Review: I ordered 2 light sets from MVSLights.com. I only received one set. Upon contacting them I was told that one light set was on back order and would be shipped as soon as they got them in. I have emailed them many times since November and only received a response back on 4/**/15 by [redacted]. He stated that he was sorry for the issues I have had and that he could ship me out a replacement (a different model) that day or the model that I ordered in a week. I asked to ship the other model out that day as I had been waiting since November for it. I asked if I would receive a tracking number and was told yes I would. I have not received a tracking number, product or response to my 3 emails asking about this. They do not answer the phone when I call. I leave a message and never get a call back. I have only received an email back once. I don't think it is right that they have had my money over 5 months and I have not received a product. I have messages I have sent to them as well as the messages stating it would be sent out and I would get a tracking number.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate my product being shipped to me right away. This was a Christmas Gift and now it is May *, 2015 and I still do not have the product. Some compensation for holding my Money for over 5 months without providing product would also be nice.

Review: On Oct **, 2012 I ordered 2 TIR 3 Double Blast Lights Red/Blue. I recieved White/Blue. Several phone calls and e-mails have not solved the problem. My last contact was that I should keep the lights I have and they would send the correct ones. To date that has not happenedDesired Settlement: I would like to have the lights I ordered

Review: I Placed an order on 1/**/13 the company states that delivery take 3-4 weeks. 3-4 weeks came and went no product showed up so filed a pay pal dispute the company said they would fix the problem if I closed out the dispute so I did and that did fix the problem either. Myself and someone that goes by [redacted] exchanged a lot of emails talking about how to fix this problem I was sent a tracking number which took forever to update and sat in some post office in New York for weeks keep in mind this was shipped priorty mail. So after lots phone calls and emails threating to file a law suit the company finaly got back with me and said there was a mix up with the shipping this was in april almost 4 months after I placed my order. Finaly 4/**/13 But the problem was the order was not complete I was missing one Red tac 3 LED light and the Slim line Freedom the told me I was getting because of all the problems so I emailed the company to tell them my problems. The company emailed back and said no problem we will fix this the company also said the would fix the mess up on my intimadator light bar the would send a blue led unit to replace the red that was on 4/**/13. I still have not recieved any of the lights that were missing or the light to fix the mess up with the light bar. I have kee[ all the emails that were exchanged between me in the company if you would like to see them.Desired Settlement: All I want is the Blue LED head to fix my intimadator light bar and the missing Red TAC 3 LED

Ive tried to call them but there number is no longer service. I have a number to a person that works there named Dave. They keep saying they will call back and NEVER DO!! I have given them all of the information ([redacted]) on when I had to send back all of the WRONG and BROKEN lights. Maybe it's time to get a lawyer involved or call my credit card and have them charged with credit card fraud

Review: An order was placed in April 2014 which to date still hasn't been received. Numerous attempts were made to contact company at provided email and phone number with no success. After resorting to messaging on the company's [redacted] page (which all could see), the post was deleted and I was contacted privately advising they would look into the issue. Numerous attempts since then have been made and still no shipment of the ordered product or refund.Desired Settlement: Request immediate delivery or full credit.

I've continued to have no luck reaching them on the phone. They did however reach out via [redacted] messenger and advised that they would be shipping my product and providing a tracking number. They made no mention to my complaint with the Revdex.com.
That was several weeks ago and still no tracking number or receipt of their product.
At this point, I'm considering arguing the charge with both [redacted] and my credit card.

Multiple calls to this business with no answer multiple emails with no reply.Desired Settlement: I would either like the product I ordered or a refund of my money!

As of now I have only been able to contact this business through [redacted] messenger due to the phone number is out of service. I have not received my order. I have sent multiple messages requesting a refund or a time frame on delivery of the product.
