Matt did a great job, explained the issue and fixed the problem very professionally and friendly.

Rob H was awesome! Because he took his time and was thorough, he noticed a crack in our old furnace, which was letting out carbon monoxide! Thank you, Rob, for putting our family's safety first and helping us feel like we were real people who were worthy of kindness even when conducting business! He had another great guy out to discuss the new installation in less than an hour! Excellent experience thus far! Thanks, Rob, for also knowing how to inspect such an older furnace model!

Bud V. completed the Spring maintenance check on my unit. He was thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me how my unit was operating and any possible further maintenance/repairs. The work he provided was completely satisfactory. I am glad Morris-Jenkins has a technician like Bud.

It really seemed like he wanted to get to know us before doing the service work.
He called about 20 minutes before arrival and was promptly here in the allotted window.

Ethan was my service technician for installing my ring doorbell. He was very professional and answered all my questions adequately. Installers were on time
They had the info from the previous day, work that led to the need
All involved parts were brought to the Install Site
unloaded and handled with care prior to and during installation.
The two technicians were very cordial and personable
The install Site was properly prepared for the new unit and lines
added from the unit to the outside for excess water , if it occurs.

Pat was very informative and professional.

I think Priority Advantage is wonderful, and it gets better when you send a fine young man like Evan out. He represents Morris Jenkins well and he was a pleasure to have in our home!! He was even on time. What a guy, what good service!!
