Nü Car Rentals

Nu Car Rental Company advertised via *** that cars can be rented for four days for $21/day I was asked for my credit card information, and was then told that I was being charged $and that it was non refundable, even though I contacted *** who contacted Nu Car Rental within minutes of me making the reservation, and the reservation does not even take place for another three months! I will now tell all my friends to avoid using *** and Nu Car Rental

I am rejecting this response because: This lady just kept reading me the rules, and interrupted me as I told her these were not the terms I approved. then told me she would give the credit on the 20th. I asked for a confirmation number, and her name. She said she would email it and hung up on me.  I have received no email at all. She has not processed any refund.  The charge showed up within minutes as pending on the 16th. On Monday night, 2/19/18 the charged posted. As of this email, the card has the charge posted but nothing resembling a credit is pending.  The bank has not seen a credit. This is Bank  of America and they have great technology.  We are not worried about processing time once the pending credit appears. I will let you know if anything appears or if she contacts me something my bank will accept  My husband and I do thank you very much for the work you are doing on our behalf.  I also filed a complaint with Florida and Nevada attorney general's offices.  Again, thank you so much.  We will be in touch at any turn.

Prepaid reservations are promotional discounted options which will charge the customer’s account in advance after the booking is completed. I just want to say that I appreciate this response as opposed to the nasty response I got from [redacted] the day I called.  I would have happily made them whole had they suffered any loss, but they did not
