Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: After 15+ calls to this company, I spoke with over 5 employees. Not one manager EVER REACHED OUT TO ME! Not one phone call or email was sent to me to try to obtain a "ALTERNATIVE" address. The professionalism of this company is absolutely ridiculous. After being promised on multiple occasions I would be contacted back, NOT ONE CALL. I had to keep calling them. That is the only reason anything was done about this order. It was then shipped to my house, now I have had to pay shipping for this product because the company could not for the life of any employee there figure out that they DO NOT ship to an APO box. It was a simple error that should have been identified the first time they were called. That would not have been an issue. It is the fact that they took a month and 10 days to figure this out. Then took an additional week to have it rushed to my house here in the states so that I could ship it to him. Granted I am not sure how I was able to ship via UPS when they were not able to. Regardless this company truly needs to work on there customer service skills as they do not have but probably around 10 employees in the office. They can figure out how to fix problems a lot quicker than making a customer wait on hold for 30-45 minutes at a time without any, "hey were still working on your issue." That would be a resolution for everyone who has ordered from this company. Oh and possibly getting managers who know corporate's number.

We reached out to the customer apologizing for the difficulty in reaching us and the delay on the refund. The refunds were processed though and the customers concern should be resolved.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will refund the shipping.

We reached out to Mr. [redacted] and left him a voice mail informing him that the items in question are being shipped directly from the manufacturer.  We will continue to reach out to him.

The customer service rep states that the advertised shipping estimator doesn't actually reflect true shipping conditions and just displays what the customer wants to see to get the sale. This is false advertising and a bait & switch sales strategy, they lure the customer in with the promise of product shipping that day if they place the order by the specified time but in reality it doesn't matter when the order is placed and most of the time the order wont ship when it was supposed to. The reason I placed the order with this vendor was because I needed product quick and they advertised they would ship same days ordered but that was a lie.

Jeffrey:correct since it can not lync quick enough in some cases that why we have our IT guys working it since the system was updated

We reached out to the customer this evening to discuss everything with them. After our conversation, we agreed to refund the customers purchase price. The customer was accepting of this.

The order for the windshield was replaced and delivered to the customer on 6/24/2016

We contacted the customer and informed him that he could return his item for a full refund.

Mr. [redacted] was sent the wrong item due to it being miss-labeled by the vendor, Mr. [redacted] has also filed a [redacted] dispute.  We have asked him to return the item the return label provided [redacted] return tracking # is [redacted] we are happy to refund him or replace with the correct...

item.. however it will take 3 to 5 business days to get that correct sku from the vendor before we could ship it out to him.  We are just asking that he return the incorrect item to us at no cost to him using the [redacted] return label.  As of today 6/2 the incorrect item has not been dropped off with [redacted] to be sent back.Thank you

Hi Lynn,
Well its been three day since your call when you told me you were very sorry, explained the difficulty, and that you were issuing a full refund and having my purchase overnighted. Generous indeed, however absolutely nothing has happened since that conversation: no refund, no order delivered, no e-mails confirming any shipping, nothing. nada, zip The one exception is  the $30 gift certificate you said you would send, that came in this e-mail. However I would be highly reluctant to use it since actually fulfilling and shipping orders is clearly the company's weak point. Can not say I am not sorely disappointed yet again..
Please straighten this out and let me know what is going on...

caused.  We did add a 5% discount to the order and refunded that to the credit card used and per [redacted] the tire has been delivered.  "Delivered On: Thursday,  05/14/2015 at 4:30 P.M. Signed By: [redacted] " Again we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.Thank you
