This account requires payment as defined within the Terms & Conditions of your RBC Service Agreement.To improve your understanding of your ongoing Billing Dispute, we encourage you to continue reading the following information regarding Invoices & Statements, Aging & Payments, as well as Revolving Inventory & Account Holder Responsibilities in conjunction with the documents provided in support of the balance due.Invoices: Invoices are generated on route for products and services provided for submission by E-Mail as defined by your account settings. Invoices are electronically submitted to the Bill To E-Mail following each transaction and reflect the Account Aging by transaction date for your account.Statements: Statements are generated on the first business day of each month for submission by Mail or E-Mail as defined by your account settings. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I was not spoken to on 7/21. I was working at my other job, so therefore was not even here on that date. I came to the office on the agreed upon pick-up date of 7/22. I arrived in the office at 0630 that morning in order to make sure I would be here. I had brought containers to empty the current bottle on the dispenser. Around 0930 I discovered the driver had arrived the day before and therefore, I was not here to empty the container and the person onsite rescheduled the pickup. If the original date had been kept, this would not have occurred. As this was not the agreed upon pickup date, I reject this response from Mountain Mist. I would also like to note that all of my calls were not listed on the response from the company. I am glad they accepted some responsibility for their errors in billing. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Like stated before, the documents support an invalid charge and I am not satisfied by Mountain Mist's response to the problem. Zero customer service and this is not a resolution. We wish we had never done business with this company or used its services. I will never, ever recommend Mountain Mist to friends or family in the future and will actively warn others to the fraudulent billing practices of this company. Completely irresponsible. I hope others reading through Revdex.com will also read through their 24+ complaints on social media, the 10+ complaints on Revdex.com and see it as a glaring red flag. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I am being billed for an extra bottle that I do not have and have not for a long time. I called Mountain Mist once a month for several months because the driver could not get the amount of bottles I wanted. I wanted to down grade from 6 to 3. I did not even get any water in November or December when I cancelled and yet they are still charging me extra. I spoke with Melissa on my last bill and I verified with her that if I sent in $23.18  then I would be paid up. Then they told me I owed them for a fourth bottle and I do not have that. According to the reviews on this company, this a common complaint against them. They are charging for bottles the customers do not have. I do not feel that I owe them anymore money since I verified the amount and paid the amount agreed on with their representative Melissa. Sincerely,[redacted]

to our booth at the Washington State Fair, [redacted], Account No.:  [redacted], entered into an agreement with Richardson Bottling Company, Inc. dba Mountain Mist on 09/24/2013.  Upon installation the authorized signing party acknowledged and acceptance all Terms & Conditions contained therein; terms including but not limited to Section 4, Title, and Section 7, Termination. Client accepted the 2013 Washington State Fair Special and received not only a reduced rate on 5-Gallon bottles, but also 6-months dispenser rental free of charge. Promotional Rates are valid during Promotional Term 09/01/2013 - 09/01/2014. Upon default or expiration all Standard Pricing will apply.  The Route Sales Representative contacted our Customer Service department on 11/18/2014 to report client no longer lived at service address - representative was able to reach client for forwarding address and updated our records accordingly. Route Sales Representative attempted to recover rental properties on 01/30/2015 but upon arriving at the service address found no bottles available for removal. Client returned rental properties to our corporate office on 02/23/2015 at which time the account was processed for closure.  Kindly review the attached documents provided in conclusion of the Audit & Review for Account No.: [redacted], [redacted] requested on 04/29/2015.  Documents including but not limited to our Water Service Agreement, RBC Terms & Conditions, Invoice(s) or Sales Detail Report.
