Horrible customer service will tell you over & over again due to a storm in Columbia your product is delayed, I waited over two months Finally filled for a refund through [redacted] , then they wanted to finally send the waist cencher that was the wrong size!! Horrible I have never had issues like this with online ordering & no returns! Never again will I make the mistake of trusting an [redacted] company without doing Major Research!!! Hope this can help someone who's thinking of ordering go with another company, better yet if your close to LA they sell the same exact ones in the Anaheim indoor swap meet for $wish I had of just gotten mine there, but it was too late when I saw it I had already ordered with this terrible company lesson learned $later ( I ordered 2)

I ordered a sauna sweatsuit with band for $64.99 plus $9.99 and recieved a sport girdle which was on sale for $19.99. Now I have to pay to ship it back and pay for another $9.99 shipping and handling to receive what I paid for, this is b.s. this is why I dont usually order from these type of businesses and I wont again.

Beware they do not offer refunds. Ordered a waist trainer and it was sent to the wrong address due to a typo. I didn’t think I would get it because let’s face it people aren’t always honest and I thought the address it was delivered to would keep the package. So I immediately ordered another and tried contacting the company but there is no phone number only email. Low and behold the original waist trainer was actually delivered. I tried canceling the second order and no one responded and now I’m stuck with two waist trainers because they will not take one back.

I ordered my waist trainer on Saturday, it was delivered on WednesdayThat was the only good part in this storyTo be completely fair, I have to give them credit for thatI'm size M/L and ordered size XL (in case waist trainer runs in smaller size)The waist trainer I received was nothing like the one MyBodyRocker is advertising on their websiteIt still looked ok, so I decided to try it onHOWEVER, the XL didnt even fit me, it was so small that I couldnt even close itI decided to exchange it for bigger sizeWhen I contacted the company I was told to go to FAQ part of the website (which was not even working until I complained about it to the customer service) and download the form, according to which I has to enclose $money order for S&HI already paid $for the waist trainer that came in the wrong sizeand styleNow I have to pay for the return shipment and for new/exchanged shipment again? Apparently this is how MyBodyRocker is making their moneyThey send wrong item, ask you to return and pay shipment againSmart move, but bad way to loose new customers

Ive orders waist trainers from this companyTheir customer service is amazingDon't be discouraged by a few bad reviewsThey have good quality products for under $50!! Cant beat thatThank you mybodyrocker

I still have not received my exchange. I sent it back almost a month ago, and I have not heard back from this company. This is not the first time this company has been informed about my situation. [redacted] told me to send it back with a money order included. I followed all the directions, but I still haven't received my new product. This is the reason why my complaint has not been resolved.

I reject the response because I was sent a waist trainer that was the wrong size and print. I feel that once you receive a complaint the company would make sure what they send is at least correct. I asked if the records showed the size I ordered through email to [redacted] advised yes it does but it was a human mistake because they had 200-300 orders. I would think the company would be prepared for that. I now have to pay to send back the size small and wait however long for what I ordered originally. I wasn't even offered anything for my inconvenience, but a sorry.
