This is the response I get from this company but...

I have never had it deposited in my account or received a check. They need to refund this money again as it has never been received. I am very frustrated with this whole process.

This company is very slow and uncooperative about refunds. I and my bank were given four different dates as to the refund status. The refund did finally show in my account. They are not responsive or helpful at all regarding questions about your refund.

I am rejecting this response because:   U people are just sick U will not address the fact that you are scamming the public.  again, before the so-called buy one get one free came about they were 100 dollars for two pillows so now that its buy one get onw free they are 79.00 for two so where is the deal? .  I am not going to give up.  I will let the social media know that they are NOT GETTING ONE FREE and this company is extremely dishonest.   I will let facebook, Instagram, etc. just to be aware of this companies dishonesty, thank you Revdex.com for your help, but I am not ending this here because I am sick of companies trying to pull the wool over the customers that keep their company running and customer service in a job.    I am done but I will keep going.  I have just contacted our action 9 news and whistle blower and I am waiting for a response and if they can't help there are other social medias out there.

MyPillow does offer a 10 year warranty on our pillows. The customer has 2 options for a a warranty exchange. The first option is the customer would send the pillow(s) back to us and once we receive the pillow(s), a new pillow(s) will be sent to...

The 2nd option would be the customer can purchase new pillow(s). Once the customer returns the pillow(s) needed to be exchanged, the customer would receive a full refund.

I am requesting to get my pillows shipped to me first then I will send my old pillows back and prepay to use their label. Then I don't have to spend 2 weeks without pillows. I do not understand why I have to send my pillows back before I can recieve new ones. If they would like to have my credit card on file to charge me if I do not send the pillows back that is fine. But I dont have 100 dollars to shell out to hope the refund me in a timley manner once they receive the returned pillows. This is the fine print which is not explained when you purchase this product. It simply states unconditional. These are a lot of conditions to comply to the warranty. so it is not unconditional after all.I just want 2 pillows so I can have a decent nights sleep like when I first purchased this product. But now if I want new pillows I have to try to sleep without pillows for 2 weeks or shell out 100 dollars. I just thought when I shelled out the original 160 for the 2 pillows It came with a decent warrenty. Seems to me this company could care less if it has satisfied customers. Just here to make a buck and to hell with customer support.

The advertising for My Pillow is so bogus. I filed complaint #57322151 and have responded. I want a complete refund of $64.17. You have to buy one pillow at $99.97 in order to receive the "free" one per their ads. I purchased one pillow for $49.95. With the tax and shipping, I paid $64.17. The pillow is lumpy. Feels like it is filled with cut up styrofoam. I will throw it in the trash after learning a good lesson to not buy anything from TV ads. I want a refund. People should know about this scam.

I do not accept. I have thrown the pillow away! It was lumpy - felt like it was filled with torn up styrofoam. In order to get the one free, you had to buy one at $99.95 when one only cost $49.95. In other words, you were paying for two pillows. Nothing was free. The advertising is completely false. I want a complete refund of what was debited from my bank account in the amount of $64.17. I idea of the customer having to pay for return shipping is ridiculous. The pillow is in the trash.

Yes, you can receive only 1 pillow at 50% off the original price of $99.98 for a Standard/Queen pillow, making the price $49.99 per pillow.

The customer is responsible for return shipping when returning the product for a refund.  The original shipping is non-refundable.  If the customer chooses to exchange for a different fill, we cover the costs of shipping both ways.

I am rejecting this response because: Bad enough you false advertise a cheap quality product.  I ordered two different pillows. You guys either knowingly sell items that are the exact same other than the color of the writing on the tag or you guys screwed up and mislabeled them. Either way it's not my fault and should not be responsible for shipping.

The customer originally ordered on 8/4/17 and ordered a queen mattress topper and a queen sheet set.  The customer contacted MyPillow on 8/9/17 stating that the queen size is too big for her bed and wanted to do an exchange for the full size mattress topper and a full sheet set.  Since the...

customer already took the mattress topper out of the box, we advised the customer she could donate the topper and provide proof of donation or cut the mattress topper up and send in pictures of that and we would set up an exchange.

This is on our terms and conditions on our website as well as our packing slips that are received with the packages.
