Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/04/13) */ Ms***'s issue has been resolved at this time

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The dealer claims the vehicle no longer needs serviceThis dealer repaired the vehicle for the same issue recently and has since broken down miles from homeThey have been courteous, but have insistently pressed me to drop my complaint BEFORE repairs are completedI realize they are sales oriented at heart, but I will continue to bring attention to this matter in additional forums if needed until it's resolvedI'd be willing to listen to ANY independent arbritrators opinion as to whether or not might complaint has merit Sincerely, [redacted]

I love my car ! It's my first car , a [redacted] ! My dad speaks Spanish and little English and Ofcourse I knew nothing about purchasing a car Q helped us out Totally tricked us into getting a warranty after asking many times if it was a warranty to begin with , they said no it's not Even called a financial advisor so reassure us So angry!!! I put in a cancellation request on 10/, days later sent an email out after calling the dealer and no answer Got a reply right away saying that the warranty cancelation was then being processed to find out that it hasn't been sent out!! I called where I have my warranty and the So upset ! It has already been more than a month So sad that they lied to us to begin with after asking many times

New management/ownership is awful and liars! I went in to purchase my third Jeep in less than a year and they lost my businessNapletons lied about rebatesFirst they said they did not existI pointed them out on the Jeep website and then they changed their story to "you aren't eligible, those are for military members." I called a Jeep dealer down the street which informed me that was not trueI then called the corporate office to confirm which they didNapletons then said they could do one of the rebates but not the otherI told them that it was not a military rebate and they still arguedThey were trying to play the numbers hiding the rebates/overchargingNapletons tried to only taking a few bucks off the sticker priceA manager then stated that if I financed through them they could take a bit more off, but couldn't go a penny lessThe vehicle was listed on their website for $less than their "very best price" in personAnother lie and scamTHEY WILL NOT HONOR THE ONLINE PRICES! When I purchased my last Jeep a few months ago the salesman, sales manager, finance manager, and multiple other managers told me that If I gave them perfect reviews on the NEW VEHICLE PURCHASE SURVEY that corporate sends out Napletons would give me a coupon for $off my next vehicle purchaseThey did not deserve perfect ratings but a $coupon swayed me to obligeThe only stipulation on the coupon was "This coupon has no expiration date." NO OTHER STIPULATIONSI went in to purchase my third jeep and they refused the coupon: First Excuse: This coupon cannot be combined with any other offers including rebates Second Excuse: We gave you a good deal on your last car we can't do another "Stink deal" you are ripping us off(Blame the customer for YOUR coupon) Third Excuse: We can't honor the coupon on this vehicle but can if you choose another vehicleHowever, every vehicle I chose they would find another excuseFourth Excuse: The coupon was a misprint and is invalidFifth Excuse: The coupon is only valid if you have a trade inI dealt with multiple managers and eventually Jody [redacted] the owner and his brother Doug ***Both of which kept changing their stories, not backing up their promises, and jerked around about vehicle prices and the couponThey do not honor their own website prices, their coupons, corporate rebates, or their customers

Don't buy a car here!!! Literally go ANYWHERE elseThe ONLY reason they got star, is because I can't give them ZERO STARSI have bought lots of cars in my life, and never have I had such a miserable experience Let's be honest, no one likes buying cars The whole process sucks Napleton however has taken this terrible experience, and found a way to make it even more painfulTo say the sales team is below average, is an insult to below average sales people everywhere They are not knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot, are incredibly slow to find out answers, and my favorite part, is that they try to help more than one customer at a timeNow maybe I'm just high maintenance, but when I am in a car dealership ready to drop $40,on a new car, I expect 100%, undivided attention from my sales guy You don't get that hereIf you like being ignored, lied to, and sitting around for long periods of time just waiting for answers, than this is the dealership for you! The ONLY reason I bought the car here, is they had the car I wanted at the right priceAnd now after weeks, it seems as though the transmission is already shot It's a year old car, so they had to know this Again, just another trick to try and move a carHere's a crazy idea guys - train your sales people so they know their [redacted] from a hole in the ground, get people timely answers, pay attention to potential customers when they're STANDING IN YOUR SHOWROOM, and tell people the truthOh, and stop trying to sell so much [redacted] to customers after they buy the car If I wanted to add an extra $4,worth of [redacted] onto my purchase, I would have told you about it I don't want tire insurance, paint protection, gap insurance, wheel coverage, or any of the other non sense that you tried to shove down my throat, when I just wanted to get out the [redacted] doorI've never wanted to see a business permanently close their doors so badly in all my life These guys have no business being in the car business Or any business for that matterThoroughly Disgusted, Mike

Ms [redacted] is not a customer of this dealership Any concerns related to a deal finalized by her husband, [redacted] , and this dealership have been resolved to his full satisfaction

The dealer was [redacted] , lied to us and wouldn't respect the price the car was offered for on the websiteHe was trying to charge us $more than they advertised without him adding anything or doing anything to the carI found a deal on ***.com for a per-owned toyota camry for $at napleton's arlington heights chrysler dodgewe went to the showroom in the eveing, and the car they brought up front was filthy, had garbage and papers all over the carwe asked the salesperson to at least have it cleaned so that we could take the car for a test drive, which they did but didn't even vacuumThe test drive was okWhen we got back to the dealership, the salesperson asked us what our ethnicity was, and started being rude to usThe car had scratches on the side (which they didn't mention in their ad) and a hole in the rear bumperWith all these things that were wrong, the dealer increased the price and stated that the sale price listed on the website is wrong and he will sell it for without fixing anything or even vacuuming and washing the car

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2014/09/29) */ Mr [redacted] purchased a new vehicle from our store on 7/31/In the state of Illinois there is no cooling off periodAt this time, we do not owe the customer anything Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 10, 2014/10/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was told by ***, the GM that my deal wasn't about the money, well if that was truly the case, why did he personally setup the deal so that I would be stuck paying so much to get my trade in back? The price I paid for the Durango vsthe price they sold the Durango for after I "traded" it in should be the most I should have to pay, but instead I'm paying double that price [redacted] says it's not about the money, but they sure did make a lot of it off this dealIn the end, they made more money off this "deal" than they would have if they sold the Durango as new Works out great for them, screws everyone else Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 14, 2014/10/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Their response doesn't fix anything The fact remains, the dealership screwed me over and made more money off the car than if they would have sold it as new Bad business, is bad businessThis is proof of that Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 12, 2014/10/06) */ Our answer remains the same

Thank you for your responseHowever, at this point we have understandably lost our trust with your dealershipAs my original letter details, it is not just the tire that needs to be changedThe rim of the tire will also need to be replacedThe car was purchase on September 2nd, we are still waiting on the resolutionThis situation has caused us to not be able to use the car (and generate income) for the business purpose that it was purchased forI will consider this matter resolved, once I received communication from my bank letting me know that this dispute has been closed and the funds have been creditedWe have made an attempt to speak with the general manager; however he has not returned our phone callThe amount of money that has been lost in this equates to much more than the $that we are asking for; our business has not been able to continue since September 2nd
Thank You
Final Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2014/09/29) */
As of late last week, the store had ordered the parts needed for the customer's vehicleThe store will be in touch when they are inWe will have her vehicle fixedHowever, she will need to address her down payment check with the store as well

The customer is meeting our manager at the dealership today to resolve his issues

Mr*** wants us to make a repair on his vehicle for a code that no longer shows as a problem on his vehicle Based on what the WI dealer told the customer, he wants us to make a repair However, the truck currently doesn't have any lights on or codes that are active issues The service manager has reached out to the customer to explain this to him Our dealership will reach out to our Dodge rep to see if they will approve the repair without a current diagnosis However, we will only be able to do what Dodge will approve It is not up to the dealership because the vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,
*** ***

While we understand the customer's frustration, we did our best to get the customer back on the road as fast as possible During the recall process, another part failed on the vehicleWe had to order a part which took several days to get in from Chrysler All of these repairs were
covered under warranty The customer was informed about what happened along the way The customer picked up the vehicle last week

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/08/29) */
***, our used car manager, has been in touch with Ms***
We are in the process of working with her to find another vehicle

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, this complaint should have never went through as I have made several attempts to revoke it
because the dealer imediately resolve the issue and I do not want this to negatively affect the company in anyway I have sent to the Revdex.com on this as well and never received a response
Sincerely,
*** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***While I'm sure there are some things the business should have handled differently, I was able to talk to a corporate manager and the initial finance employee who wrote the finance agreementHe took ownership of the mistake he had madeI'm glad to be able to put this behind me now as this was a very highly disappointing experience and stressful situation.
Sincerely,
*** ***
