weekend and after my experiance with this business and there lack of customer service I do not trust them to take care of the refund in a timeley matter either. They should of done what was right in the first place so I didn't have to take all these extra steps to get a resolution. There for I will be returning the part to the company that made it because I trust they will handle it better than this fly by night outfit.Sincerely,[redacted]

We spoke with the customer, she asked to have the out of stock items canceled. The remaining items were processed so they can ship.

We spoke to the customer on 5/16/16 and 5/20/16, we inform him of the warranty process and  forwarded him a return label so he could return the tire to us.

I have reached out to our AP department to see follow up on the status of this refund. There has been no intention to delay. The Customer Service team has been relaying the information they received. We will follow up with the customer via phone as soon as we get an update.

We contacted Mr. [redacted] and refunded him for the item, additionally, we issued him a gift check for $30 as a customer service gesture.

As a customer service gesture we will fully refund the customer.

assumed was a good will gesture ((return shipping charge is $6.99)) to make up for the fact that they did not ship the gloves out when promised and I was unable to use them for the purpose that I had purchased them for because they didn't arrive on time).  As I had indicated earlier, I am going to return the gloves.  When I went to their website to setup the return.  They indicated that I would receive a refund of $124.97.  I had purchased the gloves for $151.96 plus $12.54 tax totaling $164.50.  With the $20.00 that they credited my account (which has not yet shown up in my bank account), that would lower the purchase price to $131.96.  When I setup the return on their website, they indicated the sales price of $131.96 (they still indicate a tax charge of $12.54, which would be the tax for the higher price I originally paid) and they STILL deducted the $6.99 for return shipping (which was my original complaint and what they said they would not do in their response).  They also do not indicate that they will refund the $12.54 I paid in taxes (which was $1.65 more than I should have paid on the sales price of $131.96).  I should receive a refund of $164.50.  Even if I consider the $20.00 that they say they have credited my account as an adjustment and not a good will gesture, then I still should receive $144.50, not $124.97.

Dunlop tire to replace the 2 Shinko tires I purchased. I am not the only one having problems with this SE890 tire. I also explained  that why would I keep putting out money to them when I have already spent roughly $249.00 on 2 tires. Now I have decided to go a different route and all I want now is the $249.00 returned to me. They have not sent a return label.....and I was told it is going to take 6 weeks to get my money back......I will send the tire back when I get a refund of $249 and a shipping label. I am part of a veterans organization and others buy from this store and I have places to be on my motorcycle and waiting just does not work for me. They have asked me questions about my motorcycle like I am riding junk. I have attached a photo. All I want now is the $249 asap. They have the records of my purchase (s).Sincerely,[redacted]
