Regarding this complaint I could systematically go down the list of the complainants issues and refute most allOf themConsidering we do not usually receive complaints and we do care about our reputation I feel it just makes more sense to refund the monies requestedin total and they can
keep allMaterials already received. We will need a one page ROR signed and returned which obligated them to make NO more complaints or any negative reviewsIf they agree to all these terms they will be paid in full on their return request. NV Academy has been the major reason for the starting on my own companyThe Owner and People that work for NV Academy have always been there if I need a question answered and business advice The best was to explain the NV Academy is basically like a College Degree in a few short months, all of the teachers/mentors refuse to leave any behind, their motto is if one person succeeds then everybody succeeds Their Nation Wide Network is the strongest I have ever seen, I have made new business associates and friends all over our great nation because of the Nick Vertucci Academy Network I am proud to have had the opportunity to learn and grow with the help of the Nick Vertucci Group My Rating...A++

[redacted],I have received this complaint. Below is my resolution to the complaint. We do offer 50 tablets for each market. Example New Jersey we had 8 -10 events in that area. It's the first 50 to register. And they are given a paper slip to send in for the tablet to be shipped to them. Even tho Mr....

[redacted] has our giveaway incorrect and misunderstood here is what I will do. 1. I am apologizing to Mr [redacted] for the misunderstanding right now in writing. Mr [redacted] accept my Apology in writing for the misunderstanding. Sincerely [redacted] 2. To whom it may concern. We find Mrs [redacted] complaint unfortunate and we would like to resolve this and also address it. We have levels of training and education like any other training and education Company / institution. Our reviews all discuss and talk about all the levels there are. This...

is no hidden secret like suggested and students can stop or continue to whatever level they wish.  Mrs [redacted] mentions that for 1695.00 there was limited information and to get trained you Needed to spend more. We've had thousands of students who have went through our 3day workshop class and have nearly no complaints. It's very informational and for only 1695.00 you get 3 whole days of real estate training. We also have numerous students who wish to go to the next level and are not forced. We do regret Mrs [redacted] feels this way and propose the following resolution. We would like to offer her a full refund for her tuition of 1695.00. We also would like to suggest that in the future Mrs [redacted] contact us directly. She never contacted us to tell us about her perception of the training. We would also suggest that she would give any Company who she chooses to purchase something that she give them the proper communication. Versus making a complaint against their integrity.  Again in we have numerous students at all levels who do not feel this way at all. But we do care about each customer and student and are happy to Accomodate a refund for Mrs [redacted]. The last communication was on Dec 7 2015 when MR [redacted] in email said we will work something out please call me...

at the office. Mr [redacted] never emailed and or called back. This complaint was the first we have heard back from him. Mr [redacted] has been scheduled and put on each registration from that point on and still hasn't attended his trainings and or communicated with us. We have all the emails and call logs on our comincation with Mr [redacted] supporting our efforts. Mr [redacted] contacted Mr [redacted] today via phone call to again resolve this matter. Mr [redacted] said , I'm at work I don't have time for this " and abruptly hung up on Mr [redacted]. We feel this complaint is unfounded and wrong. We still will be happy toAccommodate Mr [redacted] on his situation for Tuition relief. We are awaiting his return call. Respectfully [redacted]

To MR [redacted] and the Revdex.com ,This is a case of 100% misunderstanding from the beginning through the request for refund. This also may be a possible language barrier as well. First and foremost Nvrea runs the most upfront ethical training company and we never I repeat never say we will find your...

deals and split Profits with students. That has never happened and will never happen. When Mr [redacted] asked for a refund even after attending two of the three days we agreed immediately with no issues. The reason why he didn't get one on the spot is my team does. It have the ability to issue one on the spot. The corporate office does that. He was told that and could not understand that was the process. Like any company we have policies and processes. The corporate office contacted Mr [redacted] the same day and confirmed we would be issuing a full refund. All we asked was he sign and send back a simple one page release. Our system and legal Dept needs the release or it cannot issue a refund. The release was sent the same day. We never received back the release. We called again and left a message. And to be clear all the release is for is to cover both parties. Yes it's to also protect us from unfair press such as this when we already agreed to give a full refund. Also they are confused because in the body of the release it says we reserve the right to give partial refunds BUT awe agreed to give a full refund to them. Lastly like any education we have levels of training. Just like college if you get tour AA or a Phd It is your choice the costs vary and so do the rewards. There should be NO issue with levels of education. We regret if that was an issue for Mr [redacted] and wish him and his families the best. In closing this should NOT even be a complaint as Nvrea has given the [redacted]s what they asked for the very same day they asked for it. This will still be on them to send back our our simple and obligatory agreement release. As soon as that happens they will get a full refund immediately.  Respectfully [redacted]
