At this time, I have been contacted directly by Municipal Vehicle Solutions regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I've continued to have no luck reaching them on the phone. They did however reach out via *** messenger and advised that they would be shipping my product and providing a tracking number. They made no mention to my complaint with the Revdex.com
That was several weeks ago and still no tracking number or receipt of their product
At this point, I'm considering arguing the charge with both *** and my credit card
