Horrible customer service will tell you over & over again due to a storm in Columbia your product is delayed, I waited over two months Finally filled for a refund through [redacted], then they wanted to finally send the waist cencher that was the wrong size!! Horrible I have never had issues like this with online ordering & no returns! Never again will I make the mistake of trusting an [redacted] company without doing Major Research!!! Hope this can help someone who's thinking of ordering go with another company, better yet if your close to LA they sell the same exact ones in the Anaheim indoor swap meet for $60 wish I had of just gotten mine there, but it was too late when I saw it I had already ordered with this terrible company lesson learned $140 later ( I ordered 2)

Review: I placed an order in April not only did I recieve my order a week ago which was a month later from order date I had emailed them and got no response when I received my item it was the wrong size and color and not only that the size was scratched off with a marker so obviously someone from the company had did this so I wrote several emails about this and called and no one has called me back and I would have to send this item back before 7 days to get it exchanged but I would have to pay $12.95 which I shouldn't have to for their mistake and no one is responding to me which is rude and unprofessional I would really like to send this back and get a refund cause I don't want to deal with them ever again this is frustrating and I'm going to loose my money for their nonsense with us unfair to meDesired Settlement: I want to send this back and get a refund

Review: They sent me a waist trainer that I did not order, also the wrong size and left a note that said "the waist trainer you ordered was not available, so we sent this" I had to argue with a worker name [redacted] about the size. I finally got the ok to exchange and I had to pay 20$ more dollars to ship back. They never answered my emails or phone calls when I wanted to know the status. Review: I ordered products from this company on 9/*/15 and have not received any to date. I've attempted to dispute via [redacted] which have proven unproductive. I also sent a direct inquiry to the company to no available. The only response I get is when I post on the company's [redacted] wall. They insist I communicate through social media to resolve issue by submitting my personal info there. I didn't order through social media so I don't understand why the only response I get is via social media. At this point, I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. Review: I ordered 3 products from this company and what I received was an imitation of 2 of them and never received the third. I was charged for all three items and would like to receive them. I have attempted to call them and email them with No response. I was hung up on the first attempt calling after I informed her of my issue. I tried calling back and the same person who answered is now on the voice mail machine how confidential is that. I believe this business should be shut down as I would hate for someone else to go through this. I have lost out on money and and time waiting for this package for it not to be what I ordered. Please help me in fixing this dilemma and getting these crooks off the streets.Desired Settlement: All I want is what I ordered and for them to own up to what they are doing. Review: I purchased a waist trainer from My Body Rocker on 3/**/15. I was advised after a month of waiting for the product that I would recieve an email by the end of the week 4/**/15. I waited until Friday 4/**/15 to call back to inquire, and was advised she was waiting for shipment over the weekend and would not be able to contact me until 4/**/15 because of flooding issues with the shipment. I did not recieve a phone call from "Charm" on Monday. I called on Tuesday to check the status. I was then told that a shipment would be coming in today, and she would call me back in 30 minutes. I never recieved the phone call within 4 hours. I then called to inquire, and was advised to check my voicemail. I then asked "Charm" what number did she have. She laughed and read back to me ###-###-####. I explained that is why I do not have a message because my number is ###-###-####. She then explained I would recieve an email again by the end of the week. I explained that wasn't giving me a status. That is just pretty much the same thing she has been telling me since 4/**/15. She then was very loud and obnoxious advising since I don't like her answer refer to the email staus check that would tell me the same thing. This company does not give refunds, but takes the money immediately. Leaving you to just wait almost two months for something you need this month. Please check into thisDesired Settlement: If I am not able to get a refund, I would at least like to get a status update on my shipment.

I reject the response because I was sent a waist trainer that was the wrong size and print. I feel that once you receive a complaint the company would make sure what they send is at least correct. I asked if the records showed the size I ordered through email to [redacted] advised yes it does but it was a human mistake because they had 200-300 orders. I would think the company would be prepared for that. I now have to pay to send back the size small and wait however long for what I ordered originally. I wasn't even offered anything for my inconvenience, but a sorry.

Review: On February **, 2015 I purchased a $62.98 waist trainer from my Body Rocker via [redacted]. It stated on the website that after purchase a tracking would be sent via email with in 7-14 days. After day 14 I proceed to contact the customer service departmentvia phone and email, no luck over the phone but I did receive an automatic email response stating that itv would take 24-48 hours for the customer service department to get to my complaint and that products are shipped 7-15 days after purchase and a tracking number would be provided once shipped.

On March **, 2015 I attempted to again contact the company about not even receiving tracking number...nothing but the same automatic email response. I also finally reached a customer service agent on the phone she took my receipt number name and phone number and said she would check into my order and call me back in 30 mins... Needless to say I never heard back.

On March **, 2015 I again reach out to their customer service department via email and phone, this time the automatic email response stated allow 14-30 days for delivery of tracking number and the agent over the phone hung up on me and every time I called back I got the voicemail.Desired Settlement: I no longer have the patience to keep being toyed with. I would simply like my money back so I can purchase from a more dependable honest company.

Review: I ordered a waist trainer and a booty lifter from this company (my body rocker) myself like the company ask you to do before you order. she asks you to measure your waist around the belly button. I measure 23 in. and then she ask my weight 115 lbs. My measurements and wt. according to her size chart I should order a small size 32 in the USA. She send me a different color and size even a different style of waist trainer. The booty lifter fit perfect again I followed her measurement rules. I called the number of the business she wont return my calls or accept them. she states on the website that if you order a size 34 or 36 its on back order and the color might vary. not a size 32 which I ordered. It took 5 plus weeks to receive it now I have to pay shipping to return it within 7 days. and it a one time return.Desired Settlement: I want the waist trainer I ordered the color and size I ordered with out the tag being altered with a permanent marker. please help me get a solution. all I want is the correct product and size I ordered in a timely manner.

Not everyone that weighs the same is shaped the same and thats why we are one of the very few companies that offer exchanges on a product that is considered an undergarment. Mybodyrocker contacted me and told me to return the item and they would replace it. It's been a little over a month since they received the item and they signed for it. I also made a complaint to [redacted] to get my money back at this point I don't even want the waist trainer this is a ridiculous situation. My body rocker took the payment in a matter of seconds but can't send me the waist trainer I ordered. What type of business is this I feel they scammed me.

Review: I was guaranteed that I will receive a free waist trainer along with my purchased item (waist trainer) if I put in the promo code. I did proceed with a promo code I even took a picture showing that I put in the promo code and they still did not give me the buy one get one free item even with showing them proof that I did put in the promo code, they will refuse to give me what they promised me. I also have no way of getting a hold of any person working for my body rocker and they take a long time writing back. They take up to 2 days to write back which is ridiculous.Never have I encountered a problem with a business where I do not get what I paid for along with what was guaranteed I would get. The only reason I bought the waist trainer is so I can get the buy one get one free waist trainer otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. They lie and trick people and this is how they make their money. I will never recommend my body rocker to anyone and I will tell everyone I know about my horrible experience with these people.Desired Settlement: I want delivered what was promised to me. Review: I ordered a waist trainer on February **, 2015. I paid $12.99 for Rush Delivery. The waist trainer was supposed to be shipped and delivered no later than February **, 2015. I called repeatedly for a few days with no answer. I sent a few e-mails with no response. Finally, I received my waist trainer almost two weeks later after demanding for my money back. When I opened my package, the waist trainer wasn't the pattern I ordered, but it also didn't fit. I e-mailed them about exchanging my size, again no response. On March **, 2015, they finally responded and told me to follow their exchange procedure on their website. I followed all the instructions, and included ANOTHER money order for $12.99, so they could ship me a new size. I have called multiple times and e-mailed a few more times asking when I will receive my new waist trainer. I've gotten through over the phone twice since March **, 2015, and they keep telling me to call back. Nobody can answer when I will receive my new waist trainer. I called today, April **, 2015, and the "number has been changed or disconnected". It has been two months and I've given them over $75 without having the product I spent money on. This is ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I would like to have all of my money down to the penny refunded back to me. I have wasted so much time and money on a such a dysfunctional business.

I still have not received my exchange. I sent it back almost a month ago, and I have not heard back from this company. This is not the first time this company has been informed about my situation. Review: I went to the My Body Rocker website where you choose which product you want in whatever color you want and in the size you need. I chose two items in two sizes and two different colors. The website states that some sizes may not be available immediately and may take longer to ship if they are not available. Upon delivery of my items I received both products in the correct size but in the wrong colors. One item was the correct print but wrong color and the other item had no print (which I ordered in print) and no color it was just a black rubber waste band. The item almost looked like it wasn't completely finished. Never mind that it took a month and half to arrive. I reached out to the company numerous times about receiving the wrong prints and they did not respond to my emails. I commented on their social media photos stating that they do not provide correct prints and then ignore the customers attempt to reach out to them in which they commented addressing me stating they would help me in getting proper sizes and prints. I reached out three times more to them via e-mail in which they only responded to my e-mail stating that their website states in sum and substance that the customer receives what's available doesn't matter if you select a print or color or not. My follow up question with them was then why give the customer the option when your paying $60.00 for something and they send you whatever they want. I have sent them pictures in e-mails and screen shots and have not received a response. I'm not even sure if I can return my product because they do not respond to e-mails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to have both items in the sizes, prints, and colors that I originally ordered. If they cannot promise these items then why ask the consumer to pick and chose and spend so much money on the item when they send you something that looks nothing like the picture and doesn't even look like it's worth what you paid. I spent $120.00 on these products and feel as if this company has just gotten over on me.

I called and the company is not receiving any calls. I've contacted customers service via email and their reply was only about tracking and how I receive my package today.
