I have been wrongfully charged a local-driver fee of cents per miles over a mile/day limitation My personal reservation had no indication of a surcharge of local, Las Vegas drivers ( cents per mileage), instead:
" RATE DISTANCE UNLIMITED" feature, making me believe that the total sum of a one day car rental is :

We already had a hotel reservation miles from Vegas, and could not cancel to find another care rental on timeI kindly asked the rental agent : *** to do a one time courtasy and wave the mileage surcharge, which he declined to do so
On my reservation/booking voucher there was not a single indication of this hidden fee, surcharge

I rented a car from them at the Las Vegas location from 4/21/2018-4/28/I do not remember having any damage occur to the vehicle or seeing any damage done However, at the beginning of July, I received a notice from a company called Alternative Claims Management claiming that there was a crack in the windshield from when I rented it First of all, I'm not sure why I'm now just hearing about it several months later Second, they are not able to show sufficient evidence that the crack on the lower front side of the windshield was not already present when I rented it They took a video of the car both before and after renting In the before video, all the pictures were taken at night (when the car was picked up) and were also blurry You wouldn't have been able to see a crack if there was one from the poor quality of the video and pictures In the after pictures, you could see a crack, but only in the bright daylight when the sun hit it the right way Therefore, I have been a

Avoid Travelocity too! We booked through them and they offered no help or compensation

I made reservations with this car rental company this past summerI was initially comfortable with the posted pricing for a vehicle rental; However, due too a personal hardship, I was unable to fulfill the planned trip; thus unable to make the trip; I asked for a refund, but was informed that the company has a no refund policyAs a consumer, I believe that if I did not utilize the product, I should be refunded the cost for the reservation; I did however, give ample notice of the canceled reservation; I was told I could utilize the rental in one year; However, I do not have plans to travel from Hawaii to the mainland any time soon; Thus, I am requesting your organization intervene to assist in a fair resolution;

This company is a scamAt the Chicago location they have terrible, aggressive, dishonest customer serviceBad cars, shady policies about insurance, etcBut, why I can blatantly say this is a scam is because a month after I returned my car, they put a mysterious dollar charge on my credit cardI have all the paperwork saying we pre-paid in full, gas was full, no damages, etcI tried to call, and they literally lied to me--"Let me look into it and call you back in minutes." They're thieves, hoping you won't notice that they secretly tacked on another charge after you'd tried to forget your horrible experience with themI've already contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and won't be paying it

Oh the guy on the phone, his name is AngelI think he runs the entire place because it sounds like his voice on the automated message
Any who, he said he would send the driver to come pick us upThe place is miles awayminutes go by and nothingAt this point I’m getting frustratedSo I call again and no one picks upI call AGAIN, and finally Angel picks up the phoneI explain to him that I’ve been waiting for about minutes and he says, “I’m sorry ma’am we’ve had a power outage and are unable to give you a car today..”
I frozeAt this point I could honestly care less about the car or anythingMy biggest frustration was that HAD I NOT CALLED TO ASK WHERE MY SHUTTLE WAS I WOULD’VE STILL BEEN STUCK THERE WAITING FOR THEM!!!
When was he planning on calling me and notifying me? Who knows
His response was, “the shuttle is on the way ma’am..”
But what’s the point? If you have a power outage and cannot give me a car what is the point of even picking me up?!
In closing, this company has no respect for its client, poor work ethic, irresponsible, and should really not even be allowed to be in business

Me and my wife reserved a car on Expedia at this company, and then we had to change it due to changing dates on when we were leavingI called Expedia and they said it would be cancelled and a refund will be issued within 24-hrsThey called back and said it was impossible to get a refund for the rentalSo I called and talk to someone at a branch and he said that it is paid for but if I dont pick it up the day I reserved it for that I would get a refund but he wanted me to call customer service to tell themi been trying to call customer service the past weeks and I been leaving voicemails after voicemail, with everything they ask but still no one calls me backall I want is to cancel my reservation so I am not out all the money
