I have spent close to two thousand dollars with the company and expect to spend thousands more. There customer service is second to none. I promise if you go through motion you will most likely buy again and again. I have used other rc companies in the past and my first experience with motion rc was the purchase of the 64mm sabre that to this day is still flying flawlessly. Just made my most recent purchase of the [redacted]. If you want a great experience in rc. Look no further. I haven't gone through a different rc company since I started going through motion. Everything get to my door in a timely fashion and the product is usually in pristine condition. Don't waste your time with the other guys rc companies. But don't just take my word for it. I recently placed an order with Motion RC & I've never had such quick and courteous service. Stunned is the best word I can think of....They are great at keeping you advised of your order status (you always know what's happening ) Your items are well packed arrive in good condition and in my case the very next day. Over the past few years I have become more involved with e-commerce and have found both good and bad vendors. Motion RC has proven itself to be the very best on-line organization I have ever done business with. It is pretty easy to provide good customer service when all products sold present no problems, this is standard operating procedure for Motion RC. Motion has really shined the few times that merchandise proved to be less than perfect. The speed of response and ease of resolution when products prove defective is absolutely incredible. Motion RC is just the very best in their field.

The customer service that I have received from Motion RC is what I would consider the best in the industry. They have very knowledgeable staff members and are willing to go the extra mile to make and keep satisfied customers. I have been in the radio controlled hobby for over 25 years and have tried many online stores, but Motion RC is by far the best overall experience I've ever had. When I'm looking for something new or just need to purchase some replacement parts, they are the first (and usually the last place) I go to.

Pilots.....I wanted to let you know that Motion RC is the very best company for all of your flying needs from the purchase of your plane and accessories to the support available once it arrives to your home. The selection of quality models is the best out there.....and they back up everything they sell. One of their best attributes is the people who work there. They always have the time to talk you through a problem or how best to set up your gear. I have come to know most of the guys like Alpha, Matt, Wayne, & the owner Tom. They have become good friends that get just as excited as you do when you have a great flight, and they really want you to get better and have fun.....

They love hearing about a modification you tried and seeing a custom paint job you are proud of. That is the secret of Motion RC, they become flying buddies and for me I would rather do business with a trusted friend who remembers my name. As far as value for your dollar goes no one can compare! Seriously, I have made purchases from other retailers before I knew about Motion RC and what I can tell you is my last four planes are from them. The owner Tom will not sell a substandard product and your $200 spent with him is worth $300 or more with the other places. I honestly don't know how they can sell some of their planes for the price they do.

One last point is they don't oversell you something you aren't ready for yet. They have planes that range from beginner to expert and will take the time to help you choose something you can master and grow with. Anyone can make the most expensive sale but a friend will make sure it's something right for you at your skill level.

Simply put check them out, they are the best.....

We spoke with [redacted] in regards to his product complaint. During our discussion he stated that he modified his plane by...

removing the factory installed XT-150 connector on the plane's ESC and replacing it with an inadequate connector rated at significantly lower amperage. We explained to the customer that the plane specifications and recommended battery listed on our website clearly state that a XT-150 connector is required for this aircraft because the Freewing Me-262 draws a high amount of current. The connector that the customer installed is grossly inadequate for this type of plane and absolutely will not be able to handle the high current draw produced by this aircraft. When the customer attempted to fly his plane with this modified configuration, the connector melted under the high current draw and ultimately caused the plane to fall out of the sky without power. By removing the factory installed XT-150 power connector and installing an inadequate connector on his aircraft, the customer voided the warranty of the product, and he placed himself and others around him at risk of personal injury. We have declined the customer's request for product replacement or financial compensation because the damage to his Freewing Me-262 was the direct result of him modifying his aircraft.

I have purchased two Flightline airplanes from Motion RC. Both of the Flightline RC models are of excellent design and quality. The attention to detail is evident in the design and execution of the models.
I judge a company based on their response to questions and their response to problems.
The people at Motion RC replied promptly to my e-mail and telephone call requests for advice and assistance. When I had a defective part they promptly acknowledged the issue and sent me a replacement part with no charge for the part of for shipping.

I used to think this company was the best judging from the reviews that are posted and after purchasing a few items as a trial but let me tell you, the reviews are selectively posted. I have reviewed many items from a 5 star to a 1 star and only the 5 star were posted. I had an absolutely terrible customer service experience with this company and do not purchase products from them any longer which is a shame. Purchased a new plane which was damaged and the retracts didn't work and was advised by their CSR how to fix it and what products to buy to fix it. Umm, it was a brand new plane, I shouldn't have to buy a single thing to 'fix' it. And using the term 'we will give you the benefit of the doubt' was very insulting. I hope this is a one time issue and everyone is having better luck then I did but I have found many other reviews that mention similar issues, you just won't find Motion RC posting them or being neutral in what reviews they post about the products they sell. Their 'positive' customer service is an inflated result of selective review posting. I may buy parts and supplies from them again but will never buy anything that could possibly have any reason to be returned. Best way I can put it for those of you who have tried many RC companies is that they are Banana Hobby +1 (and even +1 still wouldn't give them a positive rating in my book).

I would like to recommend Motion RC as a top quality vendor of RC aircraft and parts. The company supports their products with prompt, courteous and no-hassle responses to customer issues and concerns. Motion RC is a great example of customer focus for the industry!
