NVREA finds this complaint perplexing to say the least. Mr [redacted] and the VP of operations [redacted] were in communication about Mr [redacted]'s request. The last communication was on Dec 7 2015 when MR [redacted] in email said we will work something...

out please call me at the office. Mr [redacted] never emailed and or called back. This complaint was the first we have heard back from him. Mr [redacted] has been scheduled and put on each registration from that point on and still hasn't attended his trainings and or communicated with us. 
We have all the emails and call logs on our comincation with Mr [redacted] supporting our efforts. 
Mr [redacted] contacted Mr [redacted] today via phone call to again resolve this matter. Mr [redacted] said , I'm at work I don't have time for this " and abruptly hung up on Mr [redacted]. 
We feel this complaint is unfounded and wrong. We still will be happy to
Accommodate Mr [redacted] on his situation for Tuition relief. We are awaiting his return call.

To whom it may concern. We at NVREA are saddened that Mr [redacted] feels the way he does after he has attended our class. We have thousands of students who attend that class and love it. They love us and the training. After the free event Mr [redacted] had no obligation to pay for and attend the 3 day...

class. That was his decision and I would be curious if he hated the free event why he went decided to pay and go to our class. But regardless we want to make this right for him and fix the issue. We have no issue refunding his 1495.00 and any reasonable expenses incurred. To whom it may concernThe facts of this complaint are inaccurate. Mr Web sent an email after his 3 day event stating he was not satisfied. I Nick Vertucci personally called him within hours of his complaint. M[redacted] told me he felt the class was not representative of what he was told it would be. **...

[redacted] states I said " he shouldn't be told he'd learn something" That is totally false. What I said was if that is what he felt happened and is his perception then that matters to me. Always coming from a place the customer is right ( even when they are not ) I did the following for M[redacted].  1. I refunded his partner Mr [redacted] the full tuition plus 200.00 for expenses. 2. I gave him a online wholesale class. 3 I gave him two months of phone Supoort hotline access. After all that [redacted] still felt compelled to post this complaint ! Facts that are not accurate from [redacted]1. I never said you should not have been told you will learn something. Of course the class learned ! There were 87 other classmates who loves the class and do not agree with [redacted]s perception  2. He claims he has not received his refund. That's because Mr [redacted] did ! He was the one who paid for the class NOT [redacted]3. He claims I should have a disclaimer stating if you don't have more money for advanced training the 3 class is a waste. False ! I have hundreds of students who are making money from the 3 day class. My company is testimonial rich ! And NVREA has numerous legal disclaimers. The one he wants is not accurate and not true  In conclusion you can see [redacted] was handled above and beyond the call of duty and he still posted this with malice. I respectfully request the Revdex.com not allow this complaint to be posted.   [redacted]

We find Mrs [redacted] complaint unfortunate and we would like to resolve this and also address it. We have levels of training and education like any other training and education Company / institution. Our reviews all discuss and talk about all the levels there...

are. This is no hidden secret like suggested and students can stop or continue to whatever level they wish.  
Mrs [redacted] mentions that for 1695.00 there was limited information and to get trained you Needed to spend more. We've had thousands of students who have went through our 3day workshop class and have nearly no complaints. It's very informational and for only 1695.00 you get 3 whole days of real estate training. We also have numerous students who wish to go to the next level and are not forced. We do regret Mrs [redacted] feels this way and propose the following resolution. 
We would like to offer her a full refund for her tuition of 1695.00. We also would like to suggest that in the future Mrs [redacted] contact us directly. She never contacted us to tell us about her perception of the training. We would also suggest that she would give any Company who she chooses to purchase something that she give them the proper communication. Versus making a complaint against their integrity. 
 
Again in we have numerous students at all levels who do not feel this way at all. But we do care about each customer and student and are happy to Accomodate a refund for Mrs [redacted]. We hope this puts this matter to rest. 
 
We we will contact her directly and have her sign the proper paperwork and issue her a refund.

We do offer 50 tablets for each market. Example New Jersey we had 8 -10 events in that area. It's the first 50 to register. And they are given a paper slip to send in for the tablet to be shipped to them. Even tho Mr. [redacted] has our giveaway incorrect and misunderstood here is what I will do. 
1. I am apologizing to Mr [redacted] for the misunderstanding right now in writing. 
Mr [redacted] accept my Apology in writing for the misunderstanding.
