A Toshiba America Information Systems (TAIS) representative has reviewed our customer complaintAfter doing our research TAIS found out that the Television Model # [redacted] did not find any defects or part defects based on the Standards of the unitThe problem acquire outside the Standard Limited Warranty and in accordance of the warranty seeing as the customer has exceeded the warranty period they are now responsible for any repairs and or technical assistanceAt this time we consider this matter closed

Revdex.com: This is a lie, I purchased this tv last year how could this warranty be expired for two years if I have not had this tv for two years? Please see copy for Toshiba receipt I purchased this television through [redacted] on 03/27/and has not been two years, just a little over a year It this all your product worth? A year worth for a television? You are lying now and and lying to the Revdex.com that my warranty has been expired for two years If I have not had my television for two years, how could the warranty be expired for two years? You should take some responsibility for a television that has went out in a little over a year [redacted]

A Toshiba America Information Systems (TAIS) representative has reviewed our customer complaintAfter doing a research one of our technicians checked the unit of our customer and they found out that the issue is not covered by the warrantyTAIS has informed our customer that any physical or accidental damage (meaning not intended damage) is not covered under the Standard Limited Warranty (SLW)Our customer was also told by one of the Authorized Service Providers (ASP) that they will not continue the repair since there’s a crack on the back of the screenIf our customer wishes to continue the repair, they will need to shoulder the cost since the issue is not part and covered by the Standard Limited Warranty (SLW)And for the warranty details it’s for the economical purposes (paperless) so that’s why we have the online warranty website that our customer can access www.warranty.toshiba.comAt this time we consider this matter closed
