response because:I find it OFFENSIVE that you continue to Ignore the issues I have raised. To this day, I have NEVER received any answer but "NO, you can't have it", or "follow these instructions to get a signed plate". FACT: ROGER STONE and ALEX JONES promised ON-AIR for WEEKS that anyone purchasing the book would receive a SIGNED COPY BY BOTH! I find it OFFENSIVE that you sent everyone BLANKS then AFTER THE FACT let them know they could all SEND A SELF ADDRESSED ENVELOPE FOR THE PLATE???? So, let's get this straight. YOU promised signed books. YOU send out BLANKS with ZERO EXPLANATION until AFTER DELIVERY? THEN, only then do you provide INSTRUCTION ON HOW WE CAN ALL SEND YOU SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPES??? How ridiculous is this? At the very LEAST you could have had the decency to send EVERYONE who got a blank the ACTUAL signed plate, without the song and dance of paying our own postage. Your dismissive attitude to your loyal customers is appallingFURTHER: I REJECT YOUR RESPONSE because WORDS MATTER. AJ and Roger PROMISED SIGNED BOOKS. You PROMOTED SIGNED BOOKS and sold a BUNCH OF THEM based on the LIE! I believe that NO ONE WHO EVER ORDERED A BOOK EVER GOT A SIGNED COPYThis is a SLAP IN THE FACE to your loyal listeners. I am rejecting this response because:Finally hearing from the company months after the fact is not an acceptable way to do business.Yes Infowars did reship the package, but it was impossible to talk to a human about the problem or even get them to respond via email.Wonder why the apology after so long ?
