To MR [redacted] and the Revdex.com ,This is a case of 100% misunderstanding from the beginning through the request for refundThis also may be a possible language barrier as wellFirst and foremost Nvrea runs the most upfront ethical training company and we never I repeat never say we will find your deals and split Profits with studentsThat has never happened and will never happenWhen Mr [redacted] asked for a refund even after attending two of the three days we agreed immediately with no issuesThe reason why he didn't get one on the spot is my team doesIt have the ability to issue one on the spotThe corporate office does thatHe was told that and could not understand that was the processLike any company we have policies and processesThe corporate office contacted Mr [redacted] the same day and confirmed we would be issuing a full refundAll we asked was he sign and send back a simple one page releaseOur system and legal Dept needs the release or it cannot issue a refundThe release was sent the same dayWe never received back the releaseWe called again and left a messageAnd to be clear all the release is for is to cover both partiesYes it's to also protect us from unfair press such as this when we already agreed to give a full refundAlso they are confused because in the body of the release it says we reserve the right to give partial refunds BUT awe agreed to give a full refund to themLastly like any education we have levels of trainingJust like college if you get tour AA or a Phd It is your choice the costs vary and so do the rewardsThere should be NO issue with levels of educationWe regret if that was an issue for Mr [redacted] and wish him and his families the bestIn closing this should NOT even be a complaint as Nvrea has given the [redacted] s what they asked for the very same day they asked for itThis will still be on them to send back our our simple and obligatory agreement releaseAs soon as that happens they will get a full refund immediately Respectfully [redacted]

To whom it may concern We find Mrs [redacted] complaint unfortunate and we would like to resolve this and also address itWe have levels of training and education like any other training and education Company / institutionOur reviews all discuss and talk about all the levels there areThis is no hidden secret like suggested and students can stop or continue to whatever level they wish Mrs [redacted] mentions that for there was limited information and to get trained you Needed to spend moreWe've had thousands of students who have went through our 3day workshop class and have nearly no complaintsIt's very informational and for only you get whole days of real estate trainingWe also have numerous students who wish to go to the next level and are not forcedWe do regret Mrs [redacted] feels this way and propose the following resolution We would like to offer her a full refund for her tuition of We also would like to suggest that in the future Mrs [redacted] contact us directlyShe never contacted us to tell us about her perception of the trainingWe would also suggest that she would give any Company who she chooses to purchase something that she give them the proper communicationVersus making a complaint against their integrity Again in we have numerous students at all levels who do not feel this way at allBut we do care about each customer and student and are happy to Accomodate a refund for Mrs [redacted] We hope this puts this matter to rest We we will contact her directly and have her sign the proper paperwork and issue her a refund Reapectfully [redacted]

To whom it may concern The facts of this complaint are inaccurateMr Web sent an email after his day event stating he was not satisfiedI Nick Vertucci personally called him within hours of his complaintM [redacted] told me he felt the class was not representative of what he was told it would be [redacted] states I said " he shouldn't be told he'd learn something" That is totally falseWhat I said was if that is what he felt happened and is his perception then that matters to meAlways coming from a place the customer is right ( even when they are not ) I did the following for M [redacted] *** I refunded his partner Mr [redacted] the full tuition plus for expenses I gave him a online wholesale class I gave him two months of phone Supoort hotline access After all that [redacted] still felt compelled to post this complaint ! Facts that are not accurate from [redacted] I never said you should not have been told you will learn somethingOf course the class learned ! There were other classmates who loves the class and do not agree with [redacted] ***s perception He claims he has not received his refundThat's because Mr [redacted] did ! He was the one who paid for the class NOT [redacted] He claims I should have a disclaimer stating if you don't have more money for advanced training the class is a waste! I have hundreds of students who are making money from the day classMy company is testimonial rich ! I am writing because the company listed in the complaint has been in contact with me and sent me a check for the full amountI wanted to wait a few days to
make sure the check has cleared and it didThe company actually offered to me a free seminar because of the issues and said they were installing a new phone system and I must have fallen through the cracks and that they were sorry for the inconvenienceI think they should have answered the email even if they were working on the phone system but we are doneI told them I would not be attending a seminar because the hard feelings and my thoughts for how I was treated would get in the way.
