My family and I moved in July with Muscled Up Movers, they worked hard and did amazing

I had my parents Mahogany Table(bought in 1957) to be movedAs the table came in the front door, we noticed a large scratch on the top of the table A Mahogany table bought by my parents in was moved from [redacted] StSW Hartselle,Alto [redacted] Stsw Hartselle,Al.(about two blocks apart were the two houses) I checked the table Tuesday morning before the movers got to the house as well as my fiancé' [redacted] There was no scratches on the table Tuesday morningAs the movers brought the table into the front door at [redacted] St we both noticed two scratches on the top of the tableI aid something to the movers and they said the scratches were on the table when they picked it up to move itI told them that we both checked the table before they got there and the scratches were not there before they arrivedI called the office and was told by [redacted] that he would come out and check the dmageWhen he came out, he said the scratches looked oldI told him the scratches lookd

Muscled Up Movers failed to meet my expectations and then compounded their shortcomings by not doing the right thing when the opportunity allowed
I contracted Muscled Up Movers for my four (4) mile move I had contracted two movers and when asked if they could add a third for another $an hour, I gladly agreedIt is important to note that I having already moved everything from another State to a short term rental, that 75% of the items to be moved were very neatly boxed and stacked in the rental homes garage Thus, all the movers needed to do was simply pick these items up and carry them feet onto the awaiting truck

Did not use floor protection and did not wrap furniture resulting in a large nick in brand new flooring and multiple nicks in furniture on the drawers

I hired muscled up moved to move all if my household goodsIt was a short move of only about milesI had them bring guys and their truck and I was very impressed by how professional the guys wereThey were on time and very politeThey had all of our stuff packed up from different locations and unloaded in our new house within hoursIt was extremely hot outside and they didn't even really take a breakThey definitely earned their money that dayThere was only one issue where our refrigerator was dropped and damagedAt first we thought it was just cosmetic but after plugging it in it would cool below degreesThe team leader filled out a damage report and told me that id hear from the guy that handles all of the damage reportsI got in contact with him and within the week they have replaced the refrigerator with a brand new unit just like we hadI understand accidents happen, and this company stepped up and took responsibilityI can say that if I have to move again I woulddefinitely do business with them againThanks again to all of their people I've had interactions with in the last week
