The invoice which was attached previously confirms: $coupon was credited to the total cost $was the amount charged for the water heater The additional items charged were needed to comply with Allegheny County Codes The customer also chose to have MrRooter remove and dispose of the old water heater All of these charged were approved prior to any work beginning In addition after completion of the work the customer signed the 100% Satisfaction Line which is not required for us to perform work We use the signature on this line to guarantee the customer is satisfied If our customer is not satisfied with our services they decline signing this line Best Regards, MrRooter Plumbing

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received another response from MrRooter Plumbing via Revdex.com on June 2017, which unfortunately does not respond to any of my requests I made in the rebuttal letter dated on June 4, 1: They said, “Since our supervisor uses his cell phone to make out bound calls; the messages he left for the customer were never recorded.” But nevertheless, they should be able to provide me with the times, dates, and the phone numbers they originated as they initially claimed that they responded to me, because they stated “Our excavation supervisor has tried to call this customer numerous times and they have not answered their phone or returned his call to have a crew come out” Yes, he called to us, apparently from his cell phone at 2:40PM on May and left a message for second asking me to call back This was the ONLY phone call we received from this number And this phone call was made AFTER we filed a complaint to Revdex.com They failed to provide any evidence that supports their claim they made on June 1, 2: It is now beyond reasonable doubt that the MrRooter Plumbing made up a series of allegations and they have been dishonest to their customer They had been very professional and courteous, and that was why we had been loyal to themBut it is simply INSULTING to their loyal customer who paid more than $this time Even though they came up to our backyard to finish their work on June 1, which we appreciate very much, we REALLY do not appreciate being treated in a dishonest manner by MrRooter PlumbingThey need to admit their dishonesty to their customer and make an apology for being dishonest to their customerRegards, [redacted]

The technician, [redacted] that came out to the property quoted $4,if the trap is inside and $6,if outside [redacted] then peformed a cable camera (#task # [redacted] on the invoice) and assured us the trap was on the outside, we signed an invoice (#***) and wrote a check for $6,($6,- $Coupon + $TFS fee) for work outsided only to find out that the trap was located inside of the house [redacted] said that he would come back after the holidays to do the inside workThis was done however I have ZERO paperwork on the additional workI wanted to submitt to my insurance company however NOONE will respond to meI had given MrRooter the contact to the insurance company three times and again they still have not provided documentation on the additional workcalls in weeks with no response! The only response I get is from the technition via text assuring me things will get doneThe only way the roof got fixed was through texting and it took them trys to get it rightI was also told that I was the one being unreasonable throught the roofing ordealMrRooter tore the shinges off and needed to take resposibility for itBut again noything but a hassle Noone wants to talk with meThe excavation work is still not complets due to weather and I am hoping that MrRooter keeps their word and completes the workI was told today that they will no longer speak to me because of the complaint I made to the Revdex.comno suprise, they werent responding anywayTo resolve this issue I am requesting a 50% refund on all work ($3,004.00) and the completion of the excavation in the spring Regards, [redacted] ***

We Hydro scrubbed the sewer line When a line gets Hydro scrubbed it can work as a temporary fix if a line is broken Just because the sewer hasn't backed up does not mean there are not any issues and we should not assume as such.Since the customer is not requiring a settlement; we at

Dear ***, The Revdex.com closed out my complaint (ID ***) because you did not hear back from me and assumed everything was satisfied. You sent the message on May to indicate the case was closed.MrRooter did not come to my house until June (once again after their deadline), therefore I could not give you an answer before May 30.While the restoration work is complete, this all could have been avoided if someone returned one of my many phone calls. They also provide half truths, or simply avoided giving all the facts. Their one response was someone was already in contact with me about scheduling the restoration work. In fact, they only reached out to me AFTER I filed the second complain.As for the restoration work in the front yard, I am satisfied. They actually put down dirt and grass seedThe original work only included some peat moss thrown on top.Customer satisfaction is severely lacking with this company.Sincerely,*** ***
