Our experience with My Smart House has been a very pleasant oneFrom our first meeting with our salesman, Chris and through every step of the various stages of installation and follow upThe crew that prepared the roof was fast and tidySolar installers were polite, clean and informativeContact follow up was excellent Our coordinator, Lauren, was so helpful in helping us to understand the flow of workAnd, the installer of the ring and the nest, Austin, was fast and clear as to function And the bonus was he was so friendly and helpful

Every part of the process was extremely smoothI was constantly kept informed and it was completed very fastFrom the beginning of the process with Amiee, to the install with Lauren and finally the perk installation with Austin the entire experience was greatThank you My Smart House!!!!

A representative of the company initially promised during a door to door sales pitch that if we sat down with a sales representative we would receive a $gift card as part of their advertisement campaign with no obligation to buyWe made an appointment and sat down with them for a considerable amount of time in our homeWe then chose not to purchaseAfter speaking with a company employee about the gift card he told me that the door to door employee misspoke and that he's been telling this to many peopleHe then stated he would speak with the owner about this and try to honor itI've sent him an email and have been ignored

Austin came out to take a look at our Nest thermostatAfter he discovered that it wasn’t related to the thermostat, he quickly fixed the problem anywayGreat job!!

I had a great experience with My Smart HomeThey were professional and walked me step by step through everything that needed to be doneThey kept their end of the deal and we are so happy to have solar now!

I currently have an open Revdex.com complaint # 1***with the Utah location in reference to this matterHowever, Solcius and MySmartHouse insist they are seperate companies and in order for all my issues to be resolved I felt it was best to open a complaint on MySmartHouse tooI recently spoke with Lauren at MySmartHouse who did not want to address these issue and gave me very poor customer serviceHere is my complaint
I contracted with Solcius to install the solar panels for my houseWhen I signed the contract I was very specific with the sales representative that they could not proceed until they received approval from my HOAI was assured the company MySmartHouse would take care of all the paperwork and pay for the HOA feeI was contacted via email by Solcius on March 8th requesting that I complete the paperwork for HOA approvalI immediately responded to the email and also sent an email to my sales representative to find out what was going onI also called Solcius and was

Erica and Austin from my smart house were excellent with our solar system installation.Came through with ring and smart lock as promised!Would do it again

As good as it gets rating is true. Eric M[redacted] and Carl V[redacted] are awesome to work with. They go out of their way to make the deal happen and follow through on their commitments. The process was smooth, from permit approval, to installation, to service turn-up. Going solar for my family was important in order to have a balance between comfort and planned expenditures.
