Consumer did not provide us with proof of payoff when she came in to get the warranty refund, so we had to send the check to the lien holder TD Bank with her account referencedThey cashed it At this point [redacted] needs to go to them Attached are copies of the check sent and cashed

[redacted] , I am sorry that this is your recollection of the events that took placeWhen you came in you informed us that you were a tier one credit score and in fact, Hyundai gave us a different approval levelSo, yes, that was one factor that effected your payment and deposit amount We worked extremely hard getting you an approvalThe only option that your vehicle is missing is the Smart Cruise Control, which is a $2,package and you opted not to take itTogether, you and your saleswoman picked out and priced several different vehicles with different packages and this is the one that suited your wants and needs bestIn finance when we were reviewing your contracts with you we did discuss the mileageIt would have been a $increase in payments for the 15,miles a year, and you choose to stay with the lower paymentIn addition, when you return a lease it is our obligation to Hyundai to report that vehicle as returnedthis is actually for your protectionReturning that vehicle to you is not an optionIf you need any further clarification please email me at [redacted] Thank you, Tammy G***

[redacted] , I have received and reviewed your complaint and this is what I have found: The additional monies requested was to keep you at the payment that you wanted to be at (on or close to your current payment)This was discused while signing the contracts on your vehicleWe do not release your signed paperwork to you until all monies due are in house as your contracts serve as a receipt of all monies receivedIn addition, we are not allowed to transfer extended warranties from pre-owned car to pre-owned carWhen you cancel the warranty on your first vehicle that you purchased from us last year, the warranty company will send you a prorated refund amountIf you would like to cancel the extended warranty on the Nizmo you just purchased, please call and set up an appointment and we would be glad to expedite that for youAlso, if you would like to come back in so that we may explain everything again please email me and I would love to help you Thank you, Tammy G [redacted]

The whole warranty was almost dollarsWhen I went to speak with Doug he said that they would be mailing out another check to the bank because I only made a couple of payments and the rest of the money would be going to the bank which nothing has been received.

*** ***, I understand that the vehicle you wanted had an 'Ultimate Package Option' but when you told us your credit was a tier and it was actually a tier 6, it made your payment go up significantly, therefore making that particular vehicle out of your desired monthly payment rangeAgain, you and your saleswoman decided on the car togetherYou were well aware of all options the vehicle was equipped with before signing your contractsHad you not paid an additional $your payment upon signing would have gone up a little more which you did not wantThis was all explained to you in finance before you signed all of the paperwork. Again, as everything was gone over and explained to you before you signed the contracts that you read on the vehicle you selected, there is nothing else we can doI do wish you luck with everything

To be perfectly clear, again, I was promised, by my salesperson, "The Ultimate Package option" in the vehicle I wanted to leaseI did not receive all the options in the vehicle. Regardless of my credit status and approval, my salesperson promised those options in which I did not receiveIn addition, my salesperson stated all fees and deposits totaled the sum of I was forced to pay an additional by the finance manager, claiming, the additional monies covered DMV and inspection fees, contradicting my salesperson. Please respond with an adequate solution
