Grant came out on a Sunday to diagnose the problem with the AC. He is very professional and courteous, as well as empathetic to the issue, especially since MJ had just provided maintenance to the system within the last 7 days. He was able to troubleshoot the issue, order the parts and get it installed in less than 48 hours.

Thomas H arrived on time to fix our AC. He was very knowledgeable and respectful while he was here. Thomas informed me about what was going on with our unit and what needed to be done to fix it. I recommend Thomas for all of our AC problems.

Chase was a very respectful technician and very professional kept us informed every time. He checked everything first then he came and say down with us to show us the recommendations and different choices we could choose from if we couldn't do everything at one time. We went ahead and did everything he recommended and he took care off it that same day. Great great customer service and knowledgeable. We had great service would recommend Morris Jenkins and Chase as well for your technicians.

Terrific experience with this company. Called them at 10 pm on a Saturday, and they were there by 8am on Sunday. Great work by Jonathan. Fixed a couple of different items and knew a lot about our machine. Signed up for the maintenance program and easily scheduled the cleaning. Lisa was here for hours. Cleaned, gave a detailed analysis of the problem, found a leak and talked me through the best options for my family. And helped a neighbor who dropped a phone down a storm drain! I am quite happy with our service so thank you very much to Lisa, Jonathan and the entire crew who obviously operate with a strong commitment to customer service.

Fantastic customer service!! After being told we would have to wait 6 days for an AC repair by other companies a most WONDERFUL tech (Owen) from Morris-Jenkins was out within an hour of our call for help. Had our AC up and running in no time!! They also do weekend and holiday calls without a jacked up service fee. Got issues, don't waste time with other companies in the Charlotte are, just call Morris-Jenkinsð??

Pete came out promptly and assessed our situation. We definitely needed a replacement water heater and he explained all of our options thoroughly and was extremely helpful in the decision making process. He then made a call to have his team come out the same day to replace and install.
He has to be one the very nicest and professional people I have ever dealt with. He loves working for this company and it shows. Highly recommend!

Chris S was here within an hour of calling Morris Jenkins on a Sunday night. He quickly diagnosed the problem & repaired it. He also checked out the rest of the system, & did a few extra items for free, like cleaning out the drain pipe & replaced foam sleeve that was showing some wear. Chris S was very polite and friendly, and most of all very knowledgeable. He kept us informed at each step and got cool air pumping through the house quickly!

Technician came at the time agreed, fixed the loose wire and unit was up and running and thankfully cooling within 15 minutes of his arrival.

Fantastic service! Our rep was here last night after our very old system went out. He explained everything well, looked at multiple options, and helped arrange financing. The complete system was installed today. I work from home and was here all day. The installers were super professional, nice, and very quiet. Very glad we went with Morris-Jenkins. You can tell a lot about a company by the quality of the employees and how long they have been there. Our installation team have been with them more than 15 years. Very impressed!

I can't say enough about this company. We had a leak in pipe and my daughter noticed the water marks on our ceiling. I called and Morris Jenkins had someone out the next day. He was able to fix the leak, thankfully it was in our laundry room. It didn't require much damage to our sheet rock. He found it immediately, and fixed it. Cole H was our technician and he was great. Friendly , efficient and honest. I really can't say enough about him and this company. I have never experienced anything but great staff!!

Chris was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a very thorough review and check of both systems. Afterward he took time to explain it and give me options for corrective measures while not trying to sell me a bunch of upgrades. He was also very courteous and personable.
