Review: I ordered through this website 2/**/ 15. It has been well past the 14 days of the time alloted to ship my item, the blue 36 in waist trainer. I paid an OUTSTANDING shipping amount of 12.99 + 50 for the item, thinking that my item would come within an acceptable amount of time. Then I see that there is a delay, through INSTAGRAM. I have not received any official updated via email, mail or any professional medium with notice to my merchandise. I ask for a refund and they block me via social media. I still have yet to receive my item or a refund. There have been other customers that have order in january that still has yet to recieve any professional updates. This is terrible service. I have worked in customer service before and never have I treated any customer with this amount of disrespect let alone ANY DISRESPECT.Desired Settlement: I have yet to receive my item, and/or a refund.

The client has been informed of our delays. We also have it stated on our website. Our normal shipping time is 7-14 business when its not a sale or during a holiday. We ask our clients to be mindful of the shipping process. The client got blocked because she was jeopordizing our potential clients by telling them not to order and to file claims which we have the right to delete and block. We are in business to help women not hurt them. Please understand that. We love what we do and have our prices at the most affordable compared to other sites without jeopardizing the quality. Review: I purchased a waist trainer from this company back in March and received it the around April [redacted]. However, it was not the correct one that I ordered and after receiving it I realized I needed a smaller size anyways so I sent it back for an exchange. On there website this is the policy they state: "All Sales are Final...We will allow a one time size Exchange within 7 days if unused and in packaging on WAIST TRAINERS ONLY. No Refunds...EXCHANGE PROCEDURES: Please send your MyBodyRocker waist trainer exchange to:MYBODYROCKER [redacted] For US customers: along with a $12.99 Postal money order for S&H...Please also put a note in the package with the size/color you request and return shipping address. I did exactly what they stated; sent it within 7 days along with a money order to the address above. I also put a tracking # on the package to ensure they received it and according to the [redacted], they received it on 4/**/15. I waited 2 weeks and hadn't received my new waist trainer so I called and since then I have called numerous times(about 5-6), along with sending emails and keep being told to give them my name/Number and they would have someone call me back but no one ever has. My latest call on 5/**, I informed the associate who answered the call I needed a resolution now and needed to know when they were shipping my new waist trainer but all she said again was will take your number and call you back but it is now 4 days later and have yet to receive any calls back. I have proof of my money order that I sent along with the tracking # of the package that I can supply if needed.Desired Settlement: I want the waist trainer I ordered sent to me or my money refunded back to me.

Review: I ordered a my body rocker in March, took about 2 months to receive my order and when it did come in it was the wrong size. I tried calling their number but there is never anyone that answers and the voice mail is constantly full. I emailed their customer service to advise I needed my product to be replaced for the correct size I ordered. They replied about a week later asking me to send a picture of the label on the product to ensure it was in fact the wrong size. I did what they asked and have yet to get an answer as to how to get my merchandise exchanged. At this point I am very dissatisfied with the lack of response on their part after waiting patiently for over 2 months for their product to arrive. They should make sure to alert customers before placing an order how long it will take to revive the product and also be accountable for their mistakes and respond quickly to issues. For what it seems like on Instagram I am not the only customer who is having this issues, everyone is complaining about their lack of response and extended delivery time. Please look in to this company because I belie it is scamming their customers. They did not delay taking my money at all but now I'm out the money and still don't have the product I ordered almost 3 months later. Please help me hold them accountable for their poor business practices.
