Spoke with customer, there was a miscommunication with closing his contract out. I refunded him a day back. He is satisfied with our customer service.

prior to the actual rental as the credit card required online is simply to secure your rental. It also strikes me as odd that a cancellation fee was added to the rental as we do not charge for cancelling a reservation. I'd like to look into this further. Please give us a call or email [redacted] with the best contact number so that we can figure out what happened to your funds.

Revdex.com, We have attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] since June of 2015. We haven’t been able to reach her and sent a letter certified mail. Ms. [redacted] didn’t qualify to rent the vehicle under our current qualifications listed on the Website. It is a requirement that the credit card and driver’s license information be in the same name in order to rent the vehicle. Ms. [redacted] didn’t qualify under these circumstances. She had access to our policies and knew our credit and driver’s license policies. We are denying her claim. I recently booked a car with Alamo. When we arrived at Myrtle Beach there was no agent, and we were told the agent went home because there were no cars. We were stranded at the Myrtle Beach airport at 10:30pm with no cars available at any other rental company. I have called Alamo 6 times to share this incident and each time I have been told someone from the Alamo desk in Myrtle Beach would be in touch with me. After the 2nd call, I did in fact get a call from an agent in Myrtle Beach who left a message. I called back 3 times to which I received no response. I am shocked by the disregard both on the night of the rental and now the follow up. I will never rent with Alamo again, and I have found many bad reviews of them since I have had this experience. Shame on them for the extremely poor customer service.

She was sent an invoice from Enterprise for $171 because [redacted] didn’t pay all the days of her rental.  I confirmed with the DRU prior to calling her that her claim was paid in full.  I let her know that she paid $150 of the remaining $321.21, but that unless she or [redacted] paid the...

remaining $171.21, she would continue to be responsible for this.  She understood but said she just couldn’t pay it.  She also said [redacted] had told her they would cover this and didn’t.  I let her know that unless it was paid by someone she would stay on DNR and be sent to collections.  I also emailed her my contact info for further questions.
