Joey was prompt in his arrival and thorough in his service. He was friendly and diligent in his work. He is a fine young man...an asset to the Morris-Jenkins company.

We had a technician, Jonathan W, come out for our semi annual maintenance. He discovered a problem with the heat pump. The breaker switch was not working and the wiring was fried. We suspected an issue and he confirmed it was not working efficiently. He recommended two repair options that would just be stop gap. Since the unit has been in the home since 2002, we figured that it was due to be replaced. In the time period we had the unit, we were on your preferred client program, and because of that, we got our money's worth. We then decided to go with a new unit and Jonathan arranged for Martin Ba*** to come out to meet with us that same day. Martin gave us our options. We made the decision on the unit. He was very efficient in organizing the installation the following day, much to our delight. The installation team and electrician were all spot on time and very professional and completed the job in a very timely manner. As a long term customer, we have been totally satisfied with the professionalism and outstanding service by both the technicians/sales people, as well as the office staff that we deal with when scheduling appointments and handling financial questions. Glad to stay as a loyal customer and would highly recommend your firm.

Tanner was great. He took tome to explain everything to me. I will alwayrequst him for any service to be done at our home.

Andrew arrived on time, polite, explained what he was going to do and then followed through on the inspection. He explained every step when I joined him to watch from time to time. He cleaned our compressor coils and housing very thoroughly. He was pleasent and willing to share his aspirations in life for the future.

Bryan was courteous and knowledgeable. He appeared to love his job which was evident by the enthusiasm he showed when explaining the results of his inspection of our heating system.

Steven G was my technician today for my spring check up . He did a very thorough job cleaning my AC unit and checking all components of my system. I found him to be both personable and knowledgeable, answering all the questions I had. This technician made me glad I purchased my HVAC systems from MJ. I look forward to requesting him by name for future service but it's been my experience that all of your techs do a fantastic job! Thank You for living up to your promises.

Steven did a great job on our annual A/C checkup today. Very thorough review and cleaning of everything, and explained various things we could do to improve our system performance.

Jimmy M and Thomas were great. They were all professional courteous and knowledgeable and got me back up and running. The communication was outstanding from calls texts and email I felt like I was in the know and in control of how I needed service at all times. It let me know my parts were ordered, asked me what times were convenient, who was coming and what time they'd be there. It seemed seamless even when I jumped to different communication modes through the whole service. And then a call from the tech. Quality work and best in class hospitality and customer service. We received the same outstanding service as in the past even though we had a new technician . Your recipe for customer service is outstanding and I wouldn't change it any too soon . Our AC and Heating units are relatively new so I would not anticipate any problems but again the folks answering the phone and the folks showing up at the door to review the unit are doing a remarkable job.

Technician showed at residence promptly. Introduced himself and shook my hand. Reviewed assignment and went to work . Mr C was professional, courteous, and engaging. Upon completion of the service he took the time to answer my questions and share additional additional information about caring for my ac/heating unit. He answered questions about his company and specifically the plumbing segment as I wanted to know if those services were available to me in ***. I bought my ac combo pack from Morris Jenkins 6 years ago and signed on for their priority service membership. I haven't dealt with a more professional organization in my 70 years on this planet. I would and have recommended Morris Jenkins to anyone that asked about them. Kudos again to Jason C.

Had my first priority advantage service today and Mitch did an awesome job! Kept me updated as he was going and even took time to give my dogs some of the attention they were begging for. Will definitely be requesting him next time!
