyone who has a good case . Just tell the consumer the truth , and don't hold on to a case just to be spike full . Morgan & Morgan commercial should be corrected it is false advertising. I had a dam good case that did not go to trial not even close and settle for policy limit .

Morgan & Morgan owes me 200.00 + postage 88.00 + due May 15, 2020. I picked up they did not mail & I collected doc for them & provided proof
I have sent emails and l;eft messages and made phone calls to be only told that it would be looked into, my son and I had a claim, it was settled in January 2020 and was botched by the attorney Jay Drew, I found out by calling and calling about the claim, was told my the new attorney after I cam to the office to pick up our settlement that I would once I provided prof of document delivery I did so therefor their should not have been any postage or document fees on my settlement statement , my 200.00 was due May 15, 2020 I received my son's check for 158.00 less postage again NOT sure why USPS return receipt cost 8.00 not 41.40 so they owe me 88.00 from settlement statement 200.00 from held funds form settlement and 33.40 from my sons check and they should not chargeme more than 8.00 for my delivery of my check.

They should give me a % of the attorneys fees they collected in lieu of a severely botched pushed settlement and a FIRED Attorney and his assistant

First all proof are in emails and I will be glad to forward them but I do not know how to up load emails there are 6 months worth of emails with the fired attorney and his assistant. I WANT 401.40 THAT I FEEL IS OWED TO ME PLUS $ 1000.00 IN FEE REDUCTION DUE TO DAMAGE OF MY BOTCHED CASE & Interest on monies held for no reason, but they FIRED my ATTORNEY failed to tell me several weeks after the fact once I stared calling to get resolution.

I have the blessing of an amazing lawyer. Christopher *** is very prompt with every phone call/email as well as staying current on all situations and staying on the case. He is respectful, highly intelligent, compassionate, funny, insightful, kind hearted and has passion for what he does. He does all he can to make sure your best interests are known as well as the actions are taken for them. He never pushed me off to his Paralegal (Aaron). He (Christopher) did everything himself. I saved files many years form the abuse, neglect, and failure to this HERO, in providing care.

My wife was in an auto accident in January. When it was apparent her injuries would linger, Morgan and Morgan was hired in March. As of writing, she still has not been able to speak directly to an attorney. Her personal insurance medical coverage has been maxed and she is $5,000 out of pocket over the last six weeks. Morgan and Morgan has not provided appropriate assistance to get the at fault driver's medical to begin paying. The case worker is not attentive and an attorney is non-existent. Biggest mistake is believing they act "For the People".

The call center got my information 4 months ago.
I was trying to get more information for a appeal for my VA rating and have not heard back from anyone, they got all of my information and was told the va lawyer would get back with me. Well here it is a few months later and still nothing. What do they do?? Only take cases that will make them money. So much as the saying we the people for the people.

I think they are TERRIBLE. "FOR THE PEOPLE", JOHN *** says but I don't believe it any longer. In August, 2016. (Two months short of 4 years now.) they accepted a personal injury case on my behalf. The case settled last January and the Firm got paid immediately their potion of the settlement. I am still waiting for mine. I know that medical providers had to be paid too but what I am really upset about besides my share of these funds is their HORRIBLE LACK OF COMMUNICATION with me as a client. I have tried, to no avail, to get a response from them as to what my share is and when (even a ballpark figure) is better than nothing. My calls are ignored.

I am 70 years old and I am not getting any younger. I hope I am still alive when the money does .finally (hopefully) come to me.

Mr V of Morgan & Morgan called shortly after I submitted my Workers Comp documentation. He said they'd let me know in a week. It took 3 months.
I do not accept this letter as written. Three months almost to the day for you to review my case with NO effort on the part of you or your staff to reach out. In my first call with Mr V he indicated I would be contacted within a week regarding Morgan's decision to take my case. The letter correctly state the urgency of the timeline in Workman's Comp cases. This serious loss of MY time waiting on your answer is likely to have a devastating impact on my case. The next time I heard from anyone was on 14 May when Mr V called himself. I will expect the letter to be rewritten to explain why it took 3 months for ANYONE to contact me and say "no" despite my repeated efforts via email and phone to solicit a faster response. I will use the revised letter as my justification for an extension should a judge inquire as to why I didn't better use my time to file. I cannot believe 3 months is a "standard of the industry" or an acceptable response time as it regards Morgan and Morgan's policies. I will be forwarding all communications and records directly to John Morgan. This is unconscionable.

Mr. V did call and reiterated the original written response without addressing the reason for a 3 month delay. During the conversation Mr. V repeatedly steamrolled over my attempts to ask about the delay, basically returning to the inadequate written response. I had to interrupt to even get a word in on his attempt to monologue. My request for a written explanation has not been satisfied. His unprofessional attempt to use a verbal-only response and pressure-tactics only has solidified my intent on satisfaction. I did thank Mr. V for his call and terminated it when it became apparent to me that he was trying to overwhelm me with heightened tone of his rhetoric and stonewalling. At this point I do not feel it is unreasonable to expect a response from John Morgan personally regarding the chasm between his advertised ethos and Mr. V's behavior. I am confident we both attempted to record the conversation for archival purposes.

Simply repeating the original inaccurate and inadequate response does not constitute any good faith effort to reconcile. Given Mr V's unwillingness to respond professionally what is the next step for elevating this complaint?

Debt from morgan and morgan that I dont feel responsible for. I fell thru the back porch and broke my ankle at a place we were renting. The landlord didnt want to pay for the medical bill at the hospital here.we decided to m&m. They sent someone and reviewed us. M&m sent me to a couple doctors and ended up putting me thru pain management. After while I stopped going because I didnt like being put on pills. I didnt have medical insurance at the time. Well they dropped my case after they sent me to Columbus which I had been going for months because they told me I had to. a while after being dropped I found out that I had a $2400 bill that was owed because of them. I didnt make any agreements with any doctors I just done what they told me I had to do and I dont feel like I'm responsible for this bill. It's on my credit now and I dont have 2400 to give to them. Is there anything I may can do about this? You can call me if you need more details.

Other (requires explanation) For this debt to be resolved and removed from my credit.

I accept. They did exactly what I asked for. It was done very fast. I'm 100% happy with the results and I thank Greg b*** of morgan & morgan. He is the one who stepped up and called me. Thank you sir for the great job!

Contacting for payment and was given terrible excuses.
I made contact by phone and addressed collecting on my participation in the class action suit towards the data breach with yahoo. I was routed to a live 3rd party answering service hired by morgan and morgan who gave me the run around. I asked to speak to a member of the firm to better escalade this result and was denied. If my name was filed for the lawsuit then this money is mine to and respectfully I should be able to collect. I had submitted documentation and also had advised I was on mental health disability. I have a bunch to submit on top of the prior documentation. I am indigent and with my conditions Im limited to travel and requested assistance to be sure im doing so correctly only to be ignored and belittled. Please lets be fair and do whats right.

Desired Outcome

I want to have a representative assist with correctly filing paperwork in which i advised missing in the first engagement with the firm. I know that i was in the class action suit so im entitled to my portion. I feel this is done why firms to take advantage of the lesser poverty in hopes they will just pocket the money and we can do nothing about it. Unfair!
