We hired Muscled Up Movers to load our moving truck over this past July 4th weekendThey ran a little late, but called us an hour prior to let us know the adjusted time, and everything was awesome from there These guys - Barrett and Demonte - showed up to work We ended up not getting a truck big enough for all of our stuff (which was TOTALLY our fault), but they packed our truck like a boss! Hi, *** *** here! Last Friday I had Muscled Up Movers help me move from a downstairs apartment to the apartment directly above the old one The guys were absolutely FANTASTIC! They had everything secure and moved in hours..(full set of furniture including china cabinet, table, chairs, bedroom set (HEAVY set!) and living room furniture I really appreciated their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone with a move coming up...small move or large move...they are absolutely the best movers I have ever used!!!

I had my parents Mahogany Table(bought in 1957) to be movedAs the table came in the front door, we noticed a large scratch on the top of the table

We had quotes from several other moversWe decided to go use themWell after it took men to move large item they jumped the price to over $That is unprofessional business practice!
I called and spoke with "***" and he referred me to someone else who was not there at the timeThe person did call back and then said he would have to review his recordsWe do not recommend Muscled Up Movers at this timeWe will see if they respond next week

Musclmovers provided me a quote, after employee *** had come to my house to do a walk through Employee *** called me with a overall price quote of $for hours to $for hours, I was told this quote included a 5% military discount The movers worked hoursI was charged $by the team-lead mover that insisted that I pay at the end of each day for a two day move I spoke with owner *** about the discrepancy between the quote and what I was charged and he said, "you don't have the quote in writing." Well, I didn't know I needed the quote in writing for it to be honored My complaint is the business practices of verbal quotes given over the phone and actual charges
