The issue was with FedEd not Municipal Vehicle Solutions. Last week we shipped out the light and FedEx did not scan it in or could not find it. We have spoken to Fedex today and the light is now on the way to the customer via the FedEx number he had provided. Any other questions...

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Municipal Vehicle Solutions regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 
 They keep saying they will call back and NEVER DO!! I have given them all of the information ([redacted]) on when I had to send back all of the WRONG and BROKEN lights. Maybe it's time to get a lawyer involved or call my credit card and have them charged with credit card fraud

Review: On 2/**/24 I placed an order for an Intimidator interior light bar as well as the adjustable bracket and a Tec 3 build able 8 head light bar. I was told by MVS I would receive my products in 2 - 3 weeks. On 3/**/14 I received 2 emails stating that my order was "almost ready". I attempted contact with MVS around the 3 week mark (3/**/14); I was told they will be trying to get my product to me that week. On 3/**/14 I received an email for the "Sales Manager" [redacted], in his email he stated that their supplier did not have the stock to supply them with everything they needed for my order and that my order would be shipping out on 3/**/14 and I would be receiving a $15 gift certificate and a free "Jammer". After several attempts to contact MVS between 3/** and 4/* I finally received a response stating the my order will be shipped out 4/* and it would arrive to me in 1-2 days and I should have it no later than Friday 4/** and I would be receiving a $100 refund for the delay. I finally received a tracking number on 4/**. I tracked the package on 4/** and FedEx still had not received the package for shipping. on 4/** I received a message stating that MVS could not find my order and FedEx could not find it either and that they will be shipping me out a new package with a new tracking number and that the person I was working with would see to it personally that my product would be shipped out. On 4/** I still had not heard anything from MVS. So I sent them a message asking for an update. On 4/** they responded and told me my products were ready to be shipped out but the Tec 3 bar I ordered in red and amber was only available in amber and white and that if I wanted to they would ship that one out for me. Or I could wait 2 weeks and they would ship me the bar I ordered. I told them to ship the amber and white because I was tired of waiting. I was told that my product would ship and I would receive it in 1-2 days. On 4/** I still did not have a tracking number. I messaged MVS again and they said my package generated a new tracking number. I also asked about my $100 refund. They told me it takes 2 weeks for that to process. On 4/** I tracked my package, FedEx still showed that they did not receive it from the shipper. On 4/** I received a response that said my package was in transit and my refund was processed. I received my package on 5/* and it was not complete. It was missing the Tec 3 bar as well as 2 out of the 8 extra bracket pieces for the adjustable bracket. I sent MVS a message stating this and they told me the Tec 3 bar ships out separately and they were not sure why it did not arrive at the same time. I sent several messages over the period between 5/* and 5/* with no response. Finally on 5/* I received a message stating that they were not ignoring me and that the shipping team could not find my second package but they were placing a new order for the correct color Tec 3 bar as well as the missing brackets. I was told the missing brackets would ship via USPS. On 5/* I received another response stating that my brackets had been shipped and my refund was actually processed. I received my refund on 5/*. I asked several times for updates on my Tec 3 bar as well as my brackets. I tried to track my brackets with the provided tracking number on 5/** and USPS stated the tracking number was generated but no package was ever sent to them. I contacted MVS and the rep told me he personally delivered the package to USPS because they do not normally use them and that it takes a while for them to scan the packages and to give it another day. 5/** I tracked with the provided tacking info and it still showed the tracking number as info received but nothing was scanned. I contacted MVS again with no response. On 5/** I contacted MVS and asked for an update. I was told that MVS contacted USPS and they were unable to locate my package and a new one would be sent out. As well as my Tec 3 bar showed 3 – 4 business days for shipment. I attempted contact with MVS via phone, email, and [redacted] several times over the next 10 days with no response. Finally on 5/** I received this response: “[redacted], I looked into your account and I am having your account refunded. I submitted this to the account payable dept for them to look at it Monday. You should NOT be waiting this long for an item. We do apologize.” I then sent this response: “So am I going to get the rest of my brackets? And my tec3 bar? Or does the refund mean I will not be getting them?” I have yet to be contacted back and have since been blocked on [redacted] making it impossible to contact them any further. I have lost over $2000 in possible income because my vehicle is not properly equipped for operations at my agency. I have all the correspondence between MVS and myself available for review if needed.Desired Settlement: I would like my ordered products as well as compensation in the way of free products or refunds to help offset the lost income.

Review: On February ** 2015 I placed an order with this company. I waited the 2-3 weeks that this companies website says it will take to produce and deliver the product ordered. I sent an email exactly 2 weeks later inquiring about my order of to which I received a response from a [redacted] saying it would be looked into. That was last response I received and that same response changed my order status from "new" to "processing. It is now going on 5 weeks with no response or shipping information in regards to my order. Upon other reviews from the Revdex.com it seems that I have not been the only customer to have this exact problem recently with this company.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I ordered in the next 5 days

Review: On 9/**/2015 I ordered the Intimidator Chameleon Lightbar from MVS Lights for $289.61 order # [redacted] and was informed that the lightbar would take 2-3 weeks for production 10/*/15 or 10/**/15. I have attempted multiple times to contact them via their "disconnected" phone number listed on their site. I have also sent several emails to their company with no replies. The only communication I can get is on their [redacted] page. I have been told that the light was still in production and then I was told that it had shipped out to me and now I am told that they have not received my light from their manufacturer and that it should arrive to them possibly on 10/**/15 or even as late as 10/**/15. There business practice is extremely shady listing a disconnected phone number as well as the wrong address for their company on their website.Desired Settlement: For the company to refund my total amount of my purchase immediately.

Review: In May 2014 I ordered a Emergency Siren and Speaker totaling $154.00 plus shipping cost from Municipal Vehicle Solutions (MVS Lights). When the items were delivered the Siren was damaged. The wiring harness wires were pulled out of the harness. I contacted MVS and they told me to return the items for a full refund. I returned the items with a FedEx tracking number which I supplied MVS Lights which showed the items were delivered to MVS Lights. I have emailed MVS 8 times about not receiving a refund, I have sent them messages through their website about not receiving a refund and have tried to call ( but always placed on hold, with no contact ). I have as of yet to receive a refund or response for their defective product. I have complied with their warranty policy and should receive a FULL refund. I shipped the defective product to the the day after I received it. Packaged in the same box it was shipped in and supplied them with a tracking number. I have proof the package was delivered, Yet they will not send me a refund.

5 year warranties are provided on all Municipal Vehicle Solutions’ products.

1 year warranty on all Non-Municipal Vehicle Solutions’ products.

During the warranty period Municipal Vehicle Solutions will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product(s). This limited warranty does not cover travel expense or labor charges for the removal and re-installation of the product, or any other charges alike. Municipal Vehicle Solutions is not responsible for incidental damages, including but not limited to: loss of time, loss of work, inconvenience, loss and/or damage to personal property, shipping expenses. Municipal Vehicle Solutions is in no way responsible for any loss or any indirect or consequential damages resulting from any such defect in material and/or workmanship whether it's due to negligence, incorrect installation, or manufacturer mistake. Removal of any included cigarette lighter plugs will void this warranty. This warranty does not provide you with a refund, only replacement or repair of your item. Use of incorrect electrical power other than specified by the manufacturer, or use of inappropriate or inadequate wiring or proper circuit protection or failure to follow instructions will result in invalidation of this warranty.

NOTE:-Please seek Professional help when installing lights.-Please note, electrical fires as well as electrical shock can occur when improper installation or wear improper PPE (Personal Protection Equipment).-Please be aware All Emergency Vehicle Lighting are bright and contains Flashing/Strobe lights. Allow a tolerable distance between you and the lighting product before looking directly into them. -Professional Installation/Help is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Refund Information

Within 7 Days when Delivered (non customized products):

MVS Lights are Fully Refunded if called within 7 days of delivery. Shipping will not be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for your account to be refunded once items MVSLights.com receive returned items.

Within 14 Days when Delivered (customized products):

All returns customized lights return policy are subject to store credit. No returns will be accepted for store credit, exchange, or refund after 14 Days. Shipping will not be refunded.

After 7 Day Return Policy (non customized products)

All returns exceeding the seven day return policy are subject to store credit. No returns will be accepted for store credit, exchange, or refund after 14 Days.Desired Settlement: I would like a Full Refund including shipping cost. I was sent a defective product and tried numberous times to contact Municipal Vehicle Solutions with NO reply and NO refund.

This has gone on for months and I would like this issue settled. Again, I have the FedEx tracking number showing the item was delivered to Municipal Vehicle Solutions. In short they have the product I ordered and my money.

Review: On March **, 2014 I visited this company's website and ordered an interior LED lightbar for my emergency response vehicle. My credit card was billed $93.46 for the product and for shipping. The website states that all orders will be processed and delivered within 2-3 weeks of ordering. At around the 2.5(April [redacted]) week mark I became concerned that I had not received notification that my order had shipped. So I dialed the number that is listed on the company's website several times only to get a recording stating that "this mailbox is full" I then went to the company's [redacted] page and sent an instant message inquiring about my order to which I got a response stating that they were having problems with their telephone and that a Rep would contact me via [redacted] later that night On April [redacted] I got a message on [redacted] saying that my order would ship by Friday April [redacted] and that a Tracking number would be emailed to me. After not receiving the tracking number I inquired again about my order on April [redacted]. I got a response on April [redacted] stating that the order did not ship but will be shipped out on tomorrow April [redacted]. Again, I did not receive shipping confirmation so I inquired again April [redacted] and [redacted] and received a reply on April [redacted] stating that the order would ship on April [redacted] and a tracking number was provided.(FedEx [redacted]) Fed Ex's tracking system showed a estimated delivery date of April [redacted]. Which leads me here to you. I did not receive the package and contacted FedEx and provided them with the tracking number and they informed me that the order never shipped. I haven't been able to contact anyone at municipal vehicle solutions by phone and am waiting on a response through [redacted]. At this point I have asked for a refund and am seeking your help in doing so.Desired Settlement: I would like the total amount of my order to be refunded to my credit card.

Review: I have reached out to customer service multiple times and have not heard back. I only heard back once from a message to their [redacted] page! It has been over three weeks since I placed the order and a voicemail and email to the company and have not heard back. Their seems to be no customer service whatsoeverDesired Settlement: All I would like is to have my order delivered! There is no reason for an order to take this long or for there to be no response from customer service!

Review: I have been waiting almost a full year to recieve a light I ordered from this company. I originally recived the correct number of lights but two of them were supposed to match and did not. I called the company and they stated they would ship me a third light to match one of the previous two and I could keep all three. After many phone calls emails and other messages I have recived nothing and very little return contact.Desired Settlement: All I would like is to recieve my light. I do not desire anything extra.

Review: Municipal vehicle solutions has debited my account for the amount of $253.99 on April *, 2014. I have sent numerous emails, voice messages in the past month and have not been able to speak to anyone at the business. I even contacted someone through [redacted] and "they" stated the would get with sales and the credit department. I have not received a credit or a product for this transaction. It has been impossible to contact this place of business. All I want is my money. Please help me! I live in Texas and have no one else to turn to. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Review: I ordered an Intimidator Pro on 12/**/15 from their website for $189 on 12/**/15. I noticed the funds were immediately withdrawn from my bank account. I received an automated email that said my order was received and being processed. After a couple of days I sent them a message on their [redacted] page asking if I could get a status on my order. I waited a couple more days and after receiving no response I sent an email to the address listed on the email receipt I received again asking for a status on my order. Again after a couple of days of not receiving a response I then went to their website and sent a message using their "contact us" form. Again, no response was received even though the website says I would get a response within 24. So I sent them a second [redacted] message. Again, no response. All I asked for was a status on my order, that's it! Even if the response would have been something telling me it's still being processed or they will notify me when they have something new. Any kind of acknowledgement at all would have been fine with me. So I decided to start posting comments on some of their various pictures on their [redacted] page. Nothing derogatory, simply that I'm not getting responses to my inquires and that its poor customer support. So this morning (1/*/16) I receive a [redacted] message stating that I have been banned from their [redacted] page and any contact should be made by email (at an email address that they provided (apparently they don't like being called out on their poor customer service). So attempt number 5, via the email they gave to contact them regarding my order. This time I explained I was dissatisfied with their customer support and requested my order be canceled and my payment be refunded immediately. If you can imagine this...NO RESPONSE YET.
