The technician showed up on time and completed the requested service plus a few other things that he found that needed to be addressed. Morris-Jenkins' technicians are always professional and knowledgeable.

Sadie was very thorough and explained what needed to be done. She worked up 2-3 quotes for me to chose from. Her friendliness was great! Most service people come out and act like you are nothing more than a check for services. Morris-Jenkins has well trained and compassionate employees who go out of their way to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Morris-Jenkins made an exception years ago when they didn't serve the county I like in at the time. They prevented a possible medical emergency from happening. I have been with them since and plan to stay with them. I highly recommend them to everyone. Great job Sadie!!

Adam V was the technician sent to perform routine maintenance on two of our units. He was outstanding: prompt, professional, courteous, efficient, respectful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond.
When he arrived, there were wasps around our front door. He sprayed the wasps for us and then even wiped away the spray marks!
He was so polite and efficient we went about our daily business without interruption.
Where the condensation drains outside two systems, the landscaper had filled the trench with mulch. Adam dug out the trench so the water wouldn't back up.
We recently had to add a third system which wasn't in Adam's work order. We decided to add it to our yearly maintenance plan today. He serviced the new system too and trenched for drainage. He explained a recommendation for the new system.
Any and all customers whose systems are serviced by Adam are fortunate. He's a 5 star tech.

Morris Jenkins was very efficient in dealing with our AC unit failure. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and provided several options for repair. Thomas J was very polite, knowledgeable and professional.

Eb conducted an interior/exterior inspection and cleaning of our 4 units. No problems found, but did offer a suggestion regarding future condensation overflow protection for attic units. Outdoor units checked out "OK" and with cleaning included with the Advantage Plan, we feel confident that our equipment is running efficiently. Eb verified our satisfaction with a recent repair, and he was EXTREMELY polite, something we have always experienced with M-J service personnel!

Morris-Jenkins tech (Alvo) came out to troubleshoot an apparent humidity problem with new dual zone system. After eliminating other possible problems with the thermostat in question, he finally determined that a "backer" circuit board was faulty and was misreporting the actual humidity levels. He was thorough and professional. I appreciate someone following thru until the problem is solved...old school service.

They did a great job. Arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, did what they said they would, cleaned up and demonstrated how everything worked. Another great experience again with Morris-Jenkins.

I'm very pleased with the timeliness, professionalism and courtesy by both plumbers who came and worked at my house today to reroute the water line. It was a big job that they handled very well and I appreciate Will taking the time to explain and show me the job as they completed the work today. I appreciate the quality work!

Cody B. was my Service Technician and did a fantastic job! He was punctual, called ahead of time, friendly, and took the time to explain the problem and resolution to me. He answered my questions, double checked his work to make sure the issue was resolved, and overall provided wonderful customer service! I would definitely call Morris-Jenkins again for any needed service/repairs!
