I have pictures of all of the damage and need to get prints made also

I am rejecting this response because: This company has further proven that they are unprofessional by responding with incorrect informationThe police were called because I called themI was never told to pay...in face..the officers informed me that this is a common scheme that movers try and that I should fight it in courtto further support my claim...Ask this company for a police report or case #They will not have oneI decided to pay the actual men moving me the inflated price because they had families and were informed by their bosses that it would come out of their checks*** and *** and the rest of the office crew are full of crapI had the money for the move on top of the inflated price...obviously...because I paid it!

To Whom It May Concern,Ms. [redacted] contacted our office to request moving services from [redacted] to [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] was informed that the Fuel Fee from [redacted] to [redacted] was $229. Ms. [redacted] was also informed that the hourly moving rate would be $55 per Hour for 2 men...
and a truck and that the billing time would start when we arrived at her residence and would end when we got back to our shop from [redacted] because the men would have to be paid for the drive time back. Ms. [redacted] agreed and paid the $229 Fuel Fee on a credit card. On the day of service Ms. [redacted] signed the moving contract stating that the rate would be $55 per Hour. Upon completion of the move Ms. [redacted] stated that she did not budget correctly and did not have all of the money for the moving services. In an effort to work with Ms. [redacted], Movers of San Antonio offered to discount the already discounted rate to assist Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] refused the discount and stated that Movers of San Antonio would take what she offered or not be paid for services. Movers of San Antonio then contacted [redacted] police who informed Ms. [redacted] that if she did not pay for the services she had authorized, she would face charges for Theft of Service. Understanding that Ms. [redacted] was having financial difficulties it continued to offer the discount to Ms. [redacted] and she paid the discounted rate. Movers of San Antonio was pleased to be of assistance to Ms. [redacted] during her difficult financial times.
Mr. [redacted] selected moving coverage at rate of $.60 per pound for any furniture damaged during the move.(see attached) Movers of San Antonio has offered to pay for the damage done to the toilet at the maximum amount allowable, based on the coverage selected by Mr. [redacted]. (see attached) We understand that Mr. [redacted] is upset by the damaged done to the toilet, but we dispute any other damages claimed by Mr. [redacted] and deny any other allegations made by Mr. [redacted]. We sincerely regret that the toilet was accidentally damaged during the move and look forward to honoring the claim at the rate selected by Mr. [redacted]. If we can be of further assistance please feel free to contact us.Sincerely,[redacted]Movers of San Antonio

I am rejecting this response because: it is absurd how terrible this policy is explained when the company arrives. If a company is going to have such a ridiculous policy it should at least be explained properly so their customers are fully aware that anything they break they will never attempt to repay anything close to the cost of a replacement. Movers of San Antonio keeps side stepping the issue I am addressing on how unethical this is by stating that I signed the form they provided that was never fully explained to me.

I am rejecting this because: when your company as a whole has a clause that gets you out of any damages you have done and will continue to do because of this "legally binding" contract is barely explained by your movers. If it is so important then your people should explain this clearly and not rush the customers to sign. This is something that should be explained better instead of roping customers in with such a low price then ripping them off when the workers don't have the companticy to explain the contract that is going to ultimately keep the company safe while screwing over the customer. Movers of San Antonio keeps dodging the fact that they do not operate an ethical, customer friendly, business by throwing around a contract which they do not and have no one to fully explain upon signing.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I still have not received a form from regular mail but got my printer up and downloaded one 03/06/2015. The form states that I must provide written (on company letterhead) the repair costs of my furniture. They broke the base off of a 65" flatscreen into 4 pieces!, cut my leather sofa down to the framework and scrapped off the finish on my furniture! But, getting a "Furniture Repair Place" to come do a house call will cost me more that the mover will pay based on their BS about basing pay on weight! What does that have to do with damage cost???I requested that the cost of my move ($175) be refunded because the cost of a new TV Base (Samsung) is $89. and the rest is just in condolence for me looking at a hole in my leather sofa when sitting in my living room!!! This place did neglegent damage to my property and I do have pictures to prove what has happened! They are obviously used to just walking away from accountability. Oh, and I've tried 4 times to attach up to 10 photos and your site will not process them.Regards,[redacted]
To Whom It May Concern,We wholeheartedly dispute [redacted]'s allegations. [redacted] was clearly informed of the cost prior to the move, and our rates are clearly published on our rates page. (see attached) [redacted] had the movers waiting almost 2 hours while she was refusing to pay the bill that she had authorized, and only paid after she was informed by the [redacted] police of the consequences of Theft of Service. Our clearly published rates leave no room for the type of allegations made by [redacted]. Furthermore we do reduce the checks of our employees under any circumstances as [redacted] has alleged. The discount given by Movers of San Antonio was the only thing that prevented [redacted] from being arrested and a police report from being generated. We commend the [redacted] Police department for their assistance in fighting theft of service by unscrupulous individuals, and again salute our dedicated employees for maintaining their professionalism during the difficult circumstances they were placed in.

I am rejecting this response because:
YOU LIE! Your movers admitted the damage done to my walls in front of other witnesses and I sent you pictures of the damage that had to have part of the wall replaced and painted over. You are flat out lying [redacted] in hopes that I will go away, I will not. State of Texas complaint is coming now since you don't take your responsibility or liability or the Revdex.com seriously.

I moved April 2015 and had to put a claim in on 3 pieces of furniture that was damaged. The company could not seem to receive anything I sent them in the mail so I had to send each letter with a "signature required" from post office each time I mailed them anything. had to remail numerous pictures and the form was never filled out correctly (that's what they claimed). part of the form asked for the weight of the furniture. how do you weigh a loveseat or a recliner? I never put in a claim on anything before but I do know that if your in a car accident the insurance company isn't going to ask you for the weight of the car. finally received my "claim settlement" letter, they offered to pay me $210, the estimate was for $325 a year ago. the pieces that were broke by there movers were support bars so now the loveseat and chair have added damage. did I mention the furniture was only 2 years old at time of the move? taking them to small claims court.
We have re-mailed the claim form to Mr. [redacted] and attached a copy of the claim form here. Mr. [redacted] is also able to pick up a copy of the claim form at our office. If we can be of further assistance please let us know. Thank You

I am rejecting this response because: The business owners are lying through their teeth. Their 2 movers not only destroyed a toilet, which was not moved and requires a minimum of $125 replacement fee, not the $50 they offered, they damaged the drywall and paint on the ceiling of my house while moving items upstairs. Their movers admitted to it, and I have pictures before and after b/c I had renters in the house before and did a thorough inspection of the entire house before the movers ever came onto my property. I included the paint and wall damage on the form and this is the 1st time they have denied it. Both of the movers admitted it, and I have a 3rd party witness as well.It is unbelievable that a company who claims to be so caring and concerned about customers and customer service is being hypocritical, two-faced liars and charlatans and admitting fault initially and now denying damage. Furthermore they are blatantly playing games by rotating three different people to respond to calls and emails and letters and then demanding new formats of communications and not addressing payment for items damaged that were provided on their required form. Pictures of damage to non-moved property as well as the paint and wall damage have already been provided to owner. They have not fairly or adequately behaved nor provided compensation for the damage they caused to me property and dwelling. This is emotionally exhausting, all in the name for them to keep a little bit of money, it's really sad and disheartening.
