I am rejecting this response because:  Once again this company continues with lies. The [redacted] police department does not arrest people for Theft of Service. It is a civil matter that must be proven in court. If this company focused on better business practices and customer satisfaction...They'd really be doing something. Notice how they still didn't provide a copy of a police report? Curious huh?
