I call Morgan & Morgan after a pharmacy that I use called me to inform me that they had a concern about a proscription they had filled two days earlier. I want home but told them I'd call back. When I returned home I looked at pills the county was short by 4 pills. They looked the same but why were they short? It's not a norcotic! They are predisone. I got worries called Morgan and Morgan for the people "after the fact" I think I was talking to India! The women spoke broken English I explained my concern and she said well your not hurt so we can't help you! Really after he claims he spent millions to pass marijuana law! I asked to her if she was an attorney she did reply no. I asked to speak to one. She puts me on hold. After a few minutes she tells me it the weekend no attorneys are available! Well there goes yet another commerical 24/7 ***! I ask her is she telling me to take the medication? She said I don't know or something? Broken English. Guess what wrong meds the pharmacist didn't tell me to look at imprint until I called back. Morgan & Morgan for themselves! No wonder daughter doesn't want to join firm she maybe honest! New attorney contacted

Phoned them for a free consult for a potential Work Comp issue/problem. Was just looking for a few answers with a consult before even considering pursuing the matter. After a long interview with a secretary of some sort I was told that she could not address any legal concerns. She informed me , after asking 15 or more minutes worth or questions, that that she would forward the case as it is the type of case that they handle. I then received 3 texts and emails asking me to sign a contract before a lawyer would contact me and answer any legal concerns I wanted addressed before I made a decision to move forward. A few days later I returned the call to the sender of the texts. The 3rd text to be exact and talked to her and she explained the contract and why I needed to sign it before a lawyer would talk to me by phone. The key here is telling me a lawyer WOULD call me!!! After signing, and a few days later all I received was a curt and impersonal letter by someone saying the case was being declined. I am at a loss. All I wanted to ever do was ask a few questions about my situation. Like I expected from the free damn consult that was advertised. The writer never even explained to me WHY they declined the case. Not one modicum of explanation. WOW! So much for that free advertised consult from the lawyers professing to be FORTHEPEOPLE. Yeah it appears not so much for the people unless it's a Washington, Grant, Hamilton or Lincoln.

After being the victim in a car crash in August, I contacted Morgan & Morgan to receive assistance from an attorney. I was contacted by the attorneys case manager, but was told that I was not able to speak directly to my attorney. after requesting multiple times, and still not speaking to my attorney, I told Morgan & Morgan that I wanted to end my contract with them on october 23 because I still had not received any communication from my attorney which I supposedly had hired. After speaking with the insurance company handling my claim, I was notified that Morgan & Morgan had filed a lien against my settlement, which they are not entitled to

Desired Outcome

I am requesting that Morgan & Morgan remove the lien off of my settlement since they provided no assistance, and no service.

After the client terminated the relationship with Morgan & Morgan he called to complain about his lien. Although we were able to reduce the lien they could not fully erased as it was used as a guarantee of payment for services rendered. Once the services are paid for the rest of the lien will be eliminated

There were no services provided form Morgan and Morgan. They actually hindered my case by opening insurance claims through the wrong insurance company even after being instructed which insurance would be used. They had no right to file the lien for the amount they did because the agreement was that they were to receive 25% of whatever the settlement was if they represented me. I never spoke to my attorney, and only exchanged a few emails with his paralegal over the course of a month. They never represented me, so they ate not entitled to anything.

I was told that I had to wait on accounting, I was told to to wait because it was the "end of the month" & finally I did not hear anything back from the case manager Michelle A only to find out that she moved to a different position. So here we are months later and I am now working with a new case manager who stated that she will not send the check via certified mail but instead through regular mail and if it gets lost then they will reissue the check. The process if obtaining a settlement check from Morgan and Morgan is extremely painful and I feel as though I am constantly lied to. I call every week only to get pushed off to the next week.

Desired Outcome

I would like my last two checks to be issued and sent with a tracking number.

Morgan & Morgan has received notice of discontinuation from the client and has informed him of a reduction in the lien. We continue to be in correspondence with the client due to his dissatisfaction with the lien but cannot fully remove the lien.

Contact from business as promised not forthcoming.
Heard the advertisement about help with hurricane issues. Contacted them. Received initial contact. No follow up. Contacted them. Received follow up call to mother with statement that I would be contacted. No contact. Have called three times in the last six weeks. Each time I have been told they needed to get more information and someone would contact me. No contact. Each time I have left my number, my parents number (they have the roof problem), and my email. From initial contact until today is about two and one half months.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be told if they are actively pursuing the case and, if so, if a resolution is forthcoming. If they are not actively pursuing the case I would like to be informed of that and given alternative solutions.

I was contacted by phone on 3/16/2018 and a telephone appointment was set up for 03/19/2018. Upon completion of the interview, two emails and two texts the issue was resolved.

Memphis attorney for Morgan & Morgan really throw me under the bus. I was not properly given all options when it came down to settling my worker's compensation claim. My lawyer told me the way it works is if I take the money they offered at the time, that if my injury got any worse I would be able to go back and get more money. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Not only can I not file on this injury again but it did get worse. I have had to have surgery and will be out for months with no consistent income. Because it is a worker's compensation claim, I also can not apply for short nor long term disability. She wanted to hurry up and settle my case and did not fight for me and she gave awful and misleading information. Had I been properly informed of all of my options, I would have never signed the papers. No person in their right mind would do such a thing if they knew that if their condition got worse it would lead to being unable to feed their children. They say that they are for the people, but because they have so many clients you are really just a part of a revolving door. They try and get you in and out as soon as possible and never really consider your situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Morgan & Morgan. They are not for all people. Only ones with million dollar law suits. If your considering them, I plead that you weigh all of your options first.

Laura S M is a terrible lawyer with an ever worse temperament. Childish, petty, and incompetent.
After a year and a half of no movement on my case, Laura S m*** was assigned to it. She met with me in Jan 2017 & I didnt hear from her again until midsunner 2017. October 2017 they requested some medical records. I told her assistant that I didnt have access to my car. (I work before the bank open until after it closes) When I received my car back around Thanksgiving, I made note to get the doc back to them. then next week I received a threatening/terse letter from Laura S M. I asked for her patience as I have been patient with M&M.

12/5/17 Laura S m*** dropped my case, even though I had given her the information she requested.

Desired Outcome

I want to be able to walk away from this law firm owing nothing. We can pretend like this whole 2.5 year fiasco didn't happen. I will forget how my first lawyer inappropriately filed for my case to be in Bibb county GA, how he couldn't find the defendant until 10/2016 AFTER I googled him and found his place of employment...in Buckhead NOT Hawaii!! I could try to forget how I had to seek out my new counsel Laura S M after 3 months of radio silence, only to find out that my previous lawyer had been fired for GROSS NEGLIGENCE! I dont want to owe M&M anything PERIOD!

The client was in a car accident while driving an *** and a truck rear-ended her. We are fully aware of the nature of this type of litigation and we had this client's best interest at heart and were working toward a resolution for her. Our client satisfaction team has been in contact with the client multiple times before and after this claim to address rectify her complaints when possible.

Our home took some serious damage from Irma and our insurance company refused to pay us anything above our deductible. We heard a radio ad from Morgan and Morgan that gave us hope, that they would sue the insurance company for the legal fees, and not to sign anything with anyone else. We call and schedule and appointment, the day before and agent calls us and wants us to agree to a 33 1/3% fee of the recovery, totally contradictory to the radio ad, and an outrageous amount considering it would be less money for us to just pay for the roof out of pocket. So we call the agency to get clarification on the radio ad and I get transferred about a 4 times repeating myself over and over. I get hung up on by one lady that tries to talk over me as I'm trying to explain the situation. I call back and finally get a supposed supervisor and she says that 33 1/3% is the fee. I say well what about that radio ad, and she has no clear explanation. Clearly the ad is bait and deceiving and should be removed, or desperate people needing help should be helped as per the ad.

I had a social security case that was accepted by Morgan and Morgan. Since I have 0 money coming I. And very little money altogether, I applied for a job and was offered a position even though I don't know if I can do it yet due to my limitations. I told them about this while asking questions about my retainer package and they promptly said they could no longer help me. It appears that this business and quite possibly the social security office would rather you starve to death than try and do something to put food on the table. I haven't even started this job yet to see if I can do it. I cannot and will not recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone going forward.

After contacting Morgan & Morgan a personal injury law firm, that utilizes call centers in Florida to screen calls, their intake operators request personal information then sells it to marketing solicitors for Cruise ships, credit repair services and sex lines robocall companies. Each time I spoke with a Florida call center my cell would receive robocalls from the listed companies. My number is listed on the do not call list. Unable to speak with any of the attorneys regarding this matter call center employees refuse to forward calls to the attorneys

To be contacted by a Morgan & Morgan attorney to inform them of the issues and to stop the robo calls.

It's possible that the company is unaware of what their Florida call center representatives are apart of. When my calls to Morgan & Morgan were being forwarded to a call center in Florida the customer service representative took my personal information including phone number and email address. Then informed me that Morgan & Morgan wouldn't be interested in a case like mine. A few days later I began receiving pre-recorded calls from Walt Disney cruises, Tax debt relief companies and others. Below is a list of these companies that called or sent text messages after contacting Morgan & Morgan:
