I had contracted them to do our solar and they said they could do my yard also, they were supposed to install DG with the grass but said the people doing the grass were to high did I mind if they had an outside contractor do it, I agreed, to this day no one has contacted me after several conversations with *** and his sales personal that always say they will get back to me and no one ever does, I am trying to get the help of the Revdex.com before I file a small claims against them

I thought it was just meI see I am not the only one they are harassingTold the sales person at the door that I was not interested at that time and that I needed to get back to what I was doingGuy just kept talking (min) and said it would really help him out if I agreed to an appointment to have a package presentedHe said the appointment would take about 15-minutes to present I told him I would allow the presentation but was not going to commit to anything, thinking I was doing him a favorThe day before the appointment, they sent a text to confirm the appointment Big mistake!! The day of the appointment, I waited minutes and the Tech did not show upFrustrated, I texted the sales guy about it and ask them to have his tech leave package at the door if, and whenever they decided to show up as there was no need to waste any more of my timeHe texted back an apology saying he received a note from his Tech that they were not be prepared to present (so when were they going to tell me? Go figure!) Two weeks later a lady rep called (I knew I should not have picked up a number I did not recognize) to convinced me to reschedule the appointment, all the while I’m telling her I was still not going to make a commitment to purchase and was not interested at the time I agreed to rescheduleWhen they texted me confirmation of the appointment the day before, I texted back to cancel the appointment as there really was no point Next morning, minutes before the “cancelled” appointment they are blowing up my phoneI ignored since I had cancelled the appointment the day beforeApparently, they do no communicate with one another or chose to ignore my cancellation Received another call minutes before the appointmentI ignoredA message was left from the same lady who convinced me to reschedule, telling me they were going to push the appointment back as the tech was trying to reach me???? Duh, I had already cancelled I forwarded the text I sent to the tech the day before about cancelling the appointmentThought I was done with them, but received another call two weeks later from original sales rep from his personal cell phone asking me to reconsider, againTold him NO a million timesHe just kept talking, then eventually asked if he could call me back in a month Told him no for the one millionth plus times to which he proceeded to go on and on about the other services they offer Told him no one million and 2+ timesGet a call from him again a week later and explained to him again NO, NO, NO, asked him what part of NO did he not understand and if he even remembered talking to me and how many times I had told him NOHe said he remembered, but that did not stop him from trying to convince me to allow them to bring by the packageI hung up on him and he proceeded to call me backI did not answer Got another call from the service team a few days later Beware peopleThe sales guy who knocks on your door is apparently a dealer and get commission for getting a potential customer to schedule an appointment Name tag on his shirt says "Solarius" but the company is "My Smart Home." They are waaaaay, waaaaay too pushyYou try to be nice and folks want to take advantageIf and when I am interested in solar panels, they will be the last people I contactI hope they are reading this DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!!! I SAID NO!!!

Excellent service and answered all of our questions, especially my tech challenged husband! Austin was friendly and helpful!

100% professionalWhen my smart house came to our home they came more then prepared they came with all the information you need and want to know and on top of that they have all the numbers so you can see what you will be payingIf anyone was to ask me about my smart house I would suggest them without hesitationInstillation was on time fast and the installers answered every one of my questionsI recommend my smart house to anyone

One of the My Smart House associates stop by my home to pitch is product and I politely turned him down because I'm not interested at allThe My Smart House rep refused to leave my front door and demanded that I take the information on their productsThese type of high pressure tactics are not necessary are required to make a sale of any kindI will never purchase anything from this company

On December 6, I went into agreement with My Smart House, an independent authorized sales company for SolciusTechnicians came out twice due to failure to inspect/ measure the attic properly and we waited for the city permits to be authorized the next monthPartial installation occurred in January, The contractor was unable to complete the solar installation due to roof paper siding that was damaged on the side of the home that the majority of the solar panels were assigned to set uponAfter this incident, I was bounced back between My Smart House and Solcius as neither party wanted to assist me with the repairEventually a technician came out to assess the roof who didn't seem to even know why he was thereA third party roofer came out a couple of weeks later to tell me that the damage was more extensive than he thought and quoted me $for repairI spoke with ***, Project Manager for My Smart House who stated we could pay this amount out of pocket or request that

My wife and I have been looking at getting solar panels for about yearsEvery previous salesperson that came to our house for solar wanted us to give them money up front which made us doubtfulThen we found My Smart House, and our views changedThey showed use where we could save moneyRequested no money up front and worked with us step by step to get our panels installed so we can save moneyThe process was fast and easyOnce everything was approved it took the workers hours to install the panels, which were top of the lineThey even gave us the Nest and a Quiet Cooling system to help us save energy cost down the roadEveryone at My Smart House was friendly and professionalThey kept us informed all the way through the process and answered any questions we had promptlyWe highly recommend their service

Contracted with My Smart House in March There was a significant delay in the layout drawing and I called the company to inquire the status of our project I was then sent the drawings to approve the layout drawing was not what I had agreed to with the sales rep I declined the drawing as panels were placed in a heavily shaded area I requested the drawing be redone After speaking with the sales rep, they were presenting alternatives and we agreed on an additional panel on the shaded south roof to compensate for the shadeI also informed the sales rep that I have seen negative reviews with the company due to lack of communication and delaysI told him then to keep the lines of communication open and to inform me of any delays from obtaining permits as I will see to it that the town follows up quickly - they are easy to deal with weeks pass before I then submit an email to my sales rep stating we are no longer interested in doing business He calls minutes later and gives me a status on the project; stating he never saw my email He then submits the layout to me the same day the layout once again did not agree with what I told him - they instead had panels going in a haphazard pattern, not appealing at all I emailed the rep and told him again we are not doing business with My Smart House For what we were going to spend, and the trust we put into the company, the service was extremely poor There are better and more affordable solar solutions that use USA made panels that are standard and high grade Do yourself a favor and shop around before you agree to do business with these folks

My Smart house approached my home and stated that they are doing construction in the areaThis was a ploy to get me to open the door at which point they started preaching to me about getting solar installed on my homeThey tricked me with scheduling a sit down consultation with their promotion of a Free $visa gift card or Nest thermostatThis is where they get youafter the hour consultation to get you to sign up they flash even more promotional items on you for signing upincluded in these offerings is a inch Curved TV and another Nest thermostat or $cashSo we signed up and had our credit runWe did Not get approved for the over $50,dollar solar panels to be installedthat was the end of the consultationBut Wait what happened to my initial $Visa gift card or Nest thermostat offer for the free consultation (we opted for the gift card)I was then told this was only for signing upSo This is trickery and a ploy to get you to sign up with a shady solar co

My husband and I sat through a presentation from one of their sales employees who was trying to sell us solar panelsHe showed up late and during the whole selling pitch he never once until after it was too late said that you need to have a or better credit scoreMy husband let him run a credit check based on their requirements and was deniedWe were told that an underwriter would contact us about having to get information as simple as proof of what my husband brings in for income and that should be itWell never received a call from anyone from the company and never received a response to my email mail on why they never calledI ended up calling only for them to say no because of the score but we can try again in a few monthsI said no and not trying ever againWell those hits caused my husbands score to go down a lot and now come to find out today 3/26/ that they ran another credit check without my husbands permissionNot to mention still no call or email response fo

Their sales reps will not take no for an answerWhen I told them that I've changed my mind and it makes zero sense for me to buy solar panels right nowThey kept insisting on discussing the matter and calling meI asked them to put me on their DO NOT CALL LIST, he proceeded to keep trying to sell me on the product

We had the best service with My Smart HouseWe interviewed at least different solar companiesEveryone was nice, prompt, and on schedule
