Unless you have a BIG MONEY !00% WIN Case, don't waste your time... They are interested in the "little people" little John Morgan says on Tv....Nov. 30, 2018, ***.. I called Morgan and Morgan and asked them how I could lose an entire BREAST for $120 (with no chemo, no radiation, no nothing) and then a simple needle aspiration ($480.000) for FOUR TIMES THE COST OF THE MASTECTOMY.
They weren't interested in the case.. and referred me to the Florida bar... No thanks... Before my disability and disfiguration (from the mastectomt( I was a Nationally Certified Paralegal... I know how law firms work... Only the BIG MONEYY... or CLASS ACTION SUITS... JOHN MORGAN IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT LOOKING OUT FOR THE LITTLE PEOPLE....
I don't even make enough money to file taxes and can't get any help with this except to keep fighting.... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING MORGAN & MORGAN... Worthless unless you can put a few million in THEIR pockets.

Completely unprofessional. They will change the lawyer/case manager without even telling you. You have to call them everyday to do their job for them.
I was in a MVA which resulted in a concussion for me. This happened in March of 2019. I started out with my case manager as Heather P and my lawyer as Jason G. I have since been through two layers and now two case managers. Each time I had no clue until I reached out to see the status of my case and they told me who I was asking for was no longer on my case. Besides them changing lawyers and case managers, they fail to contact you upon reaching an issue on your case. Instead of doing their job and reaching out to you, you have to call them and ask why it's been over a month since you got an update. Their answer is usually that they are having issues getting some kind of document. My OB was debarred one November of 2019 and I didn't find out until February or March that they were having issues getting my records from his office-probably because he lost his license and they destroyed his files, which was one of the many things I had to solve on my own. I am now at the end of my case, and have been reaching out for a week straight to my case manager. Come to find out, I have a completely new case manager. I am completely blown away by not only the disorganization of this company, but also by the manner in which they have treated me since being on my case.

Desired Outcome

At this point, I need my case closed out as soon as possible, because every day that they just linger on my case twirling their thumbs, that's money they are taking out of my pocket. Had I known last year what I know now, I would have NEVER contacted Morgan and Morgan.

I am currently pleased with my new attorney and case manager. They seem to be involved and concerned with my case.

Illegal and unethical practices. Terrible client service. Unprofessional service and practices. Disrespect, dishonesty and misleading practices.
I have emailed Josh D on numerous occasions requesting a copy of proof of payment for every bill, invoice, funding, etc. that Morgan and Morgan paid out when my lawsuit was settled in 2018.

I see Judgements on my credit report from medical providers that were to be paid by Morgan and Morgan. I also received a call from one of the funding companies saying that I still have a balance with them, and they were never paid.

I was called into Morgan and Morgan office in Atlanta to pick up a check. When I arrived I reviewed the check and noticed that it was not the amount that I was told that I would be receiving $500.00 less). I then went to the front desk to inquire about it. The front desk took my check and brought me back a check that was $500.00 less than it was when they first took it from me. So, they took $1,000 from me and will not provide me with the explanation I requested.

I called the office on 03/24/2020 and received the most rude, unethical and unprofessional treatment ever. I first spoke with an Evette in Consumer Satisfaction Department who advised me she was the highest person I could speak with regarding this matter. I did explain to her this is affecting my credit, my ability to close on my home and my livelihood. There was no compassion, no apology or any assistance offered to have this matter resolved. I explained to her I been dealing with this for a while. She advised me that Joshua D was not an Attorney and definitely not my Attorney, she mentioned another Attorney's name who I never heard of before.

I called back and was blindly transferred to a Fatima West who advised she was in the Social Security Department. I did need to speak with that department as well because I am receiving numerous correspondence regarding my hearing date and no one has reached out to me and I wanted to know why? I did request to speak with her supervisor who she denied me the right to speak with anyone else. I asked he who her supervisor was, and she would not tell me her name, then she advised me that her supervisor was on Conference calls all day and could not speak with me. She then places me on hold and a person by the name of Megan P got on the line advising me she was in Court at a hearing and did not have time to talk. She then told me to hold on so she could speak with the Judge to request some time to speak with me. She said the Judge gave her until 10:15. She then said who do you want to speak with, your personal injury team? She then said because I have another client on the telephone that I need to speak with. I then became frustrated because she was lying and playing games with me. I did tell her I did not feel comfortable with her handling my case because she was lying and playing games with me. I did advise her I was going to contact the GA State Bar because the way she was conducting herself was not part of the Oath she took. She then threated me by saying I am transferring your case and she then told me to have a good day and attempted to hang up the telephone. She did not disconnect the call. I remained on the line for and additional 15 minutes, listening to her type, shuffle things, etc. It is now 10:26 and she has not returned to the hearing she said she ask the judge for additional time. I did disconnect the call about 10:30, in which she still was typing and shuffling things.

I want these issues resolved. I can't believe Morgan and Morgan claims to be for the people, yet they treat their clients like crap! These issues have been going on too long now. No one will address them and I feel Morgan and Morgan is stealing from the people.

I want my Money, my breakdown and all documents to support Morgan and Morgan actions.

Case was already settled when new attorney took over. New attorney reached out to Ms. yesterday to address her Personal Injury case concerns regarding the bills. We are awaiting a list from Ms. with providers so we can cross check with the checks from accounting and the closing statement. We also have a phone conference scheduled with her on Thursday.

Regarding the Social Security case, this has been transferred to a new attorney following the incident.

I had a nice case where my friend and me got hurt for no reason we were severely beat. Morgan & Morgan took about three days to decline my case and they would not give me a reason why. I would not use this company for anything. I'm not a bad individual I'm a passive person and I help run a multibillion-dollar company. That's why you need to trust me. Take your case to someone else

I called M&M with a class action suit in which I needed a large firm. I have several plaintiffs that are already very committed to filing and seeing this case through. Each has their own amount of significant evidence to present.

I called M&M and did the initial "consultantion" and was told an Attorney would call back within 2 days. The next day I received 3 more phone calls asking me to do a free consultation. I explained each time that I am waiting for an Attorney to follow-up.

3 days pass and I call M&M again and they said they weren't interested in the case.

Ok so 1) they didn't bother to even call to tell me. 2) why lie and say it's a case they'd like to follow up on. How did they really get the full breadth from their 5 minute free consult?

I'll continue on to find a legitimate firm but the way they run this one is horrific. I hope you dont find them to be case-stealers and file based on these "free consults" at they gather info but refuse to be professional enough to follow up on. When you lack basic business skills like that, it's easy to steal cases and do other morally bankrupt actions.

I appreciate your attempt mitigate the seriousness of this matter in a similar way that Trump has said the coronavirus is "no big deal." Following that train of thought and dismissive behaviour, I'll state again that I was told the case IS viable and an ATTORNEY would return my messages.

I then was contacted three more times to do a pre-consultation...so you had plenty of people (three different people) call me to do the consult but not one of them said "we're not taking your case," when I explained I already did the intake.

I had to call when I didn't hear from an attorney. The reason for this review is that you cannot follow-up, you have zero organization and now, looking at your response, you are willing to LIE to save face. You had plenty of people running in circles to assist you in this and when I asked WHY my case was SUDDENLY not being sent to an attorney, I got a canned "Thank you for calling!" instead of an answer or attempt to help.

NO ONE SHOULD EVER CALL MORGAN & MORGAN.

Jen, with all due respect, you are wrong. I was able to review the call interactions you had with our case center. Nobody told you an attorney was going to call you. You submitted an online inquiry which we called you on. You returned our call and since that specific department was unavailable, we took down some details and the agent specifically said "I will schedule a callback from that department and when they call they will see if an attorney will be able to take the case" When we did follow up twice, you told both our agents that you already had the free consultation even though you hadn't. With that being said, I had a supervisor from that department review your case details that you submitted and this still wouldn't have been a matter we could have assisted with. I am sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding. We do try to help out as many people as we can, unfortunately we are unable to help everyone and this was just one of those times. Again, just because we cannot take on a case does not mean you do not have a case. We urge you to reach out to other firms to see how they may help. In true lying fashion, YOU are wrong and your "investigation into the matter" actually shows you are grossly inept at research. I'm thankful I didn't hire you because if you are this incompetent at looking up a client inquiry, your company is certainly incapable of handling any lawsuit.

The TRUTH is that I submitted an online form. To which I received a text saying "Thank you for contacting Morgan & Morgan. Our lawyers and staff are available 24/7 to begin your free consultation. Please call us now at (888) 804-8422. If you would like to stop receiving additional text messages please reply STOP."

I called and a customer service woman asked me all the details of my case. Near the end, she put me on hold and when she returned, informed me that "an ATTORNEY WILL CONTACT YOU in the next 48 hours." At the conclusion, she reiterated this was a case that Morgan & Morgan would be interested in and an ATTORNEY WILL CALL me.

The following day, I received a phone call in the morning. That customer service person said I submitted an online form and asked for details of the case. I said I already called into Morgan & Morgan and gave them all the details.

The second customer service person said the first customer service person did not put my details in connection with my online form (I had advised the first woman that I was calling in response to my online form submission and follow up text stating to CALL Morgan & Morgan.) The second customer care woman stated she would merge my information and that indeed, I will get a follow up call from AN ATTORNEY.

Then in classic lack of organization and failure to follow through, I received a third phone call. Not from an attorney, but from another customer service person. She asked for my details on an online form I submitted. I explained AGAIN that I already had the entire consultation and I was waiting for the Attorney. She stated she would then fix the duplicate file which the second person failed to do.

Then...several days passed with no phone call. I then called Morgan & Morgan to inquire how long would it be until I spoke with an Attorney. At that point I was told that no one would be in touch.

Morgan & Morgan is disorganized, incompetent, and flat out irresponsibly negligent in their inability to even collect and follow up on a simple consult.

I urge anyone looking at MORGAN & MORGAN to read this and consider if they would want their attorneys office operate on this amateur level?

Oh...and then deny it when called out on it. Fabrications of events are not the truth. Some of us still believe in actual facts.

You want someone to lie for you in court IF they even bother to get back to you in the first place? Then call Morgan & Morgan. They won't actually call you though. Just leave you waiting and wondering.

Want a real law firm? Call ANYONE else!

Very disappointed and "For the people" was not honored in my case. I say that because I had my case to be represented by Morgan & Morgan Atlanta Location in 2015 where my son had to succumb a broken femur bone due to the negligence of the business where I had his 1st birthday party. I was granted a judgement by default of 150,000.00. As if the mental/emotional anguish and suffering, loosing my job, having to go through caring for a toddler in a body cast, and financial hardship wasn't enough. I had my lawyer Jimmy C basically tell me their isnt anymore that could be done but put a lien on the owner. No well you would have to pay for whatever investigation/filing moving forward out of my pocket nor any other alternative to seek the owner out to get her to give the insurance company she had coverage through for her business, which in fact was in a high traffick mall????? I feel I could have chosen any other law firm but I thought Morgan and Morgan was going to be the best to help my son and I get the compensation that was due after 4 years of my time. Instead I basically was told the owner is in her 60's and in cases like this their is nothing we can do. Like really if we are going by age what about the negligence that 60 year old caused my 1year old had to suffer. What was suppose to be a joyous most memorable milestone is now a constant reminder every year around my sons' birthday of the tragic accident and life changing moment of our lives. I cant even celebrate my sons birthday the same due to my anxiety from that day.TODAY IS 3/3/20 and I spoke with a man name Steven F who doesn't even have anything but notes to read in the system regarding my case. I regret giving my case to this firm they really dropped the ball and made me feel as though my case was too minute to further investigate the owners insurance. Sending a letter was all my lawyer felt to do.I could've done that. They did not even attempt to subpoena her to court to get the information. When I spoke to Mr.F* said well your lawyer filed suit against the company not the owner well now it's that enlightening so mo re e work can be done , but I guess my case was not good enough to give the quality and effort to gain some type of restitution, MORGAN & MORGAN FOR THE PEOPLE" I beg to differ.

I would never use this firm again, I never saw my lawyer and called several times, even after a settlement which was pushed on me I never met her, they never return calls, and are so unprofessional, I had a 18 wheeler accident, then was diagnosed with cancer, she said if I died my case would die with me, which is true, but was so unsympathetic about it, I had a severe TBI which was deleted on paper work, so the judge would sign off on it, they are not for the people they are for themselves, the part of their settlement was unearned, if I needed to talk with her, she made me feel like I was so stupid and would never return calls.

WILL NEVER EVER, use nor recommend these *** to anyone. Stay far away from this firm. Got into a car accident 2 years ago with a friend, I was the driver a drunk driver hit us injuring both of us in the vehicle, hired Morgan & Morgan (unfortunately) to work my case. Case progressed as I went through treatment for my lower back, neck and dislocated thumb, which was completed. My case went to litigation in which Adam S took my case to litigation. As time went by I've been in contact with Mr.S*** discussing progress about my case in which he told me "Things don't happen over night, you're wasting your time as I am wasting mine" then explained "I had a prior so the insurance companies didn't want to pay".... here we are 2 years going on 3 later last time I spoke with Mr.S*** he told me "My check would be ready beginning of November maybe 2nd week" that was back early October late September...Here we are mid December and nothing No call...No Money...No reply to ACAP. Next is the FL bar I'm tired listening to the BS from this jerk off firm. As my friend who is 31 years older than me with MULTIPLE priors and collects disability has collected from his case in full 3 months ago...he was the smart one he used A DIFFERENT LAWYER/ LAW FIRM!! But if you mention this to Mr.S*** well no they are working my medical reductions for 7 months... what a joke I'm done being treated as number because my case is not priority!

They are so terrible very unprofessional I wish someone told me not to go to them they need to change that name because they are not for the people

They handled an insurance issue for me when the insurance agency wouldn't pay out from damages caused by Hurricane Erma.
Did an excellent job and kept me informed.

Billing in addition to Social Security Disability Award
My SSD was approved on first submission seven months after filing. Yesterday I received a $7.63 bill for $6.88 in postage and $0.75 in phone call fees. Really? What mailings? Please provide USPS documentation. What phone calls? Please provide phone carrier documentation of those fees.

Cancel billing of $7.63.

Morgan and Morgan took on my disability case, and after all was said and done I feel like I wasted 3 years of my life for nothing. The attorney got in touch with me, over the phone, only twice, and then I was never able to get in contact with him if I had any questions despite him telling me to call him anytime I needed to ask about something related to the case. Even if I left a voicemail, I would not get a call back. When the time came for my hearing with the ALJ, my attorney told me the medical information from my psychiatrist made it highly probable to get an approval. Aside from chatting with the judge before the hearing started, he basically said very little throughout the entire hearing. After the hearing he said he was extremely optimistic about my being approved by the judge. About a month later I get a letter stating the ALJ denied my case. Months before the hearing, when I had my phone call with my attorney, I asked for information about the judge as to how tough it might be to get an approval. He replied only telling me that the judge was patient, and nice. It wasn't until after I was denied that my attorney mentioned to me that he was a strict judge, and very tough on disability cases. Where was that information BEFORE the hearing ever took place, and if this judge is so tough then why did he fill me with such false hope that I would get an approval? The case went before the appeals counsel and was denied again. I waited almost a year, and tried many times to get in touch with my attorney to ask questions about the case. No calls were returned by him, and if I did get a call back it was from one of his assistants. After the appeals counsel denial, all I got was a letter from the firm saying they would no longer be representing me. In the end I feel like I was treated like a file number, and not a person. As for all the 'positive outlook' from my attorney, I feel like I was just being told what he thought I wanted to hear instead of being given the real facts. The entire process was a real let down.

Well, I called them when I was injured at a*** store. Definitely injured, they were definitely at fault; it will take weeks, perhaps months for the final prognosis. When they saw that my case wasn't going to bring in millions to them, they wouldn't help me even get back medical expenses. They will only accept big-buck cases; the rest of us can go pound sand. I am the retired secretary of one the largest law firms in the country, even the world. We didn't treat people this way. I wasn't asking for pro bono. I was asking for help.

These people took me for a ride. I hired them to get my overtime pay , they took it to court and won. I ask them when I could expect to see my pay and they said I had to take them to court in N Atlanta. They told me they only go after there money. They never told me any of that in my consultation. I never got my money , that's what I needed them for , I'm not a lawyer. They get theirs and the hell with you.

My Lawyer in the Memphis TN office is phenomenal. Her name is Kristen D.
Her strong point is communication, and sincerity. Her assistant Heather is spot on every time so far.

If you are in a situation wher you need someone to help you & fight for your rights you would do well to go with this company & specifically Ms. D as your lawyer.

She will fight for you.

Morgan & Morgan. For the Money. I typed a full page explaining my problem. It could not be cut and pasted on their website so I requested their email address. I was told they don't do that, so I contacted another firm. I wish I could leave a zero star rating.

Morgan & Morgan not for the people AND ARE NOT VETERAN OR DEAF PEOPLE FRIENDLY, and their site is just a smoke screen honey pot that goes back to florida with low wage VA's that are not lawyers They have you fill out an online consult if you cant call and claim they read it and contact you. no one read it if they did they would know I am deaf from being blown up in Iraq. 4 hands down

I called for a free consultation in a work related injury that resulted in the death of my husband. They proceed to contact the employer and their insurance company, stating that they represented me even thought I never hired them. Now I am considering settling with the insurance company and with that information on file it is making it difficult.

I tried calling Morgan & Morgan and keep getting the run around. As long as they are listed as my lawyers they would be entitled to their fees even though they were never retained or hired.

I would like the balance of my settlement.
I had a slip and fall in Jan 2018. I hired Morgan and Morgan to handle my case. In July of 2018 I received a partial payment of my settlement. I was told that $200 would be held for two months in case of bills that might be due. I called in August to confirm the date that I would receive the balance. I was told in Oct of 2018. So I called again in Oct and was told that it would be mailed Oct 19. Called again on Oct 23,2018. I was told that they where waiting for accts payable to cut the check and that I would be notified when it was mailed out. Still no word. I called again on Oct. 30,2018. I was told that it was mailed on Monday Oct 29,2018. I still have not received it. It only takes one day if it is in the same city. Morgan and Morgan is the largest law firm in Jacksonville fla and I know that $200.00 is nothing for them. There were no other charges for my case. I feel like I am getting the run around because I had to eventually contact the lawyer who handled my case and I don't think his assistant was happy about that. She doesn't answer my calls or e-mails. I am the one who was injured and they have gotten their portion of what was due them and I would like to get my remaining balance.
