We had not been made aware of any outstanding issues from this job installed over a year ago.  However, our General Manager has reached out to the customer and left a voice mail to check in and discuss anything that may be unresolved.

Feldco's Director of Operations spoke with customer and have a plan to resolve outstanding issues.

Feldco installed exactly what customer ordered and customer wants something different but wants Feldco to pay for it. Customer  threatened Feldco with bodily harm as he threatened to come to Feldco's offices and beat up the Sales Rep and the Sales Manager

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting...

this response because:My wife, Evon [redacted] spoke with ED on 8/14/2017 at ext. [redacted] after calling numerous times and his response to her was basically the same as original response given by over the phone representative, "he stands behind the work that his technicians have done."  Feldco replaced glass to one window in dining area after waiting almost three months, still leak, and are not addressing other windows in house.  After discussion with my wife and careful consideration, I am no longer interested in more appointments.  All I know is the quality of my windows is very poor, very dissatisfied with the level of service as well as appreciation for my business.  Feldco has had many opportunities to right this wrong and chose not to.  My windows are paid in full and they've moved on installing more bad windows.  Feldco wasn't disappointed in receiving cashier checks, why should we be disappointed with our windows, after all the windows weren't cheap.
Sincerely,
Robert [redacted]

Our service manager spoke with Evon on 8/14 and she informed us her husband would call in to discuss.  We have yet to hear back. We are confident that the issue with the windows is a result of condensation and that the issue does not stem from our product.  Our technician was most recently out there on 8/9/17 and there were no indications of seal failure which could cause leaking.  We would suggest ventilating the rooms and removing any in-room humidifiers to reduce the home’s relative humidity and reduce the potential for condensation.  All work has been completed as contracted and as covered by product warranty.

The customer’s signed contract was for almond interior/almond exterior windows, and that is what was installed.  We have already provided the customer a $200 refund for his project in the spirit of customer delight as he didn’t like the windows once installed.  Our Sales Manager called...

customer today, Monday, 6/4, to let him know the cost to switch out the windows to the color combination he wants.  Customer will advise when he makes a decision and we will proceed accordingly.

Feldco and customer have agreed on a solution.

I...

am rejecting this response because: So after that response, it just goes to show you after all the complaints seen on Revdex.com and other web sites reviews etc from actual customers that hired Feldco in the past and present that this Company just doesn't care about how it handles great Customer Service and Great Workmanship when hired to do a job. As I have already stated, I never said that I would not pay for the job, I just feel reluctant to sign an contract for payment until the job is completed satisfactory, and as you can see after the comments from Feldco and not wanting to solve the issues without further court  preceedings , I think that speaks for itself in my decision in not signing a contract. I just wished I would of made a different decision on hiring a repetible  Company, and would of done my homework before hiring a Company as Feldco from a television commercial. Its a crime that they will continue to be allowed to do this to how many more customers, whom decide to hire them as I have.
Sincerely,
Steve [redacted]
