Feldco has attempted to fix the issues that Mr*** has filed a complaint about and he is refusing to allow us to fix these issues and is also in default for payment on his contract

Feldco Service Manager has been in contact in customer and discussed fees associated with serviceThere is no record of the paid $If the customer can provide documentation of the payment we will gladly correct accounts on our end

complaint was made and received call same day we received the Revdex.com email on satisfaction After playing phone tag all week my husband did get in touch with them They are coming to finish the job on 10/10/Again no mention of discounting or waiving remaining cash balance and no one addressing the molding issue that we supposedly paid for but did not receive on patio doors

A service specialist called customer yesterday, 10/3/17, and left message that replacement sashes for the window have been ordered and that we'd be in touch within business days to schedule a time for a technician to come out with the sashes

We acknowledge that the original windows for Ms***' home were in fact the wrong size. A rush order was placed to get the correct sized windows. When they came in, they did have grids in the sashes that were not ordered. However, the customer opted to keep these upgraded
windows.As a result of the delay and inconvenience and to help offset the storage costs the customer indicated incurring, we offered to reduce her balance owed by $800. This is almost 10% off the original contract amount. Customer didn't want to sign the addendum/waiver reducing the contract amount.Customer contacted us to indicate there were issues with the windows. We let her know we'd be happy to return and inspect the windows if the outstanding balance of $was paid. Our General Manager and technician returned to her home and additional weather stripping was added to her windows. She paid the final balance on 1/and the contract was closed. On 2/customer requested a final statement and we sent it to her, and to our knowledge, everything had been resolved.If there are ongoing issues with her windows, we will return to her home and of course service and inspect them as we stand behind our product and installation. From the last visit to her home with our General Manager, it was determined there were no outstanding issues with her windows. However, we will return should the customer need additional service or issues arise with her product.As her contracted products have been installed and paid for, we are not going to remove the windows from her home, but as mentioned, will service them as needed

Our Operations Team has reached out to the customer today, 10/16/17, to let them know we have ordered new windows for them, and we will replace the originally installed ones with new ones. We will reach out to customer once the windows arrive to schedule an installation date

Feldco submitted information to the manufacturer for reviewManufacturer cannot warranty door as it appears to have been damaged from improper use or vandalismFeldco has spoken to customer about this

A Feldco Technician was out on December 7th and has been working with customer to resolve any issues

Feldco has dropped off screen, check and warranty to customer

Feldco left message for customer this morning stating that we would take care of the caulking prior to receiving this complaintWe have already agreed to resolve

Feldco has been to the property to inspect the windows. All work conducted has met the expectations set forth by the product's original warranty. The Service Manager has been in contact with the spouse on 8/14 and is waiting for follow up from customer.

Our Operations Manager has spoken with the customer.  All outstanding issues had been addressed, and we came to an agreement in regards to reducing the final balance due on his contract.  We do regret the customer's experience was not delightful, and are happy to have come to an agreement.
