I am rejecting this response because:first; thank you for your initial effort to fix this problem-there should be a pinnical award for the Revdex.com! This concerns Revdex.com complaint number [redacted]. After your intervention, they finally delivered a package with the correct name and address; however, they sent the wrong item: instead of sending an alexa pure water filter system, they sent only a replacement filter with an invoice for $97.00. I purchased the filter for 147.75 on 11/27/2017. I instructed my daughter to send it back; I want my money back. Please help me end this. Thanks again, Mary Carlsoncredit my visa in the amount of $147.75 immediately and send me proff of refund ASAP.

I am rejecting this response because: I spent three weeks trying to get an answer as to why I hadn't received my order. Fifteen minutes after filing this complaint I got email saying my order had been shipped. I have received it. The original order confirmation email did mention that backordered items would be shipped later. However, I wasn't informed that the items were delayed until weeks later, after my order should have been received. No reputable company takes your money before they ship, but infowars did. I have seen other complaints about this same issue. I will never do business with them again.

First let me start off by apologizing for the delay in response. The food kits ship straight from the manufacturer and they were out of several of the food items that go in those kits. In our Terms and Conditions it states:Backorders:If your order contains a pre-ordered item, or a back-ordered item,...

the entire order will ship once all items are in stock. If you would like to have a partial order shipped immediately, please contact our offices at [redacted] An additional shipping charge will apply for this instance.Shipping:Shipping charges are non-refundable. Infowars Store reserves the right to deduct the actual cost of shipping from any returns/refunds of an item with a free shipping promotion. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for refused shipments and this will be added to the invoice total. Freight/insurance costs are prepaid. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Items will normally be shipped within one week of receipt of order, though generally much sooner. Out of stock items will be shipped according to availability of product. Dimensions/oversize weights are applied to freight charges when applicable.I searched through our email system and I was unable to locate the emails from you. I apologize you felt ignored. This was not our intention at all. We got extremely back logged due to the Infowars MoneyBomb. We have all been working really hard to get caught up. We have recently hired more people to prevent this from happening in the future.I show your food shipped out several days ago. There are 2 ways we can handle this. You can keep the package and I will apply a discount to the order as an "I'm Sorry" from the company, or you can refuse the package once it arrives and we will refund your account.
