I've used these guys twice and they are amazing! We came down to Huntsville AL from Michigan to pack up my brothers home after he passed away We were on a tight time frame and when the movers we had paid for through the [redacted] website failed to show up I googled movers and found Muscled Up Movers It was a long shot but I called at 1:PM on a Saturday to see if there was any chance to find help for that same day The gentleman I talked to was very kind, called around, and found me help We were desperate and they did not take advantage of our situation, they charged us a very fair rate, the same we had been quoted from the [redacted] site Muscled Up Movers were at the house an hour later, got the large furniture into the trailer for us and much more They had everything packed up for us and in our cars and trailer within two hours The two movers were kind, efficient, courteous, friendly and careful They saved the day for us and we are so grateful We would use this company in a heartbeat

Muscled Up Movers really are what the name says! I used them to move out of my apartment to a storage unit and then again from the storage unit to our house once we closed! Both times they sent professional muscled up men to help me moveThe second time we had small damage to our yard and they quickly came out and fixed the issue and the yard looks like nothing had ever happened! I would recommend to everyone! They are affordable, strong, quick, efficient, careful, and address issues very professionally and timely!

Muscle up movers were competitively priced, so buyer beware, but in my case they were great We moved from Huntsville to Hazel Green They moved all my items that I need without damage They are professional They did a better job than my past move years ago with another company I would look to them first next time I need anything moved

I was billed for four and a half hours, three of which were spent not working in a manner that should have been I had two movers and although one of them seemed very eager to get things done, the other did not, he seemed a little hostile from the very beginning and stayed on his phone for almost the entire first three hours of the moveHe was also downstairs talking to one of the people living at my apartment complex about moving services, this was really upsetting considering I was paying them by the hourI had pretty much everything in the living room with the exception of my big items in the bedrooms and patio, they both looked at everything and said that there was not a lotIt took three hours for them to get all of my stuff loadedI called [redacted] to let him know what was going on and how upset I was that they were taking so long due to one of the movers not really doing anythingHe had a manager call me and explained that he had talked to them and told them to get moving an

Received a 3-hour estimate for move and they took over hours Move date 2/27/at amReceived a 3-hour estimate to move a already packed up bedroom apartment from [redacted] When movers came they took their time and the total move took over hoursThen I realized I had items missing when I went to unpackI called the Operations Manager, [redacted] , and he said he would check into it and let me knowA week and a half later I still did not get a phone callSo I called and asked if he checked into itHe said he just called [redacted] and they didn't find my missing items [redacted] says that I need to go and purchase items and send him the receipt so he can reimburse meI don't think I should have to go and purchase items again to get reimbursed

Muscled Up Movers failed to meet my expectations and then compounded their shortcomings by not doing the right thing when the opportunity allowed I contracted Muscled Up Movers for my four (4) mile move I had contracted two movers and when asked if they could add a third for another $an hour, I gladly agreedIt is important to note that I having already moved everything from another State to a short term rental, that 75% of the items to be moved were very neatly boxed and stacked in the rental homes garage Thus, all the movers needed to do was simply pick these items up and carry them feet onto the awaiting truck It then took THREE GUYS, SEVEN HOURS to moved HALF 1/of my home the four miles needed Keep in mind, everything was already packed, stacked, and waiting!
